Bright cheerful rooms. Comfy beds. Plenty of room for our family. Perfect central location. Neighbors were friendly. Hosts quick to respond. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We went to celebrate our friend getting married. We just wanted a nice relaxing weekend and that’s just what we got. House had everything we needed and the host was very helpful.

The location was great. Convenient to the beach and shopping center's. We spent a day thrifting, which was so much fun. The property overall was great. It's decorated beautifully. There were a few things that could be fixed to make it a bit better. One of the stove burners didn't work (which I made them aware) there were a few cracked or non existent light switch covers, which if easily replaced could make the place look better. The back yard as stated is rough (as stated) but when i took tash out, looked around. I wonder if you could just make a huge level concrete slab and put a nice patio table out there. Visually it'd be much more pleasing. The pancake mix, fruit and milk was an awesome gesture. They mesaaged to check on us and our stay whi h was beyond thoughtful. Btw, the beds were cloud like and everyone slept great!! We would stay again. Thank you !!

The beds were comfortable. There is plenty of furniture. We found the floors were sticky and we were leaving foot prints. We did some spot mopping and fixed the problem. I would suggest giving the floors on the lower level a good cleaning. The place was very clean everywhere else.

Traveling from Atlanta we didnt know what to expect however this property i met our expectations. It is in a great location. Very convenient to walmart, kroger mall, several fast food places and highway.Very nice well decorated exactly like pictures. Check- in was very easy. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. Toiletries and enough towels wash etc etc was available... Definitely will book again!!!!

Decent place for a group of 6 people. Had everything we needed. Could have been a little cleaner but we're understanding that it's an older building.

The military has separated our friends and family group. We decided to have a weekend together with our friends and family who are currently serving in the area. This house was the perfect spot for this. Clean, easy check-in/out process, awesome deco, close drive to beach, and management was great. Would recommend and would book again in future.

This house was very nice and clean. We were provided with everything needed for our weekend barely needed to buy anything. I would definitely stay here again if i come back to Virginia.

Not sure why they say not to wear shoes on carpet it is very stained and dirty. The whole house was very dirty, the tv stand in living area had dust standing on it cob webs everywhere. It was not relaxing at all because of the dirtyness.

Convenient to Amphitheater!
Overall, the place was very good. The owner was very sweet and very accommodating. We loved the well stocked kitchen and the addition of breakfast makings. With a few small “tweaks” this could be a perfect rental…and, I think the owners are really working on it! Two very minor issues we saw 1. The master bath doesn’t drain well and we found ourselves standing in ankle deep water while showering. 2. The air vent filters needed changing. As someone with allergies and sensitivity to dust it did affect me but, wouldn’t stop me from returning. And, as others pointed out, the stairs creak bit, it isn’t a big deal. Our group chose this place as it was close to the Amphitheater and we attended a concert there. Was perfect for a group of friends to use as a home base. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

The Property needs to be updated. My sister in-law almost fell down the stairs because the rug is not properly placed tightly on the stairs ; I think the cost of the stay was not worth what we paid. I would not refer this Property to anyone.

My family and I stayed at this property. The hosts were very hospitable. The home was very clean and provided all the space we needed as a group of 7. The smart lock and air hockey table were nice touches. It was definitely a home away from our home(s). The stairs were kind of tricky, so be careful. The location was close enough to Oceanfront Beach and the great eateries and far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We really enjoyed this townhouse. Was centrally located to about anything or anywhere you would want to go or do. Really enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchen. Saved alot by being able to cook at the house instead of eating out the whole time. Lots of room for everyone an the kids really enjoyed the air hockey table. I would definitely recommend this property.

We were very happy with this house. Neighborhood is nice. Great location. And they even included breakfast. Beds are comfortable and plenty of space for the 4 of us. Will keep this house in mind for our next trip to Virginia.

This was a very clean property, the bedrooms were decorated nicely was disappointed in the carpet which was clean visibly worn and spotted in certain areas. There were signs posted to remove your shoes or be charged for stain removal. The living furniture sat horribly sinking down as soon as you were seated It was clear that both need to be replaced! Other than that it was do able. Would stay again if there were wood floors and new living room furniture.

Nice Place
Our family really enjoyed this rental. The teens liked the air hockey table and watching movies on the big tv.
The owners were easy to communicate with and dealt with any issues quickly.

Excellent!
We really enjoyed the house. The owner was very friendly and provided us with food to make breakfast our first morning. It was a great blessing since we arrived late and had everything we needed to eat in the morning.
