Bellman is much useful, room is acceptable

Hotel have a lot of foreign customers but breakfast doesnt have any dish or food that foreinger can eat, even not hv good butter and cheese. Just only VNese food and not many. in my oppinion, breakfast is not worth for 4* hotel as stated

Great location, lovely rooftop restaurant, very nice breakfast, room had an amazing bath but no view.

The room looked onto a wall. Such a shame when we are so high up and could be looking at HCMC

the staff was rude, basic cutlery such as spoons or glasses were not available. what was worst was cockroaches roaming all over the breakfast counter.

1.) waiter at Sky bar @ level 10 is friendly.

1) Given a room access key which was told only for power activation for the room and want to enter room will need to approach counter staff to help open the room every time I want to enter my room. 2) A four stars hotel without swimming pool and Gym facility. Not sure why it was awarded a Four stars hotel. 3) Told them I will pay for my stay on the day I check out but he insist I should pay upon check in. Asked him to use my credit card to hold as deposit but he charge to my credit card.

No comment as I am simple on my meals But definitely love the porridge and the mince meat.

I had issue with my room card. Both nights I had to return to the reception to activate my card.

staff were friendly and the room we were eventually shifted to was spacious and nice! housekeeping is good too. note: nicer rooms may not have windows, so that’s sth to think about overall although there are quite a few minuses, it’s still value for money. it does seem better than many other hotels in the are

1) walls are thin, if someone’s walking outside you can hear it 2) there was a SMALL COCKROACH IN THE MILK (see pic) at the breakfast buffet. we told the staff, they looked inside the jar and there wasn’t anything. so they left if there?! wouldn’t the right move be to change the milk….safe to say we didn’t touch it 3) our initial room was 2 single beds joined together and we found ants on the bed. they shifted us to a newer room and it was muchhhh better. 4) wifi connection is terrible in the new room we were in and there was one spot on the bed that could receive it

Safe was movable and was not drilled to be fixed onto the wardrobe. TV channels can be improved.

Finishing touches like decoration looked like it had been done by stevie wonder...jacuzzi didn't work toilet didn't work and they were obviously well aware before I checked in and didn't tell me, staff sour faced booking. Com absolutely no help whatsoever...and that was in king suite...massive let down

The hotel is in the middle of District One. It's a good place from which to explore the city. Checking in was easy, and the staff was adequate.

The room was small. With two suitcases it very difficult moving around. I didn't care for the breakfast. Even the western food didn't taste well. What was advertised and what we got didn't match up.

Room is clean but everything is not well maintained. Front desk people are rude but cleaning staffs are friendly.

The internet was super fast!! The room was decent. The view from the window was good as well. The bathroom was a little bit weird, but functional. The free shampoo and soap was good as well.

The breakfast. We were staying for 5 days, and the menu didn't change at all. It would be nice to have some variations after several days. The breakfast staff didn't seem to understand English very well.

Very well located. The room is clean and comfortable.
