Great customer service and they respond quickly if you need them. Rooms are great and the amenities were wonderful.

We had a specific need for this trip. Traveling with foreign exchange students we needed to all be under the same roof and an affordably priced room for their budgets.
If you choose this location you will want a vehicle of some type. There is a very well stocked local market very close to the Vacasa properties
The condo itself is dated. It’s clean, yet has that weird smell from too much cleaning product used on the carpets.
We have memory foam mattresses at home so it was strange to sleep on a box spring again that squeaks when you roll over.
TVs are dated as in the pictures are not crisp. Thought it odd that the TV was placed in front of the mirror on the dresser. I suggest removing the mirror
They do provide more than I expected. Soap in bathroom and kitchen. Dishwasher detergent provided. Coffee for the coffee maker. Ice maker worked great. Plenty of glassware and dishes.
It was convenient to be able to dry our beach towels and swimsuits in the dryer
All in all we would book this location again if we needed to have everyone in the same condo.

Great location for a family with just a 5-10 min drive to the busier city area. Clean upon arrival, great communication and very kind staff.

Loved that we were away from the historical part of key west. Place was super clean and had everything we needed.
The only thing that were detractors were the occasional airplane takeoffs and the noseeyums at the pool.

Awesome for a get away. Location is excellent, spacious and had everything that we need it.

Clean room with lots off space
No complaints. Room was very clean and much more space then most places in Key West. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, silverware and all appliances. Only a few minute drive to Smathers Beach and about 15 minutes from downtown (in a car, or 30 minutes in a golf cart).

Clean 1st floor unit. Beds were comfortable.
Unit needs updating (carpet, bathrooms, kitchen).
Location is quiet and away from hustle but still close to everything.

Loud
We were woke up often by people partying outside until 4am nightly. They were revving their moped engines and shouting. The solution hanging on the refrigerator for loud guests was to call the police. I didn't feel like being a Karen and getting anyone in trouble so we just dealt with it. Just know there is a YOUNG college kid crowd that hangs out here.

A lovely spot!
The room was beautiful! While the outside view wasn’t spectacular, the proximity to shopping made up for it! The room was clean and spacious.

Great experience
Property was nice without being pretentious. Clean, well maintained and amenities were great. Location was a little far from the island’s main attractions but bus line is close and Lyft is always around. Would recommend for adults or families with kids.

Worth the money you pay
The suite is basic but has everything you need. It was much cheaper than paying for a hotel and you get the added bonus of having your own full kitchen and living room. Our suite also had a washer and dryer in it. The pool was just a few steps across the parking lot and was great after spending the day in the hot sun. No issues with trying to find a parking space as there is more than enough on either side of the building. The location is also very close to the airport and other sites in Key West. We would stay here again if we traveled back to Key West.

I liked that they had plenty of shampoo and conditioner and towels. They didn’t try to make you use the same towel for the beach and shower. That was really nice. The place is really nice and has everything you need to be very comfortable!

Very Good location in dated property
Liked the location and staff were friendly but place needs updating. Looked better in photos. Also no laundry detergent or garbage bags when we arrived. Icenskwr didn’t work in fridge

Personal time in Key West
The condo was nice however, the ice machine never worked, even after a technician came out. Nobody practiced social distancing in the hot tub and alcohol was frequently being drank in it. In fact, coolers were brought to the tub! The dishwasher fell out of it's space and the one TV did not work. Aside from that, the rooms were spacious and clean.

Clean and Spacious
I loved the size of this suite as well as the fact that it had a stove. Coffee make on the fritz; but that wasn't an issue since we were only there one night. My only beef is that it was a little too pricey given the location and dated fixtures.

Good place
Affordable, clean. This unit, 108, was good. A few items of note. The even side condos face the parking lot and, in the distance, the airport. So, a little louder. The odd side face the pool. The AC was good, but the ice maker did not work and the fridge leaked a little. Be warned, on Saturdays, the garbage truck showed up at 6:30am. You are a 20-30 minute bike ride to downtown Key West on a good bike path.

This was just right for my family. We had plenty of space. The neighborhood was quiet, location was great, and best of all the room was clean.

Clean and stocked
The home was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect little get away. The pool was well maintained, and we enjoyed walking over to the pond to look at the turtles. The only thing that would have been nice would be if we were emailed a map of exactly where to find our unit. We arrived after dark and it was difficult for us to find the right unit. Once we did the trip was great!

You get what you pay for
Overall this place was decent.
The cleanliness in the unit was OK but the public areas of the building were kept very clean. The decor in the unit was outdated but we rented one of least expensive units. There are not enough parking spaces for the property and on two nights we had to park by another building. However, we had no trouble with noise or neighbors and even though it's on the opposite side of the island from all of the tourist attractions we had no problem getting around and the beach was in walking/biking distance.

This was a nice place to stay with very little traffic. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as the nice home. Everything was clean and worked well.

It’s a great location, the best beach is nearby.
The rooms’re clean and comfortable. You can easily find a parking slot near your apartment. It even has a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. We loved it.

This is a very nice place . To stay in Key West. Although it’s on the outskirts of most places. It gives you a good retreat for all the action . To relax and enjoy your night or morning. With nice grounds and pool to relax. And retire to a peaceful rest.
