Great space, great location, comfortable beds, the one negative for us was the parking as only one SUV could fit and the other two families had to park two streets back at night. Otherwise loved the unit. Thanks again!

This townhome was the perfect location for out volleyball stay. My daughter was playing at the Orange County convention center.
My only complaint is that the place could have been cleaner. The important places (bathroom and kitchen were clean but the stairs (gum stuck to the wall) under the couch ( a bunch of dirty sheets from the fold out couch) could have used some attention. Overall I would stay again.

great place to stay! it was in a great location, 10-15 minutes from universal and Disney parks and in walking distance to some restaurants and stores. we all really enjoyed walking to Mona’s cafe for breakfast. the house had plenty of room for all 8 of us and was extremely clean when we arrived. it’s even better than the pictures and we’re hoping to come back!

This place was perfect for our 3 day stay to start off our family vacation at the parks. Monica was very quick about getting back to us for some super minor things that came up during our stay but nothing that would stop us from staying there again, these things could happen at home. The house was well put together and everyone had their own private bathroom which was nice as well.

The booking process through Airbnb was super easy. Check in/out was easy. The pool and bar was nice. The place was staged great when we first walked in. Monica was a great host and quick to answer my questions. Very reasonably priced for the location!

I usually really enjoy my stay at Vista Cay. This time was disappointing, as I saw a roach in the kitchen upon my arrival, and had ants both in the dining room in the kitchen every time I put food out. Please rectify for your next guests!

This was a great townhouse for our family. Having the option of a room on the 1st floor & 3rd floor. Plus the pull out couch made it an easy decision where to put the teenagers.

Overall it was better than staying at a hotel but they were a lot of tiny spiders,ants and worst of all cockroaches. When we decided to go to the pool it was PACKED! No social distancing, it was like the pool of Covid. The AC didn’t hit the 3rd floor and on the first floor it was ice cold.

September 2020 Stay
The place was very clean when we got there and was a great space for my family of 7! Also the community is very clean as well as a beautiful area. We stayed there to take a trip to Universal Studios and it was very near.

Volleyball tourney - great location
Perfect spot for OCCC. Exactly like the pictures. Nice for a group w multiple families. Nearby Publix and Walgreens as well as some restaurants.

Peterson Family Vacation
The stay was amazing. The place was nice. We really enjoyed the location and all that they had. The gym, the pool, basketball court and how close we were to everything with in 7-10 mins. We will definitely reach out to the owner if and when we come back to Orlando. This place was so nice. The pictures on line dont do it any justice. I loved the 3 floors it made it like everyone had their own space. The 3.5 bathrooms were a plus. I highly recommend this location

We had a great time at the property. Great amenities: pool, workout room, bar.
The townhome was clean and spacious. All bedrooms had their own bathroom. Monica was prompt with responding back to us. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The town home was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. It was just as you see in the pictures. It is located near everything , just about a 10- 15 minute drive to all attractions. We went to the pool once, it was spacious and clean. Also the publix is close by as well as several food outlets in the same mall area as the publix. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved the rental. It was clean and spacious. The kids had plenty of space to do their own thing without us being on top of them. Only issue was the AC it stayed at 70 and we were unable to adjust it other then that it was great!!

July 2018 Stay
Everything was comfortable and clean. The AC was stuck on 70 which made it cold at times but manageable once we turned it off. The downstairs bed was very hard but all other beds were comfortable. Great location to all attractions and outlet malls.
