Everything about our stay was amazing. The staff, food, location, and house were all great. The pool has afternoon shade which was ideal. The chef accommodated a gluten free diet without any issues which is truly hard to find and is very much appreciated. We would absolutely stay in this house with this staff again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The property is very nice and comfortable- perfect for relaxing. We had 6 adults and 6 kids stay without issue. The staff is first rate. Great central location to beach, marina, restaurants, and golf courses. There were some issues with the air conditioning that were immediately handled by the owners. Would highly recommend for a large group!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The house was comfortable and spacious sporting modern design. The staff was attentive, friendly and accommodating. The food cooked by the house chef was excellent, even better than the restaurants.

My extended family (8 adults, 2 kids) had a great time on this lovely clean house. The house, pool and grounds are delightful. The staff are friendly and efficient and the management is straightforward and communicative. This is a first-rate property.

Our family of five young adults gathered to celebrate a BIG birthday for my husband’s birthday! Every single detail of the stay exceeded our expectations. The location of the home was absolutely central & perfect in relation to the entire resort. The staff was incredible- we had all of our culinary and beverage needs customized exactly as I had requested. Every morning was a coffee bar and breakfast selection you would not believe! In the afternoon we were greeted with fresh margaritas/mojitos and delicious appetizers. Our rooms and laundrey were cleaned daily. The gardner kept the grounds immaculate and our pool/veranda area was so inviting. I think our favorite was the 12 person hot-tub sauna that we frequented morning noon and night! The house manager Milagros was so very attentive and responsive and took care of every detail from menus to dinner reservations and a private boat excursion. The staff orchestrated a birthday party for my husband with custom decorations- steak/lobster dinner and the most delicious Oreo cheesecake we have ever tasted! The entire resort offered something for everyone- we felt so safe and were able to navigate in the THREE golf carts provided y the home. We certainly could have booked a smaller villa- but the 5 star reviews of this one drew us in. We will most certainly travel back to Casa de Campo for a seamless vacation that we will fondly treasure for a lifetime.

This was our third trip to CDC - two families staying in a house together. This was our best villa - by far. The location is excellent. A really quick walk to Minitas and on a quiet private street. The villa's grounds are perfect, with a good sized pool, a large hot tub, grill and tons of patio space. The gardens back onto the golf course and allow for great sunsets from the large comfortable covered porch. The bedrooms are all well sized and very comfortable. The AC worked pefectly, the bathrooms were oversized and in great condition. The villa staff were all extremely friendly and could not have been more helpful. Having a driver on call was really useful. Milagros the house manager was awesome - helping us with all our reservations and local travel needs. The three golf carts were a big plus. We had previously rented from CDC and their gas carts did not compare in terms of quality, size, and convenience.

We stayed for a wedding over the weekend and mainly adults and I brought my baby. The house was very nice. But I feel like staff really made the experience memorable. They cater to you and listen to everything you say. I’m already planning our trip for next year with other family members

The villa was phenomenal! Milagros the proper manager helped set everything up. Yocasta the chef cooked amazing meals. Evelin and the rest of the staff treated us like kings. AC worked nicely in all rooms. Having 3 Golf Cars was key for getting around.

Right from the booking process, Dayana gave us all the information we needed to make sure our stay was perfect! Our group was an extended family so 11 in total, 5 children between 5 and 15 and 6 adults including 2 in their late 70s. The location and layout of the villa were great for everyone with a good mix of twin rooms and doubles and mostly on one floor. We landed late in the evening but our greeting was perfect both at the airport as arranged and at the villa with drinks waiting for us. The villa was exactly as described, if anything even more beautiful, and the team who looked after us were great. We hadn’t done this type of holiday before with a chef and staff their to help and we had been a bit unsure how it would be but I don’t know if we will ever be able to go back to our normal villa type after this!!!! We had very few problems but anything at all was dealt with quickly and simply, even when we locked the safe and couldn’t get back in!! Breakfast was amazing each day, we sometimes did lunch but mostly just a small snack or hot dogs for the kids but the team were happy to make those for us . We had the chef cook us dinner twice and on reflection we wish we had done it more!!! Amazing food and brilliant service throughout. Cocktails were fab and they even did mocktails for the kids. Having access to the golf carts for travel made things so easy and we mostly did our own shopping which, although expensive onsite, was really handy. Next time we would definitely go to the main supermarket in town for a bigger range but it worked just fine as things were. Milagros did a great job of organising a boat for us to fish and snorkel for a day and also an excursion to swim with dolphins in puta Cana. She was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and the holiday wouldn’t have been the same without her. The whole resort was amazing, everything was close by, but the villa and team were absolutely second to none and I can’t thank them enough for making our holiday so special. We really hope to come back again soon!! We all agreed if we could give it more than 5 stars we would have done!! Absolutely recommend this for all ages and groups

We are messy and loud but the staff was still so sweet and took great care of us. The house is beautiful and well taken care of. The staff was amazing, so nice and took care of all our requests. We woke up every morning to a clean villa and our rooms were always cleaned. The beach and marina were an easy golf cart away (the golf carts easily accommodated all 12 of us). Milagros set up a taxi for us when we went to dinner/the club a bit farther from the villa. She also set up our van to/from the airport which made everything easy and safe. We did a boat day which was absolutely amazing. The boat we initially picked wasn’t available anymore but we were still accommodated and she gave us 2 other options. The staff made us breakfast every morning and dinner one night and it was delicious. The pool at the villa was beautiful I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Milagros can provide COVID tests for a small charge to anyone that needs. I hope I get to visit again.

The estate is extremely beautiful, very confortable and clean! The villa is very pleasant and polite. The manager and the staff chief all speak english very well. We have obtained all the necessary information for our holiday and to organize in the best possible way breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is very suitable for children; the staff has give us a hand to make than feel at their ease. The villa is very close to the beach and the three trolleys have helped us in moving around. My husband is a chef, we have cooked at the villa in the main kitchen and I have ascertained it is perfectly equipped, The kitchen is extremely clean and very spacious. Thanks to the owner and to the staff everything has been perfect. We will certainly go back.

We have been to Casa de Campo many times and I have to say this villa is the best. I will be back soon. The villa is like new and I must say that the cleanliness is excellent. I found the pool always clean. This villa has been recommended to us by our friends, but until now we have not had the opportunity to stay because it was almost always rented. I suggest you book in advance. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We chose the menu option and compared to the restaurants in Casa de Campo, we ate very well and saved a lot. My compliments to the chef. Unlike the other villas, here we found three golf carts included in the price. The 5 people who work in the villa are kind and caring, especially Milagros and Tatica, who speak excellent English. If you don't use golf carts like me, the driver can take you with the villa car anywhere in Casa de Campo. Perfectly maintained garden. Internet in the villa was fine.

Los Lagos is a beautiful, clean, comfortable home. It's exactly as described in the listing. The backyard/pool is beautiful and the location is very close to the beach. What really sets this property apart is Milagros and her staff. The service was 5 stars and the food service (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) were amazing. I've paid 3x for properties that were the same quality as Los Lagos and those properties did not include the staff. We will definitely be back. As a note to renters: DO travel with plenty of cash. You'll need it for tipping, activities, etc. Cash is very much appreciated as a tip in all the restaurants. A++ for this property!!

A multigenerational crew of 11 (ages 90-12) spent 9 days at Los Lagos 16 recently. We travel quite a bit and I can honestly say this was one of the best all around values for money that I have experienced. The house was perfect for our size group (11 people). The bedrooms are all good sizes and the bed configuration allowed the perfect mix and match of couples and singles. The common spaces are very large and flow nicely to the outside pool/deck space, which is where we spent most of our time. The Los Lagos area is dead center in Casa De Campo, so everything is easy to get to. Golf, shooting, tennis are out one way and the Marina/shopping the other. Of course, the beach is a hop, skip and a jump away. Very walkable or a quick 2 minute golf cart ride. The staff was awesome, as well. Always there and helpful. Milagros, the house manager, was very responsive and was available 7x24 to help us with activity and dinner reservations. Heading into the visit, I was a little confused by the cooking/food situation and how that worked, so for those who may be in the same boat, here's the scoop. You can order set meals (for a price) and they will shop, cook and serve them or you can shop yourself and have everything prepared by Marlene, the chef (no charge accept for a $15 pp surcharge for dinner) We did both the set menus and shop ourselves. For our group, it turned out to be easier (and cheaper) to be able to do the shopping and make the menus ourselves. Marlene can cook anything well :-) We hope to be back again soon!

The staff did a good job with our meals...we had a good selection (we wrote the menu) and there was just enough food to keep us fed. We were pleased with the staff.
