This home was stunning!! Exceptionally clean, beautiful views, Diamond Rental Company also went above and beyond! House layout is great and even has a mini kitchen/coffee bar on the second floor which was great in the mornings. Pool and hot tub were beautiful and very clean. The location was close to everything as well. We cannot recommend this home enough!

This house was perfect for our crew! Five adults, seven kids, ages 1 to 12. We have stayed in many rental properties and this far exceeded any expectations I had! From décor, to comfortable beds, to the views, the location, the warm pool, the fully stocked kitchen, it couldn't have been any better. I have never booked a rental twice...we will be back to this one for sure!

Booked one time and loved it! Became a member and now I book all my vacations through Diamond Gulf Rentals. The locations, the privacy, the home it self be breath taking so many different things my kids was able to do! They're the best and make everything worth it down to the penny!

We loved everything about it especially the location and heated pool. Small glitch with the fire detection that was annoying, it was fixed as soon as I let them know. What can they do about it? Batteries need changed sometimes. Would recommend or stay again in a second. Thanks for sharing your home with our family.

We rented The Front Row for a family trip - 6 adults and 4 children. The house exceeded our expectations - it was even better than the photos. With 6 bedrooms (each with it's own bathroom), large gourmet kitchen, and spacious living areas this property provided ample space for "together" as well as "alone" time for all of us. The heated pool and adjoining sitting pool area on the beach side of the house was stunning. The property gave easy access to the beach with stairs, as well as an "outdoor" shower to wash off the sand before entering the house. We were also pleasantly surprised when the house was ready early and we were able to check in at 2pm instead of 5pm. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this amazing property and hope to book it again for another family trip in the future.

The Front Row is a beautiful home. Each day we enjoyed the sunsets, sounds and sights from this beautiful home. It is more beautiful than the pictures. The staff at Diamond made everything comfortable and convenient.

We have stayed in this house several times and it is just beautiful. It has been updated in the past couple of years and the decor is amazing and it is always so clean. We always book way in advance so we will be sure to get this one. The communication is great also!

This is our second year in a row staying at the Front Row house. We had a blast again this year. The house was very clean among arrival, and from Diamond Gulf Rentals was always accessible via text immediately if we had any questions. We would definitely come back again!

The location, house, pool and view was awesome, we would stay there again.

We had a lovely family reunion staying at The Front Row. Beautiful house! So many bedrooms for all of us. Kitchen large, living room large with comfortable furniture. Dining room had a large table and there were stools at the kitchen counter. We had a glorious time using the swimming pool and hot tub, so clean, warm and attractive. I think the pool was the kids' favorite place (it rivaled the beach at the ocean). The decks outside and the balconies were safe and comfortable to walk on, recently replaced and splinter free. We were here 5 years ago and loved this house and beach, but it's even more beautiful and comfortable with all the renovations and upgrades you've done recently. Plenty of parking in the driveway for all our cars and 2 golf carts. And the complementary 4 chairs with 2 umbrellas that were set up on our beach daily were just awesome - comfortable and provided shade. Management was so quick to replace the gas grill when it didn't work during our stay and they were so responsive and welcoming throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

All the boxes checked for a perfect vacation Destin…ation. Destination…get it? Truly a great place for our family(ages 2 to 73). Sun, water, restaurants, bike/walking path. It was all good!

The pictures don’t this property justice! The house and all of its built-INS, the uniqueness of all the home and decor was so beautiful. What an amazing vacation! This house was perfect for our group of 9 family and friends! This place could hold more. Two rooms and three beds we didn’t even use. The view, the beach access, the pool was phenomenal! The location to everything was perfect! The availability of the host was instant and very accommodating to all of our needs! We will be rebooking soon!

This house was beautiful and the views were amazing. The house was clean and so was the pool and spa. The golf cart took us everywhere we needed to go. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We will definitely be returning.

We arrived in Destin before check in time, but since the house was ready, Diamond Rentals sent us the code and told us we could go ahead and get settled in. The home was beautiful, clean, and the pool was heated as we had requested. Communication via text message with the agency was easy response times were great whenever we had questions. The beach was gorgeous! I highly recommend The Front Row & Diamond Gulf Rentals!

Property was beautiful, location great. A few things that we noticed… First of all we were not given instructions on how to secure the doors… Until my husband finally called and said we were sick of dealing with them, especially during the storm. We did not know you had to pull up on the handle. The home instructions said that we needed to clean the grill when we left. Apparently the people before us did not get those instructions. We had to clean it before we could ever use it. The kitchen does not have a pair of scissors. The blender did not work properly. The toaster did not work properly. There was no dish soap in the kitchen. It would be nice if the bathrooms had blow dryers. The TV could use a sound bar. Super nice place.

Absolutely gorgeous home, with an awesome swimming pool/hot tub, right on the beach. The location could not have been more perfect!

We get nice rentals every year in Destin This is by far the best one yet!!! It has everything you need plus more in a vacation rental and very well cleaned.. I can't say one bad thing about this place, they even had someone come clean pool and hot tub while there.. would highly recommend this place for a large family or even friends get away... huge kitchen if you wanna cook and even outside table sitting.. The front row is one of the BEST in Destin!!!

Amazing location with million dollar views.

Amazing home on the beach. It has it all and close to restaurants and shopping. A perfect vacation.

The best thing about this property is the location. It's right on the beach which really counts when traveling with kids because we could just run back and forth between the house/pool and beach whenever people got hungry, wanted a pool swim, needed a drink, or just wanted to get out of the heat for a bit. It's also very close to the grocery store, pharmacy, surf shop, some restaurants, and other things. Really the ideal location and as that was our top priority, this was a win overall. There were only three things that I would suggest being aware of at this property 1) the elevator, 2) the "hot" tub, and 3) the state mandated door alarm. The elevator got stuck between the first and second floor when we first arrived with my son in it; we were able to get him out on our own and the rental company was very responsive, but nobody trusted or used the elevator the entire stay - not a big deal because we didn't really need it, but it was a little bit of a scary start to the vacation. The hot tub part of the pool never really got warm (admittedly this could have been operator error) which normally wouldn't be much of a problem during the hot summer, but it rained quite a bit and would have been nice to sit in a hot hot tub while it was raining (sort of like sitting in hot tub when it's snowing). Finally, the door alarm - the property is required to have a child safety alarm on each door that leads to the pool deck. This means that anytime you exit you have to push a button near the top of the door before opening it, then you have 7 seconds to open the door, get out, and shut it to avoid having the very loud alarm sound - 7 seconds is not a lot of time when there are multiple people exiting at the same time (you have to exit single file) especially if they have anything in their hands or if some people are trying to exit while others see the door open and decide to come back inside. The alarm went off A LOT. Everyone in our party is a proficient swimmer - so this was just an annoyance to us and, understandably, there is no way to disable the alarm or increase the amount of time you have to keep the door open. I expect that every property with a pool either has one of these alarms or the pool is completed surrounded by a child proof fence - so, be advised that this is likely the case almost everywhere as it's apparently mandated by state law. So, a few minor annoyances aside, this was a great property and worth the money in my view.
