Best spot in PV, best pool by far. No issues what so ever! Will def come back!

My wife and I along with our adult daughter and a friend recently spent a week at Neal's condo. The location is the best that you can have if you want to be in town. It is directly on the malecon and next to the river. There are many restaurants and bars a short walk from the condo, yet the location is very quiet at night. The unit itself is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The building has a very nice infinity pool with a pool side/swim up bar and grill

Neal’s place was absolutely amazing! From the moment we got there we were greeted by Carlos who made sure everything in the condo was good to go. It was 5 adults and the condo was very spacious for all of us. Amazing balcony to enjoy coffee at in the morning. The pool and pool staff was AMAZING! Also easily walkable from tons of good restaurants and bars. I highly recommend staying here and I will definitely be back!!

The unit was immaculate. The grounds were well kept and manicured. The pool was clear, clean and warm.(87F) Our stay was August 13-19, 2023, and though warm and humid as expected most of the shops and restaurants were open and very few tourists. The service at the restaurants and bars was excellent and all staff, whether at the property or outside the property, were genuinely friendly and pleasant. Our host was very helpful and responsive and the property management company was conscientiousness. The location was incredible, on the beach and easy walking distance to a myriad of restaurants. The food was spectacular and pricing from cabs to breakfast, lunch and dinner was reasonable. Drinks at the pool were a bit on the high side.

This spacious condo is in the heart of all that PV has to offer. Surrounded by fabulous restaurants, ocean boardwalk, lovely markets, and art galleries. Amazing pool and grounds, with swim-up bar selling cocktails and Mexican fare. Staff and host attentive to every need. If this place is available, reserve it quickly before it's gone!!!

Perfect location to enjoy Puerto Vallarta. The condo was beautiful and well maintained. Neal and Mario were great they made sure that everything was taken care of.

The purpose of our trip was to introduce our grandchildren to the Mexico we love and have visited for the past 25 years. Knowing PV well, we carefully chose Molina de Agua location for its size, beautiful accommodations, pool, beautiful grounds and proximity to all we wanted to share with them. It couldn't have been more perfect and we succeeded in giving them an introduction to Mexico and a memory for a lifetime with their grandparents.

Check in was easy. Condo has everything you need. Clean, comfortable beds. Great location. Best pool in Puerto Vallarta. Everything was wonderful!!

The property has the best of all worlds. Spacious living room and outdoor deck, great pool enviroment, great ocean views and right in the heart of old Puerto Vallarta!

We have stayed in many condos in PV and this is the best with a fantastic location. Our adult kids and two grandsons were with us and Mario arranged a crib and toddler bed for the boys. He and Neal are very responsive and Mario did everything he could to make our visit enjoyable. We hope to stay here again and enjoy the beautiful pool and scenery.

Molino de Agua is in a perfection location for exploring both the Zona Romantica and Centro area. The grounds are beautiful and so well manicured. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The only complaints we have are that the A/C in two of the bedrooms stopped working and the swim up bar was shut down. Apparently the concessionaire was recently released and the new one has not started yet. We were looking forward to being able to just swim up to the bar and order a tropical drink to enjoy at the pool. The A/C issue was eventually fixed and they did bring a portable unit in when I complained that it was too warm to sleep comfortably. Overall, it was great and we will definitely return!

Perfect condo for getting away with friends. Beautiful grounds and pool area. Friendly and helpful staff and owner/managment. Three of us comfortably got some remote work done during vacation, and we hosted a beautiful chef’s dinner for a few friends in town. Plenty of space to spread out. Hope to enjoy Neal’s condo again soon.

Neal and Property managers are awesome and everything went very smooth. My family had a blast!

Condo unit was amazing - very comfortable beds, well stocked, super quiet inside, beautifully decorated, great ocean views and can see the sunsets and the fireworks, wifi worked really well Condo property - well staffed and very friendly, pool was awesome, loved the pool grill and bar tender, beautiful landscaping, felt very safe. Location - couldn't have been better! Easy walk to so many restaurants, starbucks, small market, the Malecon, the beach.... Easy to catch uber or taxi anywhere. Host - Neal was great. We had a couple of issues at check-in but he was super prompt in resolving them and had some great suggestions for restaurants. The only issue for us was that the river wall outside the unit is under construction right now and it was problematic because this was a working trip for my husband and he couldn't use the patio for work as he intended. But you can't hear the construction from inside the unit and it's one of those things that needs to be done and is outside of anyone's control. If it weren't for the work situation, the river wall construction wouldn't have been a problem because we spent the days at the beach or on excursions. I'm only mentioning in case anyone else is planning on several hours of work on the patio. If not, I don't see it as a problem. We would absolutely rent this unit again!

This well maintained large condo has it all and is better than described. We really enjoyed everything. Appreciate the prompt communication with owner and management. We consider it excellent value and will definitely be back. Dan

This was such a pleasant and wonderful experience. Neal was such a great host and was responsive and attentive to ensuring we had the best stay! The condo was amazing, well supplied, clean and beautifully decorated. The property is private so we felt completely safe and relaxed during our visit. Our family adores Molino de Agua. The villa is clean, spacious and close to everything. The pool is to die for! Neal is very accommodating. Marcelino, the property manager, was also very attentive. We had a situation with our flight being canceled, but Marcelino & Neal made sure we were taken care of. I always recommend this place! Worth every penny!

This was our second time at Neal's beautiful condo. We love the location being so close to the Malecon and Romantic zone! The pool is amazing. Neal is a very good host, he responds very quickly, he helped get a problem with the air conditioning fixed right away. The staff at Molino de Agua are very friendly and helpful as well.

Pictures did not do this place justice. It was a beautiful spacious condo. Three adults and a child and we each had more than enough space. Bonus for the extra beach towels, pool toys and sun screen in the closet. Neal was receptive to our requests and it was only a few steps from the pool. Would definitely stay there again!

The unit was better then described, and had all the amenities you might want. Host was responsive as was the property manager. They helped arrange COVID testing for our departure requirements and organized airport transportation. Can’t wait to return!

We were all very happy with our stay, at Molino de Agua (108). We enjoyed every aspect of the condo; the 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, deck, patio, laundry, view, and the access was so easy. We didn’t even need to use the elevator. The entire staff was helpful and courteous. Alica, the property manager, helped us with covid tests and gave us a contact person for excursions. Neal, the owner of the property, answered any questions we had. It was definitely a vacation of a lifetime!

Our family wanted to escape the crowds in Hawaii and Neal's place fit the bill! We loved our vacation at Neal's place! The location is perfect! It's quiet and peaceful yet only a few steps away from all the action. We stayed here in the off season and really loved the fact that we had the swimming pool all to ourselves most of the time. It was easy to book any restaurant we wanted to go to since there weren't very many people in town. We spent many hours sitting on the lanai watching the river and the birds. We even saw an iguana!! The staff is very helpful and we felt well taken care of by Alicia the property manager. Thank you Neal for offering such a lovely place,

Pros: The location is great. Right in the middle of anything you would like to do. The communication was good with the person on site via WhatsApp (Alicia). She even scheduled our COVID testing appointment and got a good deal on it for the family. PROS: They keep the grounds very clean and very pretty. It's very quiet as well. PROS: There is an Oxxo right across from the condo. A little mini store to buy drinks/candy/etc. There is also a market about 3 blocks away to buy any groceries you want. CONS: Needs a bigger trashcan in the kitchen. There was only a small bathroom size trashcan under the sink. It doesn't work well. I'd suggest investing $20 into a larger trashcan. CONS: Though the condo is right on the beach, there is NO beach access for renters. Again, NO beach access for renters. In order to get to the beach that is literally steps away from the condo, you must walk out of the main entrance and around the block. It's about 1/4 mile walk compared to a few steps. Only "Owners" of the condo are allowed to use the entrance/exit that leads right onto the boardwalk/beach. Renters are looked down upon by the owners. This is a really old community of owners and I guess they are set in their ways so they can enjoy the last bit of their lives before they pass. They like things quiet. They don't like kids jumping into the pool, they don't like music being played where others can hear it. The people that work at the condo will politely ask you to not do certain things and they tell you it's because the Owners don't like it and have made these rules (that we don't have access to). CONS: The Beach. There is a river that flows pretty rapidly beside the condo. This washes brown fresh water straight into the ocean. Locals don't swim immediately in front of the condo because of rocks covering the whole bottom once you get in the water and even alligators or crocodiles or whatever is in the area they say. In order to get to a rock free beach, you must walk about 1/2 mile to the south (on the other side of the pier). We spent most of our time here and the beach was great. Overall a nice place.

Was our first trip to Puerto Vallarta and this is the place to stay in the best location. Best views of the pool, ocean and beautiful property grounds to sit and drink your morning coffee or watch the sunset. Neil the property owner made us feel at ease from the moment we booked the property and answered all questions quickly. He helped us with arrangements for transportation from the airport and someone to meet us at check in. As someone who’s never traveled to another country, they couldn’t have made the process any easier and we felt at ease the entire trip! Amazing, luxurious condo that is clean and secure with friendly staff! Can’t wait until our next trip!

This amazing condo is exactly as shown: spacious, beautiful and convenient to everything we wanted. Spent many hours on the patio with view of pool, sea and nature preserve on the estuary. Iguanas and pelicans and cormorants oh my! Neal (owner) was easy to work with and Alicia (prop mgr) was super responsive.

Unreal location... Great space, bathrooms are huge.... patio was the best....

This was my 5th trip to PV in 5 years and this condo was tops. I can’t say enough nice things about our host Neal. He was on top of everything and he assured we had a perfect vacation. If this unit is available during the dates that you want to go....you better book, because you won’t be disappointed. :)
