Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With three separate suites, plus a few rooms we did not use, this house was perfect for the 3 couples as we gathered for a reunion. We had plans to go into Charleston but everything was so perfect in kiawah we never left. Kitchen was perfect for cooking a big meal and the couch held all of us to watch the Ryder cup. The pool was refreshing, the ride to beach easy, and we walked to The sanctuary for dinner. Watching the stream of golfers was relaxing. Everything was perfect! Thank you.

This property was better than expected. Beautifully decorated with all of the amenities and a surprise game area downstairs. The area is beautiful via bike, beaches are wide. Everything was wonderful!

The areas were large enough to spread out, the porch and the pool provided an additional outdoor space. The house was not cleaned as if guests were coming, it needed to be dusted, vacuumed and mopped.

Easy ride to beach (5min). Pool and deck were great. Ping pong table and cornhole were awesome. Even had two fishing poles and some lures we fished with. Overall, the best place we have ever stayed on Kiawah! Easy to check in. Clean. Loved having a washer and dryer.

The house is great for large groups. We biked to the beach daily and entertained family multiple times during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped other than knives. We had multiple issues during our two week stay, the most bothersome was a pest issue, but the rental agency was responsive. It’s a pretty long walk to the beach. The pool area is much smaller than it looks in the pics. Because of the tree cover the pool is very hard to keep clean. The house lacks a nice outdoor area to hang out. Front porch view is of the street and because of landscape it’s very hard to keep the spiderwebs out there under control. Overall the property was good, but i would not say great and think for this kind of money we will look elsewhere next time.
