Location was spot on

Had to pay cash £150 deposit upon arrival. very expensive parking charges. Can park for free but 20 minute walk away and not 100% sure car would be safe. Very dangerous spiral staircase to bed, so we decided to sleep on the sofa bed instead, which was NOT comfortable. Accused of being short of £20 Euro when deposit was given upon arrival, but was not told this until departure date, however was given back the full amount back of 150 thought he wanted a £20 euro tip tbh

Very good the location; the appartment is very clean, and comfortable for living inside (very sunny and without traffic noises). the dining room and the kitchen are good. Bathroom (with window) is ok and clean.

The apartment is at the 3rd floor, even though the stairs between two floors are less than in a modern apartment. Inside, the apartment is on two floors.

Beautiful appartment. Walking distance to attractions and shops and free parking close by. Lovely host.

The property was ok for the purpose of one night

I wasn’t happy because the took the deposit as soon I made the booking. So, they charge me the day, which is ok, as I agreed to pay in advance, but why would you take the deposit before arriving to the accommodation

Lovely quiet impeccable apartment, right in the center, equipped with everything you need for a long stay and then some! Though in an old building, it's newly renovated without losing the old charm. Lovely staff, easy check in and out. If you come by car you can park for free at Parking Boulingrin (8 min walking) but watch out for days when cars are being picked up due to markets being held there. There's also Aire de stationnement de Rouen (check Google maps) as free parking (24 min walking distance but better than paying 15 to 25 Eur for 24h!).
