Location was convenient to walk up to San Fernando and to the dunes

Did raise by email with flat owners that the flat had bugs, light above the front didn’t work and hub verification didn’t work

spacious apartment for single traveller so for 2-3 would be ok

sun goes off balcony very early afternoon needs some decoration and a lighter shower curtain purple curtain is too dark for the smallest room!! bedroom over the restaurants snd bars so noisy until 1am maybe double glaze the bedroom window to cancel the noise!

Very close to the Yumbo and only a short walk to San Fernando for cheaper shopping.

It was quite noisy in the bedroom. You could here road noise all day so no chance of getting a siesta and you are woken early with people going to work. I did have ear plugs and they weren’t enough. I think perhaps it needs the window replacing with something more modern to reduce the noise. The bedroom curtain was paper thin and didn’t block the light. The kitchen equipment was a little lacking.

The "meet and greet" was excellent, and communication throughout was first-class. We loved the location, overlooking Yumbo. The apartment is very comfortable and met all our needs, albeit the the bath is quite small.

A toaster would be a helpful addition

Great location next to the Yumbo Centrum and short distance to the dunes. Big apt.

It was a little dirty upon arrival. It smells like cheap cleaning products. Found a big cockroach the 2nd day. Too many screaming children in the pool and running up and down the walkways. Bedroom window is level with heads walking by the walkway, since you have to have windows open - NO AIR CONDITIONING - there is no privacy. There was also a window to the next apt. Badly covered so they could see into my apt. There was no soap anywhere when I got there. There is no one around to help you with anything. The front desk does not cater to the other guests in the place. So, if it’s your first time here, do not stay here.
