Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war bei der Ankunft alles sehr sauber. Der Verwalter sprach deutsch und stand für alle Rückfragen zur Verfügung.

Die Ausstattung an Küchenutensilien insbesondere Porzellan, Gläser und Löffeln war jedoch im Vergleich zu der Gesamtausstattung der Villa sehr spartanisch z.B. 1 Espressotasse und 5 Teelöffel. Wir haben alles an den Verwalter weitergegeben, er wollte die Ausstattung nachbestücken. Die "urbanizationes" ist noch in Bau. Gegenüber dem Grundstück Baustelle. Da das Grundstück von einer dicken hohen Mauer umschlossen ist, fühlten wir uns durch die Baustelle nicht gestört. Lediglich der Ausblick von der Villa war etwas eingeschränkt.

Pool was t working properly. Air conditioning in one of the bedrooms didn’t work for the 2 weeks Bbq wasn’t clean and the wire brush was useless. Ice machine didn’t work. No hot water for first week. Plates and cups were chipped. Location was not great.

House was great well stocked kitchen with utensils pots etc pool was a great size, house was very clean plenty of towels , washing machine and dishwasher worked well, estepona is a lovely place and the old town was worth a visit 15 minutes in a taxi. The reviews said most things were within walking distance it was 50 minutes walk to the nearest Lidl . Great villa just hire a car .

Location wasn’t great we didn’t have a car and had to walk about 7 minutes to dispose of our rubbish . Arrived on a Sunday and most of the supermarkets were closed we were unaware of this a heads up would have been good.. managed to get some things at the local garage .if we had know could have got our taxi to stop on route to the villa. Ice maker not working and tvs in room upstairs only had German channels despite being told someone would come to fix light in bedroom no one came .

the service from Georgie was exceptional. the villa was just as it had been portrayed in the pictures.
