Great home, great location, great views from all the decks, and all in one package! The home was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of amenities. We had a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 10–15-minute walk to the center of town. The home is very convenient to Wells (of course), Ogunquit and Kennebunk. Plenty of dining and things to do with the kids. As others have commented, the only thing is the parking. You can only fit, at best, 2 SUV's so folks might want to plan ahead if additional parking is needed. Both Aaron and Renee were great hosts and available if needed. We definitely recommend this home, and we will rent again!

Sit back and relax with a glass of rosé on one of the many decks and take in the beautiful views!! My family and I enjoyed a week long stay at this gorgeous home. Directly across the beach, we were able to walk across the street and enjoy some beach days. The home is also very close to Kennebunkport for a fun day of shopping and is also close to Ogunquit for some night life. A five star stay!

Absolutely beautiful house right on the water, incredibly clean and exactly as the pictures show. It is a perfect layout for multiple people/couples, plenty of space and beds. The multiple decks on the house with different views allowed us to spend plenty of time outside without even having to leave the house. The house has everything you could possibly need and more and Renee was so helpful/thoughtful our entire stay. Can’t recommend this rental enough!

My husband and two kids had a wonderful stay. House is beautiful and location is everything. We enjoyed several of the decks for sunsets and sunrises. We especially loved front deck for people watching, sunrises, and listening to waves. A one minute walk to gorgeous Wells beach. I imagine this neighborhood is bumping in season, but was quiet and relaxing in April. Highly recommend.

The property is relatively new, meticulously maintained. Light and bright. Wonderful clean and soft linens. We have stayed here for 3 or 4 consecutive years. Hosts are terrific, responsive
and very organized. I usually come home and implement some of their ideas in my own home.
I always find that i need more time to leave beyond 10 AM....maybe i'm just disorganized.

This house is beautiful and well maintained. It's super comfortable place to enjoy the ocean and the amazing sunsets. Sit on the back porch with a great glass of wine and you have a superb sunset!

Perfect vacation spot. The weather prevented us from enjoying the numerous decks, lower level outdoor sitting area, and kayaks. We appreciated the comprehensive resource binder and took advantage of the recommendations it contained.

We'll be back. The property is perfect, the views of the bay out the back and the ocean out the front were amazing, and the local area was everything we were looking for in a quiet fall get away. Excellent

This property was a wonderful vacation for my family - the home is a great set up - plenty of amenities. The access to the beach and the sunsets over the Webhannet River are terrific. The owners were very accessable and responsive.

Great location near public way to the beach. You probably will not enjoy the river as it is pretty far out and muddy to get there (forget the picture with the kayaks). We strongly suggest you take the insurance option, we were charged an extra 200$ on top of the 300$ cleaning fee(TOTAL 500$!!!) because we left our garbage in our rooms bine while the large bine outside was full and we did not want any animals to make a mess, thus we had a spill in the stair (leaking garbage bags). I guess some people try to make money any way they can. But great place overall

The house was even more beautiful in person with amazing views of the marsh and the ocean right across the street! Everything was sparkling clean and the host was wonderful to communicate with as well. I cant say enough good things about this property and this area of Wells. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We loved everything about our stay here! The girls loved the house, as did we, and it was just what we needed for a week of relaxing. Everything is so close to this house, 10 mins to Kennebunkport, 30 mins to Portland, and a little less than 1 hour and 45 mins back to Boston to see our family. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would come back for sure!

Lots if nature. Beach walking. Beautiful view a Ogunquit river w sunsets. The cottage is nice light , bright and uplifting. Architecture new. Thank you to our gracious hosts Renee and Aaron. A very responsive duo.

After spending a few days up in Acadia National Park, we chose to venture down to Wells and spend a few days on the beach. This place did not disappoint!
With a less than 1 minute walk, we were on a beautiful beach and returned to a comfortable, well-appointed home.

This lovely house was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was very well equipped as well the rest of the house.
Lovely quiet setting on the Webhannet River and a very short walk to the clean, sandy beach. Sit on the decks and watch the sunset after a day on the beach, or watch the birds fish in the morning. My favorite spot to sit with a glass of wine and a book was the deck on the 2nd floor. Just lovely!!
I think the only thing is the parking. You can only fit 2 SUV's. Maybe not an issue for most, but our group was all adults coming in separate cars. We parked the extra cars at the park and ride and it was fine.
Definitley recommend and would love to rent again.

The property is amazing to stay at. Every touch of design in the house is amazing, and as a guest staying there they leave nothing out of the question. Very close to everything in the Wells area, and easy to get to. Great proximity & access to the beach. Property will make you want to stay in the house and enjoy the night views/sunsets. Definitely a place you would want to stay at again and again.

This home is beautiful, clean, well furnished, excellent layout and SO well stocked/provisioned. Renee was quick to respond to the couple questions we did have. Gorgeous sunsets over the marsh, across the street to beach access, close to all you may need/stores. In off season it was quiet, like a secret haven.

This was a last minute winter weekend getaway to follow the surf in Maine. The place was exactly as described and convenient to the beach. It was cozy and warm and every detail was attended to. Beautiful place and perfectly equipped. Many little extras throughout.

We loved staying at your beautiful home in Wells! The owners thought of everything. It was well appointed, very clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the decks were great! Fantastic sunset views should not be missed! The owners were very easy to work with as well. We came just as the season was winding down but I would definitely come any time of the year- perfect spot for a get away.

The home was absolutely beautiful....every detail was well thought out. Everything was new and clean. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. The view was spectacular. We all enjoyed the cool weather sitting on the balcony wrapped in the "porch" blankets . Renee was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We were not ready to leave but will be planning a return trip!

We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation near the beach in Wells. The views from the back deck are worth the trip alone. You’re only a 3 minute walk to the beach and 18 minutes to Kennebunkport!

We had such a lovely stay in this beautiful home! Everything about the layout, amenities and décor was just so welcoming and comfortable. Our children enjoyed taking remote learning classes with a beautiful view. Walking across the street to the beach was very convenient. We also loved exploring beaches in Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Gorgeous home!!

This is a very clean and very beautiful house. the view over the river during sunset is beautiful. The fixtures and the decor are very modern and well done. The beach is just across the street! lobster and seafood restaurants are very close as well. Close to walgreens and grocery. Great communication with the property manager - we had an internet outage (area outage) and the manager responded immediately that it was related to a general outage.

Our family needed a weekend away and this place was the perfect spot for us. It was so clean and well maintained and you can’t beat the location. We have an infant son who loved exploring the decks and felt safe and relaxed while staying there. The house is such a great location to the beach and also some great food options.

Loved our long weekend in Wells in this most beautiful home. The views were amazing and house delightful. The home offered everything we could ask for including comfortable beds, great common space, and a well equipped kitchen. Owners were outstanding and even popped out to the property shortly after arrival to troubleshoot an internet glitch. Thank you, Renee and Aaron. We wil be back!

Our weekend stay was just fabulous! From the views, location and absolutely beautiful decor we could not have asked for a better location for our Moms getaway! The owners have nailed it for a beach get away, even in November! I will be booking here again!
