the location was great, so close to the beach and it included beach chair and umbrella. plus the wonderful view of the ocean. There were places to eat and shop within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and comfortable

there was a musty smell in the apartment that wouldn’t go away, there was some sand in the main bedroom’s drawers and there weren’t basic condiments in the kitchen

Check in was a breeze. Location was perfect. Beach was great. Crowded but we knew that going in.

Didn't have parking passes, but they fixed that fairly quickly. It was a little disjointed on who to contact for what.

Location was excellent with a great view.

Condo was outdated. The couch was very uncomfortable and the support boards for the pullout couch were broken, rendering it useless. TVs were very old and small. TV in bedroom would not work at all. Just needs some TLC and would be a wonderful condo.

the view, bed was comfortable, the kitchen was nice and the place was pretty. When we arrived, the condo was in disarray but was remedied in a timely, professional and impressive manner!

The location was great easy access to the beach. Adding a foot wash prior to entering the building from the pool would help with the sand going into the room.

Chairs being set up at 6:30 am along the beach. Not fair to those staying at the resort and not having a front spot to set up own beach chairs and umbrella. Unless you get there before the rental company does. The grout in the bathrooms had mildew. Check in time should be 2pm to give more time to spend on the beach.

The view was all we paid for at this property.

The property was over crowded and we had no parking. The chandler in the foyer (elevator area) was full of massive amounts of cob webs. The room was dirty and the couch cushions were wet,. Dried food was splattered on the walls. The floor in the bathroom had not been swept correctly, a tag from the prior guest was still in the floor.

I love the location of the hotel, right in front of the beach.

Location and facility condo was in was great. The Beach across the street was amazing and the pool at majestic sea was good for kids too.

The door to balcony was extremely difficult to open and the Handle was off with missing screws/bolts, my husband and son actually we’re stuck on balcony after spraying on sun tan lotion and after almost 20 minutes and no help getting through to “Vacasa” rental company, I was able to open sliding door with a knife. The worst part was cockroaches. We were barely in our condo as we were on beach most of days but we found one on our bedroom, one in hallway bathroom and one on lower bunk bed! I even took pictures and sent to “Vacasa” rental company and heard nothing back.

The view was awesome and had great beach access. It was very clean

Getting access to parking and the room could have been a little more explanatory. This was our first time with something like this so I don’t think the instructions were very clear. The problems were easily solved just had to make some phone calls first. The only thing about the room was there weren’t enough towels unless I wanted to do laundry other than that it was great
