Beautiful place and beach. Condo could have used better cooking pans but was clean and roomy.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay; the resort was very beautiful & I’ll definitely go back!

The decore was amazing, our issues was the AC is locked and you can’t change the temp. Set at 72 in the rooms and 70 in the common area. The master bedroom would jump to 78 sometime in the night and we’d wake up dying. It’s rude to not list that you lock the AC. We would never have chosen this room then. There is no spatula for cooking eggs or bowls for cereal for kids. No scrubber to do dishes. The cleaning lady would come around 3/4pm instead of when we were out all morning and early afternoon swimming. So we didn’t get our room cleaned the first day then had to get out the second day.

Beach view is worth it!

The property was terrific, clean, comphy.

It’s a lovely place, great location, fab communication. My only complaint is that it’s really a two bed / two bath condo. The owners storage are, which is large has the bunk beds put it and that’s why they call it a three bedroom. There is no closet in that room and the bed itself is very rickety and noisy. No temperature control in that room. Other room where perfect and we had a great time.

Our place was very clean, comfy, and beautiful. We were there during the hurricane/storm but still had a great stay and loved our time there. The restaurants are great and the prices are too. Our last full day the sun was out, the storm was gone, and we had a blast at the swim up bar, beach, and lazy river. We’ll definitely be back.

Was clean, just as described, great view, no complaints.

This is a nice place with 3 beds with one super small with bunk beds. We asked if there was a kurig before we left, they told us know and there was one when we got there. There was a leak from a light bulb in the living room, wash machine did not work and the dryer spinned but didn’t dry. Overall a pretty nice place.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Palomas. The views from our condo was truly beautiful. We enjoyed how it's near the beach and all the pool amenities. The condo is clean and have everything that we need. Cleaning person knocks like twice a day to ask if we need our rooms clean or making sure we have everything we need. We truly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back again.

Beautiful condo with everything you need.

Our Family truly enjoyed our stay. The Resort was clean and our room was as described. We would return to this property, but perhaps try another unit. Overall we had a good stay, however it could have been great if some minor improvements were made or corrected. 1. Check in process was delayed, we had to wait 2 hours past normal check-in. We didn't get into the unit until after 6pm. Also, we were charged extra per day for our 7th person which was 8 yrs old. Since our unit listed as sleeps 7, we didn't expect to pay additional money. They told us that the bunk room didn't count since the unit was a 2 bedroom unit and limit was 6 persons and the bunkbeds excluded the sleeps 7 limit. At check in we had no choice but to pay the additional funds. A bit misleading advertising. 2. The elevators took a very long time to go up and down and arrive at our floor. Seemed the staff elevators were down, so many times the staff was occupying the small elevator with their bins and almost no room for the guest. For Example, on check out day and time our family had to split up and to just get a ride down, in which this whole process took us 30min just to catch a ride on the elevator. 3. Our unit had some cosmetic issues. Our main sliding glass door in the living area was extremely hard to slide open. we called maintenance and they came in the late evening and just sprayed WD-40. He said the rolling mechanism needed to be serviced by taking the doors completely off. So for the rest of our stay we had a faulty sliding door which we nearly tweaked our backs on every attempt. Additionally, the units appliances are very old and in need of a upgrade. Washer machine and dryer are clunky and noisy. The electric range did not handle all 4 burners at one time, possible an electrical source issue. The dishwasher was also older and did not wash dishes well, as we had dirty cups and plates post the washes. The filtered water faucet had high pressure when open, and had a leak when open that would get all over the counter when in use. The AC unit was just okay, the timers needed to be reset as they auto shut off midday, and as was mentioned in previous reviews, the AC was limited to 72deg min. The electric Grill in the patio deck, did not work at all, the electrical prongs were oxidized and made no connection at the outlet. The Bunkbeds were very unstable and seemed they have seen better days. The showers ran hot and didn't get cold water. Overall Good Stay.

My family and I LOVED our trip, the amenities, the property and the helpful staff. I've personally stayed at numerous locations in Rocky Point and this space was by far my favorite. It met and exceeded our expectations. I would definitely book it again.

Loved every minute. Living room and both main rooms have patio access looking over the beach. The waves put us to sleep each night. It was the perfect size for our 2 families with kids.

Room was clean and kept clean by housekeeping, location was Perfect and we will definitely be back again soon. Wonderful for families.

The condo was nice and was as shown in pictures, very pretty. Kitchen was well stocked and nice view from balcony. It did not work well for our group. Condo: - 5 of us but table only seated 4 so difficult for playing games. There was additional seating at the bar. - The Bunk Room is strictly that and not a bedroom as there is no other furniture for clothing or convenience. It is very small and we found it to be warm. There is a window that can be opened but no screen. - There is no TV or “toy box” on the balcony, as indicated. - As indicated in the listing, there are numerous TVs in the condo, but there were no instructions on how to use them. Customer Service: As provided by Las Palomas was not the best. - The check-in process is slow, even when you do the pre-registration. - On the second day, one of the toilets plugged up and maintenance came to repair quickly. We also needed help with the safe and that was handled well. - When we arrived, we noted that the filtered water faucet was leaking. It was reported but not fixed. The water supply was just turned off so we did not have filtered water during our stay. - Description indicates there is daily maid service. Of the 3 full days we were there they only serviced the room once, on the first day. At that time they took the used bath, hand and face towels but only replaced the bath towels. We called customer service and requested hand and face towels but they were never delivered. We called again on the second day requesting that they pick up the dirty towels and provide clean ones. Only bath towels were provided. Called again on the third day and hand towels/face cloths were finally delivered. As we had made our reservations in February for the end of April, we sent an e-mail to determine if there were any changes from the original information, specifically regarding the coffee pot. We wanted to determine if we still needed to bring ground coffee. Per property description, and filter type or if there was a coffee pot for pods. We were also looking for some recommendations.

The apartment was better than I expected and Las Palomas is nice. Thw pools and the beach were perfect. The kids asked us to take them back again soon.

It was a nice view from the property. My only complaint is the AC is fixed to not go below 72. With the sun shining in, I was warm in the unit. Especially if you like it a little colder when you sleep.

This condo has a great view. Clean and nice. Has everything for a kitchen.

Place was not even close to occupancy at 4pm. Ac ducts full of black dust. Needed floors mopped twice filthy. Dust built up on bathroom cabinets. Beds were saggy a little uncomfortable. Patio door in living room very loud howling from leaks. The owner has communicated with us on these notes to rectify which was very good.

The main detractor was a horrible seafood smell throughout the entire condo and primarily in laundry room and freezer. We completely washed out the freezer when we arrived, all dishes and had cleaning clean the laundry room again and fish smell persevered. Not the fault of the owners but did really make our first couple of days in the kitchen not the most pleasant. Bunk room did not have an AC vent which meant for a very warm room or the need to sleep with the door open.
