Loved the beach rental condo. It was clean and it had everything we needed to have a great vacation! Coligny plaza was close with many options for shopping. The beach was a short walk and was visible from our patio. The owner communicated with me quickly. Overall, a great experience!

The location of this property is prime. It’s just a few blocks from Coligny shops and restaurants. Very walkable. You basically walk out your door, walk across the parking lot of the building and go to the beach. You have a partial view of the ocean from the back deck. I rented two condos the same week for 2 of my adult friends and 3 13 year old kids. I took advantage of having Kendall get groceries for us from Publix (extra cost), and it was worth it. It was awesome coming in and already having a stocked fridge. The unit was clean, and in good shape. I can’t express how great Kendall was. We were celebrating birthdays and she made several recommendations including a great cookie decorator. There was also a cute touch of ocean themed welcome sugar cookies. Next time we come back to Hilton Head we will rent this unit again. Thank you Kendall, you were the best host I’ve ever had on any platform. Because of you, our visit was stress free. Highly recommend

The furniture needed shampooed it was noticeably dirty the beach umbrella did not work properly other than those 2things it was nice

We loved our stay! So clean and a very short walk to the beach! Restaurants, shopping, beach all so close! Kendall was an awesome host and left us champagne and a happy Anniversary note! A very nice touch! We will definitely be back!!

Very clean, condo is close (walking distance) to many great restaurants and shopping. Also walk to the beach is just a few minutes. Beach view from balcony was a plus.

The property is essentially on the beach as you just walk out of the back parking area to a boardwalk that leads to the beach. Takes about a minute. Beautiful beach that goes on for miles. Plenty of area to spread out. About a 2 mile walk on the beach to reach the Sea Pines. Coligny Square is about a mile walk on the beach. Bring a credit card and you can buy a drink at the beach bar at Coligny Square. The unit is as advertised. Be aware that the door from the hallway opens into the bedroom. The queen mattress is very comfortable. The unit is well equipped with the essentials. When we arrived, the manager, Kendall, had left us a bottle of wine and cookies! Nice touch. We had 2 sets of bath towels, 2 dish tabs and 2 rolls of toilet paper. With staying a week I believe 4 dish tabs and 3 rolls of toilet paper would be more realistic. There were a couple of maintenance issues that were resolved quickly. Good communication with Kendall. 2 beach chairs and beach umbrella were on the deck for our use. There is an outside shower by the bicycle area to wash yourself and feet before entering the building. I highly recommend staying in this area as you are central to many fun activities.

We enjoyed our stay very much, it was perfect for our little family. The cleanliness of the floors weren't to the standard of feeling great about my kids crawling and playing on them but we made it work. Location, hosts and amenities were all we needed!

My husband and I only had 4 days to take a step back and relax. This was perfect for us. Small and quaint. The location was perfect to walk to grab dinner or coffee in the morning. We didn't use pool but enjoyed the beach. Kendall provides chairs and an umbrella. I even noticed in the closet a sand bucket! Her correspondence made the trip no stress! Thank you!

Beautiful spot. TV and WiFi was a little sketchy - had to be reset numerous times - minor annoyance. View was good. Close to a beautiful beach. Unit was really clean and hosts were responsive and very helpful. Had a great time.

I wasn't planning on giving a review, but I've received multiple requests. The owners are great. They even offered us an additional night. It's right off the beach. The beach is Atlantic sand, which is great for riding bikes, just fine for sitting on. The apartment was fine. Had what we needed, but was small and somewhat dated. Better than staying at a hotel. The price was good.

My wife and I had an amazing stay. Able to walk to the beach everyday and the beach chairs were perfect. Slept on the beach everyday! Kendall was fantastic and responsive. Place had everything we needed. Thank you!

Great location, great little condo, wonderful owner. Kendall was super responsive and everything was exactly where she said it would be. This trip was me and my two daughters, 7 and 12. I am not sure how we would have squeezed another adult in there, but then again, we like our space! Kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals, coin-op laundry was SUPER convenient at the end of the hall. Beach access and bonus that we did not have to bring beach chairs. Deep balcony was lovely in the mornings and we even sat out there during a thunderstorm. Pool was nice and fun for the kids. Parking was easy. Quick walk to Coligny Plaza and a short drive to SeaPines resort. I would definitely stay there again!
