Great location! Own sandy beach, big swimming pool. Close to Platanias center. Owner is kind and friendly, very flexible. We spent there a week with friends and family, I will definitely recommend it to others.

The room was not big but ample for our needs. Very small kitchenette was just about enough and generally well equipped except an ice tray for the fridge! We could see the sea from our balcony and the property was so close to the sea, just a two minute walk to the water. Beds were comfortable and the shower worked fine, even a shower curtain which can be rare in Greece.
An odd thing but the pillows were very large, partly because they were new. But they swapped mine for a thinner one. It was very hot while we were there but could not swim in the pool in the evening to cool off. Maybe a 2200 cut off would be better during high season but is is quite common.

The location was great and the host exceptional....she is a wonderful lady. Ideal place for vacation with family or solo.

Location is absolutely everything we wanted! you can see and hear the ocean all the time.
we had downstairs appt and there was everything we needed.
we liked the privacy and quietness of this place and really nice pool area.
everything was perfeckt for us!
But if you require shower with good pressure or need total silence to sleep this might bother you.
Not a thing bothered us, we will deffenately come back!

Nice family hotel, very close to the beach.
Each room has a balcony and is well equipped (refrigerator, electric cooker, coffee maker, electric kettle...).
The owner, Maria, is very kind and helpful.

Really nice location. Close to the beach and to the Minoa, where i had a conference. It was easy to find convenience stores and good restaurants.
IT was a bit hard to find because streets were a bit hidden.

The location was perfect as well as the hostess, who even offered us to take a bath many hours after our checkout so that we could change and get to the ferry clean. The rooms are in front of the beach, there is a huge pool, free parking and for this price you can't find anything remotely close to it. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Perfect location, close to sea, shops and restaurants. Peaceful place to be. Oldish but spacious room for 5 person. Maintenance worked well with good spirit!
We were located at seeimgly older property further from the sea which general condition was not that good. Lot of small things that were not functional and interior and equipment oldish.
We werent completely happy to the daily cleaning quality. Kitchen lacked some tools. Air condition was noisy and old and didnt reach all rooms.

Flush needs a repair.

Super location right on the beach. Pretty plants and flowers aroubd the pool. Friendly owner. Fresh towels every couple of days. Little patio with tablet and chairs in the shade. Would definitely come back.
Not enough outlets in our room (but many in our kids room upstairs). Pool got a bit grungy by the end of the day. Our room was a bit dark but we were almost always outside, so it didn't matter too much.

Very friendly host and amazing hotel! It was very clean everywhere appartement with terras and kitchenette, sunbeds by the pool and the beach. The bed was amazing to sleep in! I recommend to everyone who is staying in platanias it is in the center whith all activities nearby. Thank you for the stay

Maria and her husband very helpful, her dogs are very cute, beach front, pool, local bus outside the property
Non existent WiFi in the room, No tv, payment cash only, can't open the door from outside even if it not locked, when you want to sit outside, you need to get the key which turns off electricity meaning you in dark
