We had a wonderful time in this beautiful unit!! The couch and king bed need updating and an ice machine would be nice. However, this is a lovely cottage and we really enjoyed our stay here! Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us!!

Very responsive property management and great location.

The good or the bad first? Ok the good. Beautiful unit, remodeled to perfection, location, NCV is the best location in oceanside for everything. And it very clean, the unit and NCV are exceptionally clean. The bad. Mouse in the house, under the dishwasher, and ants in the kitchen. Hide a-bed the worst thing on the planet. Burn it, drag it out and destroy it. DO NOT count on this being a reliable queen bed, not even for doggies. You will… i repeat you will bring your own TP, and paper towels. They DO NOT provide any after the first roll. Everything else about this unit was great. There are two bathrooms but the master is not able to close off from the room. It is open, so sharing the bathroom will require the bedrooms to be shut off from any entrance. Unless you’re into seeing others doing business. There were fans, and beach chairs, boogie boards etc. I won’t stay in this unit again, however it’s probably good for a family or a few people as long as you DONT NEED THE HIDEAWAY BED.

We love this area of Oceanside and have had two successful stays at this property. This specific condo is nicely remodeled and clean. Sofa probably needs to be replaced, but other than that, the beds are super comfy, everything you need for the beach which is super helpful too. Would stay here again!

Living room was comfortable and the furniture.. like how it was close to parking garage.Rooms were good and beds, but the master bathroom’s shower head was crooked and it Couldn’t be adjusted to middle. Also toilet looked crooked..The deck was painted two times so couldn’t go out until it dried. Hot water was shut off for a few hours due to construction. I was notified, but it was a little inconvenient when we needed showers after being at the pool.

The experience sadly I give a 1. I knew there was going to be construction going on, we didn’t think we were going to be a part of it. It was supposed to start at 9. When we were there, it seem to start around 6:30am. on vacation it isn’t something you really want to wake up to. The heater in the room seems to not work. I guess being in the construction area, one of the water lines seems to had broken one of the days. so when we were walking to the front door there was water spraying everywhere. It also when have been nice to know if there was going to be work going on in the unit during our stay. When going back to the unit we noticed someone was in there working on something. There was cracks on the wall and ceiling. There was a strong odor like paint or something. We had to open the windows and doors to ventilate the place to try to let the smell go away. (It help out a little) but leaving the window open with the construction things outside wasn’t the best. We had our things around. If we knew someone was going to be inside the unit working we could have placed any valuables away. (felt like an invasion of privacy.) to make things worse whoever came in to the unit left tools and a ladder and also took down the curtains to the living rooms and kitchen, which look out to the front entrance gate. So we could see everyone coming in or leaving and they could all see into the unit. Luckily, the last day they advised us the water was going to be shut off in the morning. So it kinda gave us time to prepare for that. But it would’ve been nice to know before we booked. Even trying to get in contact with the people with the listing. wasn’t the best. They responded the next day and even then, they still weren’t really helpful. Just saying they were going to look into it and left it as that.

Although this particular area of complex was going through a renovation and some if the windows were covered up or there were construction platforms at the windows and front patio partially blocking the wonderful view, we had a wonderful time.. we had great communication with the owner and the facilities regarding a few items as. The kitchen is recently updated with wonderful up t date appliances. Great layout in the condo. Beds comfortable, bathrooms modern. Always a great experience

We loved this property and all of its amenities! Beds were comfortable, beach chairs, wagon, umbrella provided. Nice kitchen with quality appliances. A few minor problems with ants, cooking pans, pull out sofa mattress. Management company will take care of, so I would check with them before renting if you plan to do any cooking or using pull out sofa sleeper.

Reviewer Comments: Third third time back to Seascape Nirvana and after a few minor inconveniences that StayCoastal staff took care of promptly, we had a great stay. The property still looks great and is oh so close to the ocean but without the “oceanfront” pricing. Ya’ll can thank us for have StayCoastal provide brand new beach chairs as the ones there prior were broken. Thanks to SC for getting those over to us during our stay! NCV was lovely as always; grills, pool, jacuzzi, and workout facility were in great working order. We will be back next year again, excited to see then new porch relax in the beach and enjoy the SoCal sun.

The property was bright, clean, quiet and very relaxing. Would recommend.

This rental is everything that the listing says it is. Very well done and modern beach feel. My only input on an opportunity for improvement was there was almost too much communication from the various property managers. I had text messages from multiple people, emails from the VRBO ap, etc. It was all done with good intention, but it was almost like information overload. This is a good problem to have as I'd rather have an engaged property management team than not. Other than that...I would highly recommend this property. We had an excellent stay and will be back.

This property was great for our family of four. Super clean, great location with easy access to the beach, harbor, downtown oceanside and visiting family on Pendleton. I would highly suggest this condo and we can’t wait to come back!

We thought the condo beautiful and matched the pictures perfectly. It was clean and all the little things had been thought of. We would definitely recommend and will be staying here again.
