Immaculate property , very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had the privacy and also were very close to the Main Street . The place had everything we needed to have a relaxing fun filled weekend with friends . Highly recommend the place and can’t wait to be back !

I've stayed a Bevins Haus several times over the years. The first time it was newly remodeled and spotless. It is starting to show a little wear. Here is the good and the not so good: There are no instructions for locking the new digital keypad when one wants to go out for the day. The refrigerator needs a good cleaning on the inside. The bed in the Master Suite is very comfortable. I could not get the thermostat to increase the temp above 66' in Heat Mode.

The place was so lovely! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, thanks to a quiet, spacious, and comfortable stay. Could not have asked for an easier experience!

The house was very pretty, updated and clean. The pictures are accurate of the decor and very spacious for a family of 6. We were disappointed the outside furniture and picnic area was rusted and warped. So much potential for the beautiful, shady yard space.

Everything was perfect. Beautifully decorated home that was still comfortable. Well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Will def stay here next time.

Left a note in visitors book however very nice house, looks close to newly remodeled. Quiet neighborhood, great gathering den and kitchen area that makes visiting with everyone in your group easy to do. The only negative was that the floors seemed dirty. You could not see if from the eye but when you walked in socks or without shoes, it was a neglected area in the house.

The house was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend. The furnishings and design are beautiful. The bedding and linens were so soft and comfortable. We will be back next year!

Bevins House was absolutely perfect! We are a family of eight adults and we were all so comfortable. The house was very clean and was a nice surprise at how well stocked the kitchen was. We didn't want for anything. We will definitely come back again. We felt right at home!

My friends and I rented this house to bring in the 2019 New Year. We had planned on going out to breakfast several times, but the house was so beautiful and well stocked that we preferred to stay in and cook in that beautiful kitchen. This is the best stocked house we have we have ever rented. The upgrades and the decor make this house feel like an upscale hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were luxurious. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We look forward to renting the Bevin's Haus again.

We enjoyed the house. The layout was perfect and very clean. It would have been nice if there was some outside furniture rather than the metal chairs. Also, the hot water in the master bath was kind of an issue. It was hard to get just right. We called Saturday afternoon because we were having trouble getting the local TV stations and the lady on the phone (I think maybe Peggy was her name - not sure) was very helpful. She sent Travis out and he got it set up for us. They were very nice. We wanted to watch the Kentucky Derby. We will rent the house again. Thanks for everything.

Very nicely decorated and great location. I stayed there about 18 months ago. It is showing a little wear and tear since then that could be remedied with a deep cleaning. Love the covered parking. Beds are very comfy.

This property was perfect for our party. The home was clean and all of the things we may need for our stay were already in the home (coffee, creamer, bath). The home is beautifully decorated. We just really enjoyed the home. We would love to visit and stay here again.

This home was even better in person than the pictures. It was perfect for my husband and I, and our daughter, son in law and their 4 month old baby. The kitchen was fully supplied with top of the line appliances, cooking utensils and dishes. The bathrooms were modern and beautifully done. We will definitely be back!

This house was perfect for our group of four. It was clean and spacious, and the location was great for getting to the golf course and accessing wineries and Main St.

Interesting and very functional home for vacation travelers. Only problem was a kitchen water leak that required a little time to resolve but does not impact our overall rating.

Great accommodations for our extended family. Kitchen had everything we needed, living room is spacious, and bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and modern. Definitely would return.

We loved everything about this house, it is so much more than the pictures show. The layout is perfect, its so clean, it has a ton of charm but with luxurious touches and amazing bathrooms. The yard is big and perfect for our kiddos and its nice and quiet. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

I don’t think the pictures online do the house justice! The living room was huge and had plenty of space for everyone in our 8 person party. The kitchen was beautiful and roomy, too. My family of 5 stayed in the master/twin room and it was an ideal retreat for us. The bed was comfortable with a nice plush mattress pad. There were also plenty of towels and quality toilet paper for our big crew, which we appreciate! If I absolutely had to find one negative about the house, it would be the water in the master shower was difficult to regulate to a comfortable temperature. But that paled in comparison to our overall enjoyment at the house!

We really enjoyed our visit to Fredericksburg for a 50th birthday and this house was perfect.

We enjoyed staying in this lovely house. It nestled in a quiet neighborhood with gorgeous old trees and wide streets to take a walk. We had all of the amenities and were very close to Main Street. We would love to return. The only issue was that that the master bath shower was too hot. There didn’t seem to be a way to regulate it to tolerable temp. We just reported it today.
