The owners were very respsonce, helpful, and welcoming. The condo was very comfortable and quiet located in a private building within distance to all we needed. Parking was simple with a pass for the building. The neds were cozy. Wide ocean views. All the supplies needed for our stay just like home. We will be back.

Our experience in this condo was perfect. We found the until to be large, clean, and stocked with literally anything you could possibly need on vacation. The view from the 6th floor was amazing and the location provides for easy walking to food, games, and shopping. The hosts went above and beyond by offering early check in and late check out if we needed it. The communication was clear and timely and access to the unit was super easy. Once nice touch I want to call out specifically is the clear panel on the balcony so you can sit and see the ocean (the dolphins!) without looking through the usual balcony bars. My 5-year old granddaughter loved it! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The location and view can’t be beat and the accommodations are lovely! My senior parents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the living space and had plenty of room to entertain visits with local family. The best part for me was the location. The oceanfront view was serene and we practically rolled onto the beach.

We wanted a peaceful place to lay back and visit old friends. We found what we were looking for! I especially enjoyed watching the large pod of dolphins swimming by each morning, catching their breakfast in the incoming tide. We enjoyed playing table games in front of the huge window/wall, perfect for our purposes. We had everything we needed in the unit. Comfortable beds and lots of comfy seating. fully equipped (smallish) kitchen. The owner and I worked out a few details directly, and she is VERY quick to respond and easy to work with. There is a good grocery store close by and a number of restaurants. We were surprised that so many places were closed for the winter. There is an outdoor pool (closed) but nothing indoors; no hot tub. The only concern I had is that our friends have limited mobility, so using the tub/shower w/o safety bars was a challenge. I was told that grab bars would be added right after we left. Also, figuring out the remote and tv channels was difficult for these old codgers. We were there the week after Thanksgiving, so we got to enjoy the light show on the boardwalk. The sea animals pulling the sleigh was pretty cool! The boardwalk provides a great path for walking or biking. Would we go back? Without a doubt. Would we recommend it to a friend? Absolutely. Thanks for a lovely time!

Ann was fantastic from the get go. I asked for an accommodation at check in that I expected to pay extra for, and she refused to take $. While I was there I managed to lock myself out of the building. I called Ann, she answered, and IMMEDIATELY took care of it for me. Great location, plenty of room, I highly recommend this property!

Great location right off the boardwalk. Very comfortable & well furnished. My only complaint is that there is no basic provisions like you find in a lot of places. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This condo has a great kitchen, lots of comfy living room furniture, super location & wonderful view. Exactly as shown in pictures. Host was very responsive & helpful! Definitely will recommend to family & friends when they come to VB!

We enjoyed our stay. Good location, clean. We saw a lot of dolphins every morning as well as different birds. We visited the aquarium, the Wisconsin in Norfolk and the Cape Henry lighthouse. All of which were not far from the condo. We will look forward to coming down again.

We booked this property because it was newly renovated and looked very nice. Unfortunately, at the last minute (the morning we were driving to the unit to check in), they texted us that we were put in a different unit with NO explanation. We inquired as to why, and they said they had some maintenance issues. So we were put in an older unit with mildew in the baths, incomplete paint, peeling paint, and stained carpets, and where one of the bedrooms was so hot in the afternoon (even with drapes fully closed), we had to call maintenance. They never asked us if this was OK. They never offered a partial refund. They never offered to put us up in a hotel until repairs were complete. Nothing. They just pushed us into a different (lower quality) unit. BEWARE of these shifty owners!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Spacious, clean, great location! We spent days at the beach and took a dip in the pool before dinner. Communication and recommendations were perfect! We will certainly be back!

Every appliance that you can think of was included except there is no silverware. It would’ve been nice to have had silverware. Don’t necessarily need a juicer.

Great property! Right on the boardwalk and within easy walking distance of dining and shopping. Parking on site. Wide, clean beach. Clean, well stocked unit that was the perfect size for our family of four. We all enjoyed the covered balcony especially when watching a wild thunder/lightning storm blow in and out one evening. Just as described on VRBO. Owner responded pleasantly and timely prior to our trip. We had no reason to reach out while we were there. I highly recommend this vacation spot; it is likely that we will return in the future.

Don’t pass this one up! It’s perfect! The views are remarkable and you can watch dolphins as you drink coffee in the morning! Ann is a sweetheart and responds to all yr needs. This will be the only place I will stay when we return ! Comfortable beds… great kitchen.. but the views are just amazing ❤️ Thank you Ann !

It’s an older building but the kitchen has been updated & it is nicely decorated. It was very clean & sufficiently stocked w/ the necessities. The condo even provides some books, movies & games for entertainment. It is a good size, very roomy condo. It was more than enough space for our family of 4. Beautiful view of the ocean, beach & boardwalk. We would definitely stay again.
