This place couldn’t be more perfect for a big group looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation. If we weren’t just hanging out in the backyard around the pool, we were inside with the pool table. Will definitely be looking to book this place again the next time I visit Florida. Thanks for everything!

Was the perfect pit-stop for our F1 weekend. Gary was quick to address an issue and answer a couple of questions (non-house related).

We were on vacation to celebrate 50th birthdays. To do some gambling, parasailing, airboat ride, enjoy the beach. This house was in the perfect location, central to all the things we wanted to do. This is a beautiful space in a great neighborhood. The amenities were spot on, it was very clean and comfortable. The pool was an added bonus though a little on the cold side because of the weather. Gary was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Perfect spot for larger groups that want their own beds. :)

The home was really nice. It had several amenities. We did not have to leave the property to enjoy ourselves. My son and his friends enjoyed the ping pong table and the outdoor space the most. It was great!!

Stayed here before we went on our cruise. Perfect for the kids. Around lots of stores and things to do.

This was a perfect spot for our family vacation- plenty of comfortable space for everyone, close to amenities and activities and lots in the house to keep us entertained. The detailed instructions from the host were super helpful as well Would highly recommend

Just as advertised. Very nice place.

It's very apparent that a lot of thought went into making sure everything and all the information a vacationing family would need was available. The game room was a big plus. The furniture looked like high quality stuff, but the recliners and couch are getting a little beat down. We didn't find them very comfortable.The kitchen was tiny and difficult for more than one person to be in. All in all though, a good place.

Great for family trip

The home was great for our group of six adults. It was clean and rooms exactly as pictured. We appreciated the little extras such as tv instructions in each room and a usable laptop and wifi printer. Wifi was great throughout the property and we enjoyed the salt water pool and game rooms all day long and into the night. We used walmart delivery service which was very convenient for the bottled water and grocery items we needed. Very close to shopping and everything we wanted to do. We had no problems at all during our stay. Home was well stocked and neighborhood was quiet. We highly recommend this rental home and look for are to renting it again. All questions were promptly answered. We had a home chef prepare dinner our day of arrival and brunch the next day. It was incredible and we recommend trying that as well.

There is a lot of space and great amenities. We have stayed in a few rental properties and will definitely stay here again.

This was a great spot to enjoy a boys weekend at Miami Dolphins game and Gulf Stream Park Raceway. We were close to all venues and airport. House is very equipped and owners have thought of everything and were very accommodating. Our group very much enjoyed our weekend at house, we would rent this spot again if back in the area.

House was as advertised. Good communication with the property manager - answered the phone immediately when called and was responsive and friendly.

Wonderful property for our needs. Pictures on the listing are accurate to what you get. Some of the soft product showing its age with wear and tear. Had a couple minor challenges over the stay but the owner was very responsive on the app to get the issues solved to our satisfaction. We would stay here again if back in the area.

Our stay at the property was great. The property is cleaned and large for our family and friends of 9 people. The 2 masters is great as well as the 2 other bedrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool table, covered pool and although we didn't use the ping pong or fooseball table, it is there and ready for use. Very quiet neighboorhood and close to shopping, restaurant etc., The owner is super nice and quickly response to correct a minor issue we had. Would definitely stay again at the property in our next visit.

Overall our experience was okay, there was a few issues that caused major inconveniences. One of the showers did not work, it barely put out any water and we were unable to use it. We also had an issue with the washer and dryer. We were unable to wash our clothes for a day and we needed clean clothes for the wedding. We had to take our stuff to the laundry matt to be cleaned. When we let Gary know about these issues, he was on top of them right away and did have the repair guys over in a timely manor. However, we did not receive a partial refund or credit, considering we had 2 major issues one would think we'd be compensated properly. We paid full price for a house that should be fully functional and it was not. I understand the owner can't foresee these issues arising but the right thing to do would've been to offer us a partial credit for the inconvenience. From one business owner to the next. He did a great job about getting people over to repair these items for us but that does not change the inconvenience that they cause. The right thing to do would've been to offer some sort of partial refund to the client considering we paid full price for a house that was not fully functional. Other than that it's a decent location and good house if you're looking to have a family vacation.

House was nice with lots of things to do. Check in and out was easy. Just wish we had more time to relax andenjoy it as this was a business trip this time.

House have everything a group would need

We had such a good time at this vacation rental. The heated pool was the best, followed by the games/tv room. Lots of room for everyone to sleep. Excellent!

Property was clean, everything was as detailed... owner easy to communicate with and responds quickly. Overall excellent experience

The house is beautiful...everything in the house worked and the owner, Gary was very friendly..the pool heater didn't work for the first 15 of 30 days..we don't rent houses without heated pools.The neighbors behind the house played very loud music during the day 2 or 3 times a week. We couldn't hear our own music.

The house was perfect for the 2 families that stayed together here for a sports tournament. The teens loved the theatre and game room! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with many uniformed neighbors! We felt so good as we pulled into the neighborhood and saw three police cruisers parked at their homes. The house was spacious, comfortable and the amenities were great! We will definitely return here when visiting again. Thanks Gary!!
