Exactly what was advertised

Our condo in La Quinta was fabulous. We could not have been happier. The condo is very clean and spacious. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The grounds were beautiful. There are several pools to choose from, and each one was very clean. The property buts right up to the hills; so the view is amazing.
The location to old town is walkable or a short bike ride. Only about 1.5 miles. Plenty of restaurants and a little shopping.
If your in the area - this condo would be a great place to call home base.

The property was exactly as expected. It provided enough room for our family to meet and spend Thanksgiving together. My parents had a separate condo in the community and were able to come over and hang out with us and cook meals together, the large kitchen table and outdoor space made it perfect. We enjoyed the pool, gym and daily walks to the La Quinta resort. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the best property at Legacy Villas! So easy to check in, directions clear and concise, and the property was luxurious and super comfortable. Close to everything and the pool was right in our backyard. We’ll be back!

This is our second stay at this property! We loved it so much we came back for a 2nd visit. The location with in the property is perfect…we could walk right out to the pool of front. The interior was extra nice with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The furniture was all very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Alana was responsive to all our requests! We look forward to our next stay at Alana’s!

This unit was spotless and well maintained. The best thing was the perfect location! It was near everything we wanted to do and see. Around the corner from La Quinta Spa, old Town, the Art Festival, tennis stadium, and lots of fine restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and especially the hot tub, since it was pretty chilly. A wonderful place to stay in this very beautiful location.

Sisters’ Celebration
What drew us, three sisters celebrating a milestone birthday, to this property is the location (ground level and right by a pool), the tasteful decor, and that it had 3 bedrooms, all with queen beds or larger, and we each would get our own bathroom. Perfect!
The owner, Alana, was responsive to our needs and even sent a cute mason
Jar of flowers to the birthday girl. The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the patio every morning having breakfast and spent our days floating around in the pool with beverages. The ice and water in the refrigerator door were really nice to have in the hot weather. Three on of our four nights we went over to La Quinta resort for dinner. We had a wonderful birthday get away at this great property!

The only thing that was disappointed is we had to wait for an extra hour to get inside the house because the cleaning no people were not done yet.

Our group traveled here for Coachella and the property along with the host was amazing! 5 stars I would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again soon

A spacious three bedroom place in the dessert.
This is a very spacious three bedroom place. We enjoyed our stay. Alana was very attentive an easy to communicate with. The place needs a little more attention in terms of cleanliness. The parking spot assigned for us was occupied a couple of times and was difficult to find an alternate spot. Overall, a great place.

Great property!
We enjoyed our one week stay. The property is well maintained and has a great kitchen. We used the lap pool everyday. It is walkable to Old Town La Quinta. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and also well cared for. We highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay at Legacy Villas
We had a wonderful trip to La Quinta. Legacy Villas is one of our favorite places to stay and this villa was perfect! We had everything we needed and the location was great! Alana was extremely helpful and responsive during the entire process. We can’t wait to go back and stay here again.

Very enjoyable Thanksgiving visit
We were there with our daughter and 2 grandkids aged 2-1:2 and 4-1/2 months. Nice layout gor our group with one BR/bath on one side and 2 BR/baths on the other. We spent a little time in the pool in front of our unit but more time at the main pool area with its splash pad and gradual entry. The grounds were very lovely. Great views of the hills/mountains - almost seemed close enough to touch.

Our new La Quinta vacation home!
We loved our stay here and plan on returning. We traveled with our 14-month-old son and found the unit to be "kid-friendly". The Villa was exactly as advertised. Clean, very comfortable beds and well-appointed. The pool area is amazing and the grounds are gorgeous. We also enjoyed being so close to La Quinta Resort (a 3-minute walk). The owner (Alana) was very responsive whenever we needed anything. We can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay in this spotlessly clean and comfortable unit. Patio was right next to the pool which was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay
There were a few glitches, light bulbs needed to be changed on the patio, weak table but the property manager tightened it up, had a little difficulty working the televisions but the property manager resolved it. couldn't find one remote but it was in between the couch, the property manager found it for us, the property manager was able to solve all the issues that arised... there was a little piece of glass on the floor in the hallway don't know where it came from but no 1 got hurt overall everything was very good we enjoyed our stay

Great place for a family stay
The property was just as expected from the photos. It was a great location and set up for our family for a wedding we were attending at La Quinta resort. It was difficult to find the house numbers once in the complex and a little challenging with the parking passes as we needed to have other family visit for a few hours at a time to help watch the little children for wedding activities over the long weekend. Overall a really nice stay and the kids enjoyed being close to the pool.

Palm Desert getaway
Very nice condo. My sisters and mom stayed for 3 nites. Great location, great, comfy beds, thank you! Only thing I would suggest is better directions to your unit. We got there after dark and it took us a good 1/2 hour once inside the gates to find.

Everything was as described and it was a great experience. The property is very roomy, with two large master suites and a third bedroom and both room. I always stay at Legacy Villas when I come to the area if they are available!

Excellent Poolside Condo
Excellent 3 bedroomed condo located by one of the gated resort's 12 pools with stunning mountain views. Other pools are easy to access by a 1 - 3 minute walk. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed. Lots of space to cook, relax and watch films. The area is lovely and the condo is not far from the local shops and cinema . Alana was great to deal with - helpful and quick to reply. We felt confident that Alana had given us all the information we needed to check in ok after our 11 hour flight to the US. We had a lovely relaxing time and would come back again.

Quality time with my son
Booking with Alana was a delight. She was more than accommodating with our last minute schedule change and was always quick to respond to my emails.
The villa is a gorgeous 3 bedroom offering plenty of privacy yet a large space to gather together to cook, lounge, or watch movies.
The villa is steps away from a pool, parking & the trash dumpsters making it very convenient. It offers a stunning view of the mountains from the patios.
Wonderful memories made this weekend.
I hope to return to Alana’s property next time I return to the Coachella valley.
