We loved the cottage, it was very charming and we had everything we needed. The bird life surrounding the property was amazing. Never have I seen so many different wild birds living together in one area and even saw a cheeky Ring tail Possum. Well done to Colleen and Rob

I had a lovely and comfortable stay. The property was very nice, in a good location and had a great outdoor decked entertainment area and also a grassed area. It was fully fenced and perfect for my dog who loved her stay as much as I did

A small, quaint cottage onveniently located close to the beach that could be a real gem! Unfortunately, our experience was not what we hoped for. The place had not been properly cleaned as you expect (even for pet owners): the lounge sofa was covered in white pet hair (had to clean it with wet wipes), the hair was in beds, beds didnt feel fresh, one duna cover had a dried blood stain! So we used our own sheets, I always bring just in case. There was pet fur/hair balls on the floors that I kept sweeping every day. We have a toddler and a dog but hygiene is still important to us. 2/3 of our stay we had to listen to renovations and construction noise with drilling and chain saw cutting metal noise on both sides of the place...so that was't pleasant at all especially with a small child who needs afternoon nap. The owner didnt seem to be worried or concerned about our experiences and issues we raised. We definitely will not come back.

What a great position for walking to the beach. It was lovely to have the high fences around to feel secure with the dogs. We had a rainy stay but we had an enjoyable stay in Pambula despite enjoying the stunning natural beauty of the environ.

We stayed to attend our daughters wedding so we were out and about quite a lot. The cottage was clean ,had warm showers and everything we needed.

Heaven 1 was ideal for my husband and I for a short winter break. Only a short stroll from the stunning Pambula beach and an easy drive to Merimbula or Eden. The cottage was well equipped with all the basics. Thankful for the split system and extra blanket as it was a cold week. The decking around the cottage was sheltered and provided sunny places to escape the breeze. A secure yard for our puppy was a bonus. As we live in a very quiet rural area, we did notice the road noise but for anyone who lives in town they probably won't even notice it. Bed was comfortable. A cozy place to stay for a couple. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Well appointed, cosy, comfortable, safe for the K9s. This is a great place to chill with your best mate. Short trip to what has to be the best dog friendly beach around.

Dogs loved it, nice kitchen, baby weber BBQ on patio. Nice new bathroom good hot water pressure. Wifi quite patchy. Dogs could not escape from enclosed garden but 6kg dog was able to squeeze under the decking and go under house which caused anxious moments.

My partner and I wanted a little beach getaway before Christmas. We arrived at the property with no difficulties. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and thought it was a cute little house. We didn't really feel it was completely dog proof fencing as we didn't trust our dogs to not get out of the gate to the car parking area. And once we got in, we found it nearly impossible to connect to wifi. There was basically one place where there was even a slight chance of getting a signal and that was in the spare bedroom. On our second night, we decided to have a bbq at the house and discovered there are no bbq tools except for a tiny little set of salad tongs. If you are going to advertise a bbq, there should be proper tools. Last, the toilet seat was nearly coming off by our second to last day. Then as we were driving home from Pambula, we had a message from the owner which accused our dogs of damaging the sofa. We have two small dogs and they do not cause damage to anything. She also told us it was going to cost $670 to replace the sofa cover which shocked us. In the end she ended up charging us an extra $50 which we still were not happy about. Overall, we did enjoy the beaches and were comfortable in the house but would not stay again at Miss Vincent's properties.

My elderly mother and I and our dogs all thoroughly enjoyed Our stay at Heaven 1. The little cottage had everything we needed and the outdoor spaces were great for both humans and dogs. It’s a lovely place in a very convenient location and very comfortable. Thanks very much 😊🐕

We stayed in heaven 1 with our border collie & it was just perfect, enough room for all, lovely, clean, well catered for & we can't wait to plan our next visit

Very comfortable cosy cottage. Well provided with kitchen items. Short walk to beach. Safe and secure space for our dog. Perfect for a couple in winter, would be a bit snug for a family without comfortable use of outdoor spaces.

A lovely, cosy cottage just right for us to enjoy a short break at beautiful Pambula Beach. Our two dogs, Bonnie and Banjo, loved their daily frolic at the beach and it was safe to leave them in the secure yard. A perfect little getaway!! Thanks Colleen, much appreciated!

We loved our 3night stay in Heaven 2. House was more than comfortable perfect for my husband and I and our dog. Really enjoyed my coffee on the lovely deck. Property backs on to a reserve and just a 5 minute walk to Pambula Beach where we watched some lovely sunsets. Wish we could have stayed longer. Colleen was very welcoming and helpful. We were very happy with our choice.

We found the property fine for our needs and fantastic for our little dogs who loved to race around the garden and courtyard areas. Close to the beach and easy drive to town were also great advantages.

We had a very relaxing holiday at lovely Pambula Beach. The house was great had everything you need. The beaches were amazing and Zoe our dog loved running in the water and along the wide clean sand. A very peaceful and beautiful area. Thanks Colleen

Easy to spend hours relaxing in the garden. Convenient walk to beach. Great for the puppies as well.

Firstly it was nice to stay at a residence that allows pets to stay as well, the little cottage is well furnished and comfortable. You are walking distance from the beach and also a little store for your convenience. The only down side to the residence is it's driveway and gate, the driveway needs to be completely redone, its difficult to reverse out of and as it is breaking up this makes it even more difficult to negotiate. The gate needs to be re set as it is off centre and hard to align when closing, this became an issue during strong winds making it near impossible for my wife to open and shut. Fix those areas and you have a beautiful little place to stay.
