Its just a cozy apartment.
The parking for the visitors are not come to my expectation. Even there is hard to find any parking at outside from the apartment. Hence, I even got summons for my cars, Not one but even worst i got 2 summons, yet MPJ and Police traffic summons. Lastly, the payment for parking inside apartment using T'nG was super expensive.

Wifi not working, Fan not working, complain about the wifi but host dont respond.No water at the kitchen sink.Host no inform housekeeping what day customer check out as they keep knocking on the door

一切都是还蛮干净的，隐瞒整齐的，还有厕所的供应也蛮好毛巾也有供应搞，所以还不错
那边的家私就有点破烂，感觉上动一动就会倒下来这样子，然后不能上网，还有你房间门的锁头好像有被敲坏过有个洞。

someone been sneak into our room…
yesterday the keybox password inchange to 0000 and today i reliase that the code been change to 6633 which is the box itself password.. futhermore our room also a little bit messy…
there alse a few need to be repair
1) the ventilation fan so noisy
2) the sink pipe at the bathroom and shower pipe also need to change due to heavy leaking when taking bath
3) the toilet door cannot close properly
4) just one light functoining in the room
5) there is only one hanger in the room

The place was not clean
Bathroom was leaking. Mattress sinked in the middle. No Netflix.

cutlery not up to expectations. Bathroom very bare, you can't even hang your towel or pants (no hooks or even a cloths bar handle), no soap, towels very old. Bed cover very old and pillow very old, sitting chair sunk so low, you can't even sit on it, gives you backpain.

What they show in the picture isn't what they provide. The bed was brought from a flood with water marks. Looked disgusting. Used towel left in the bathroom uncleaned. When asked for a towel, the owner irresponsibly replied saying will provide in the morning but never did. Water pipewas leaking in the bathroom, constant sound of water dripping can't even sleep. Looks like an abandoned home. I wonder if the owner would stay at his own place. Disgusting house.

The location is quite nearby to shopping mall. The view at night is quite pleasant
Its just the leaking in the bathroom. Also, i cannot access the wifi as well as netflix. I do hope ownner can fix these

Fan- if possible arrange to fix the ceiling fan to be used by customer. Not all customer want use the aircond.

Cockroaches all over the studio house..shower head broken water heater not functioning..when I ask the customer service they reply me 'Aik ape tak function .?function jer bro ..u check in from yesterday n suddenly today dah nak checkout complain macam2 .?kenapa tak update smlm jer' ..then I tell Morning I'm going to take shower then only I realise..+60 17-384 5567 customer service number..its a guy that chat with me so rude..last week Thursday I wants to check in earlier he says cannot must be check in by 3pm then he replying me so rude 'Its not us not understand u ..but u are not trying to understand the situation ..all the room are full ..how we can provide room for u at this morning time ..u are not even request any early check in time n even if u request property also are not promise n accept any request yet ..so maybe u just assume u can check in early ..maybe for the big hotel they have any extra room for special case like this ..u may try to book chulan hotel at the curve n maybe they have spare room for emergency case like this so that they can help u ..' like this he replying me.. then I ask this week Thursday I want to check in early morning by 10am he says must book on Wednesday to..then he give me the worst room I've never seen in my life before..
