The cottage is perfect for a small group. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, and right by the lake. We enjoyed the hot tub!

This was a great little cottage to explore Saugatuck. Well appointed and clean. Great beds and linens. Loved having the hot tub. The property is a duplex which isn’t emphasized in the listing — don’t be surprised by footsteps overhead.

The cottage had everything we needed. We loved the open concept in the kitchen/living room space so that we could all be together as we watched TV or played board games. It was incredibly clean, the beds were so comfortable and the hot tub was the perfect way to end each night! It was a quick drive to the beach and a short walk into town. We will be back!

The cottage was a great landing spot close to town and bike paths….clean, tidy, and comfy. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Clean, comfortable, lovely little place easy walking distance from shops and restaurants. When we arrived the ice maker had been turned off. We called about no ice, and someone came with a bag of ice within 10 minutes! The kitchen was very well equipped.

Cottage is exactly as described. Wouldn’t change a thing. Hot tub was awesome. Easy walk into town. Beds were amazing.

This is a very charming rental in a great location on Lake street. The unit was very clean and well stocked for our arrival. The check in and checkout processes were very easy and I would consider staying at the property again in the future.

Property exceeded our expectations. The location is great- I took a 3 mile walk over to Douglas for coffee. We had an issue with the attached rental’s alarm going off and we had someone on property to check very timely. The hot tub was already warm when we arrived! Don’t pass up this great location.

I and a long-time friend recently stayed at the property in Saugatuck. The house is a gem. I really mean that. It is just a short walking distance from the main downtown area of Saugatuck. The location is quiet and cozy. The layout of the house is really great. The kitchen is open to the living room and the bedrooms are roomy with lots of closet space. Ethan was responsive and helpful with any requests we had which were not too many. I would absolutely stay at this location again. It was wonderful.

We absolutely love this cottage. We’ve stayed here 3 times now. It’s very spacious, and steps from downtown Saugatuck! We were very comfortable and our 2 year old had a blast. We will 100% be staying here again.

This was our second stay in the Nightingale Cottage in Saugatuck, and it is truly our happy place. Walking distance from downtown and a short drive to the beach, dine rides, mini golf, and many other attractions, the cottage is perfectly located for a delightful stay. The cottage was clean, and well appointed, and we enjoyed meeting other guests staying on property. Check-in and checkout procedures were well communicated. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

What a wonderful winter getaway!! Such a nice home to stay in. It was nicer than described!! Nice break from being at home. We loved seeing the "ice volcanoes" at Lake Michigan. Such a beautiful site. Wanted to use the hot tub but didn't want walk around the house to get there in my suit in the cold. We just love being in Saugatuck!! Hope to stay in these cottages again!!🤗

This place was perfect for our moms weekend away! The only thing that we could kind of complain about was that we weren’t aware the only access to the hot tub was going out the front door (that was on a busy street) and walking around to the back of the house. There wasn’t a light out back so it was difficult to see what we’re doing until we found the light on the hot tub. This really is just a minor issue, but I felt like the info may help prepare the next guest… maybe to bring a comfy robe or super large beach towel to wrap up in to walk to the back, and bring a flashlight. We only had one issue after we got there getting the TV connected and it was immediately addresses and we got it working. Ethan was a wonderful host and the entire place was so clean! The couch was big enough for all four of us to sit, hang out, and drink wine. The hot tub was really nice to soak in after a long day of shopping! We will definitely be back to enjoy this cottage again!

Nice place, comfortable beds, and great location for walking to shops, restaurants. We didn't realize there would be people staying above us and were woken up by them walking around upstairs. Otherwise very nice place and would stay again

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It is within walking distance to downtown Saugatuck! The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a quick weekend away. Management was very responsive and accommodating when we needed to add a child at the last minute. We will definitely be planning on additional stays at this property!
