Nice condo. Good location and relaxing atmosphere

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this condo. The owners have spoiled us with all the luxery items and abundant electronic outlets. This was one of the most comfortable rentals in a quiet location with fantastic mountain views. We enjoyed birdwatching on the patio every morning. Condo is a very clean, well-stocked with kitchen cooking supplies, bathroom amenities, and quality linens. We enjoyed the high-end kitchen appliances. We used the small Coleman cooler for day trips. Loved the large TVs in living room and bedrooms. Both bedrooms have comfy beds with ceiling fans. Pool and spa was so nice after a busy day. The owners emailed us helpful info ahead of time including activities and restaurant recommendations. Owners very responsive when we had questions. Thank you for letting us use your luxury condo. We will definitely stay here again.

The rental was perfect . Clean , very organized , owners have been very thoughtful in the planning of this property. We were hesitant to rent as it’s a downstairs condo and we like our sleep . Very quiet neighborhood and we had no noise issues . Close to stores and restaurants. The owner communicated very quickly to all our questions and concerns from the beginning all the way to the time we left . Very respectful, understanding and accommodating. We travel often to various places and we wish every place we rent was like this one . We would definitely rent here again if in the area .

This is a generously appointed condo, so many pluses....would have loved to stay more nights. Quiet, close to shopping, sights.

The attention to detail in thinking of every possible thing to make your stay wonderful us what sets this place apart. Not only was it outfitted with everything you need, but the quality of items from the coffee maker to the appliances, to the 3d television were all first class. The hiking sticks just there for using absolutely saved my day of hiking! Thank you Ken for making our stay in Tucson exceptional!

The owners of this property have obviously thought about the comfort of their guests and have provided many extra items not found in other VRBO rentals. The unit is in a small, nicely maintained complex in a very convenient location for all of the local attractions. The hosts were easy to communicate with and provided us with helpful information, without being asked. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Very nice location. This condo was a perfect fit for my wife and I. It had everything we needed and more. The owners were extremely nice and made themselves available if we needed anything.

Enjoyed the nice patio with a wonderful desert area and great view of the Catalinas. We even saw a roadrunner! Host was great, accommodations top notch. No regrets.

Our daughter attends u of a and we have stayed in several properties around the tucson area and this is by far the best. The owner responded immediately when we had a question. The patio faces mostly north, so you can wnjoy the mountain views all day. We will be looking for this property the next time we visit

This was our second time to stay at property. The host is very accommodating and unit is very comfortable. Has high end appliances, comfortable beds and living room furniture. We also enjoyed the outdoor sitting area. We plan to stay again when we return to area.

Owners’ attention to detail can’t be beat! Best VRBO property we have ever utilized. Ease of checking into unit, correspondence with owner was warm and helpful, and entire lodging experience was outstanding. We highly recommend this condo to everyone and we plan to return in the near future.

We have stayed at many rentals. I would put this at the top of the list. The condo itself was very user friendly. The area, grounds, pools and parking were perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying at this condo, all new updated appliances! Great little patio to sit outside. Very comfy living room and master with lots of instructions and everything labeled to help you find things ie ziplocks, extra sheets, etc. Great communication with owners, thank you!!

I had high hopes for this property as a location for a sibling family reunion - it more than exceeded expectations. The location allowed us to spend hours on the patio reminiscing while we were in awe of the view of the beautiful Catalina Mountains. The condo provides for all needs in a comfortable and expertly designed way. Kitchen is well appointed, bathrooms are luxurious, and beds are heavenly. It is clear the owners have created an oasis for themselves, and I am grateful they share it with others.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's in a beautiful location just down the street from the Ventana Canyon Resort. The property was very clean when we checked in. There is a great view of the mountains from the patio. The condo was stocked with pretty much all the essentials we needed. All of the appliances were top end. The hosts were great, they reached out to make sure everything was as promised. It was all that was promised and more. Just a great vacation. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay at Catalina Foothills. The unit was sparkling clean and appointed with top notch furnishings including high end bathroom and kitchen fixtures. We really enjoyed looking out of the huge picture window at the dessert terrain and mountains with nothing man made to spoil the view. There is a nice patio where you can look out over the dessert. Despite being a middle unit, it felt very private like you were in a house. The bedding and mattresses were very comfortable. I slept like a baby. The furniture in the living room was comfortable and there are 3 giant screen TV to enjoy. We were grateful a dog was welcome so we did not have to board her. The host was very professional and available for support. This is the nicest VRBO I've ever stayed at!

Good place to stay

This condo & location are perfect! We were traveling for the first time with a five month old. Ken did everything he could to make our travel and stay smooth. He ordered sheets for the pack and play that he already had available. He even had the pack and play set up for us because he knew we were getting in late. Being able to put our baby straight to bed was amazing. He also allowed us to ship items to the condo so we didn’t have to pack them. The condo is well organized and generously equipped. They have everything you could need from shampoo, conditioner, and body wash & lotion to a hair dryer and straightener. They even provided children’s hangers which was very helpful for someone like me who likes to unpack and be organized. We didn’t need to purchase anything at the store except food & drinks. The refrigerator had bottled water and there were more K-cups than needed by the coffee maker. The patio was the perfect place to begin our mornings. The view is beautiful and the patio is private & peaceful. We spent our days at Saguaro National Park (east & west), Sabino Canyon, and Mt. Lemmon. In the evening we relaxed at the pool and had dinner at the many great local restaurants. Ken immediately responded to and addressed any questions or issues that we had. We usually travel twice a year and were so happy with the cleanliness of this condo. No need to do any of our own extra cleaning, which we find often happens. It was great to get settled in and begin our trip. We would book again without hesitation.

Enjoyed our stay though we were out most of the time.. The Condo had everything one would need especially Kitchen well equipped with many plus items. Well maintained and clean condo. Bedrooms and bedding were great. Even Bathrooms were good and had essentials. Relaxing place and quiet neighborhood. Owners communicated when and if needed so you had your privacy too! Thank you!

Everything was perfect with this rental. Anything we may have needed was there. Everything was well labeled as to how to operate lights, ceiling fans, etc. If we ever had a question, the owners were only a text away and they responded immediately. The views of the mountains were perfect for morning coffee and relaxation. Easy check in and easy check out. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience.

Very clean, beautiful, and convenient! No bait and switch, everything was as described and pictured. Appreciated the details the host took to ensure the guests’ comfort from providing everything in the kitchen, even a new sink sponge! The location is also very convenient but quiet, away from the main traffic. Would definitely stay here again!!

Extremely well furnished with every amenity one could imagine. We also enjoyed location. Just a few blocks away from the Lowes Hotel, restaurants etc. communication with owner was stellar.

Wonderful hideaway tucked in the foothills. Well kept and well maintained. Host was very organized and incredibly helpful.

This condo was better than the listing! The owners have added so many extras that other condos don’t have. (Great written instructions, phone & watch chargers, laundry soap, paper towels, coffee pods, blackout shades, motion triggered night lights in the ceilings and bathrooms, a dual shower, an unassuming bidet attachment to one of the toilets, etc, etc!). We had 4 adults and an infant and with the bedrooms/bathrooms at opposite ends of the condo, there was great privacy. The fitness center, a very short walk away, had great equipment including free weights, and a row machine which is rarely found in condo fitness centers. My son who has stayed at 4 other condos in the same area said this was the best they’ve ever seen! We highly recommend this condo. Ken and his wife will make sure you are highly satisfied and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay!

We loved our stay! The condo was exactly as described and had every amenity we needed. The morning and evening view from the living room and patio were amazing! It was dog friendly, so we got to take our pup with us. The location was perfect for touring the area and had many great restaurants.
