Perfect location in the center, close to everything. Beach 150 m, groceries 100 m, bus stop to airport 150 m. It was perfect!

Very central location, close to everything you could possibly need. We were met at the door with the keys by the host and he showed us around, which was perfect. When leaving we just left the keys inside as we had an early morning flight, so worked for us. Air con fully functioning, balcony with a lovely view, very spacious. Television working and good storage space. It had everything we needed.

Air con would make a loud noise turning on and off during the night when left on, which you would have to leave on in 30 degrees heat. Bed was quite soft and uncomfortable. On a Friday night and I presume over the weekend the noise from a bar/nightclub is very loud and you can hear clearly from the apartment.. this did keep us awake until 3 am on the Friday night/Saturday morning. Also no hot water in the shower which we thought strange.

De locatie is perfect. Binnen twee minuten sta je op het gezellige strand, binnen 3 minuten in het mooie oude centrum van Alicante, tram (voor leuke uitstapjes) en bushalte (bus naar het vliegveld) binnen twee minuten bereikbaar. Beneden vind je al twee restaurants en het stikt er van de supermarktjes (Spar, Carrefour uitgebreider assortiment). Het appartement is op de 7de verdieping, je kunt kiezen uit lift of trap. De hoogte geeft rust van de straat en uitzicht op het kasteel en een deel van de stad. Er is een balkonnetje, twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers met goede douche,de liften werken. De keuken heeft alles wat je maar nodig denkt te hebben (wasmachine, oven, magnetron, nespresso apparaat, koffiezetter, uitgebreid servies en bestek etc. De host reageert snel op vragen en stond ons al op te wachten toen we arriveerden.

Het is natuurlijk geen 5 sterren appartement, dus kun je niet gaan zeiken dat het niet zo gezellig is ingericht. Als toerist ga je niet de hele dag op de bank zitten. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is prima.

Excellent location short walk to beach and old town. Small supermarket close by for essentials. Airport bus a short walk from the apartment. Lovely view of the castle from the lounge and balcony. Very clean on arrival with everything you need for a lovely stay.

Surprised there was no smoke alarms in apartment. As it was cold on arrival it would would have been useful to have some instructions on how to set the air con to heat as us British are not used to air con.

Loved everything about the apartment. Would 100% recommend. First time visit to Alicante and the apartment was in the ideal location. Only a two-minute walk from the bus stop and I was met outside the apartment and shown inside and given the keys, So simple, The apartment has everything you could need and more. Great kitchen, lovely living room with huge TV and great comfy beds. I stayed on the 7th floor but there is a lift which takes you straight up to a very quiet stay, Shop all close by and so close to the beach. If your thinking of a stay in Alicante dont hesitate in booking this apartment as I will certainly return Thank you to the host for a great first time visit to a beautiful city

location was superb, very easy access to beach, marina, old town, convenience stores, pharmacy, and bus stop to airport, taxis depot and tram line. Apartment has well equipped kitchen/ utility and the bed was a comfortable large proper double. Slept very well there as it was quiet and dark in the bedroom with good air conditioning. Tv/ Netflix also good to have. The view of castle is fabulous from the balcony. Small details like coffee pods etc are always nice to have on arrival.

The decor could be a little cheerier! It is not an ultra moderne apartment but that wouldn’t stop me going back.

Great location. Spotlessly clean. Great size and had everything you need for a lovely holiday. Even had a beer in the fridge. Will definitely come again
