Me and my girlfriend had a nice stay at the appartment of Antonella and Fabio. The appartment was as described. It was an old building but it has everything you need. We had to walk about 10 minutes to the lake but we could also use the pool. Antonella was very kind and replied very quickly. They even picked us up from the central station. We would definitly recommand this appartment!

It‘a always a pleasure to visit Antonella, Desenzano and this beautiful small Apartment. You have a kitchen, a bedroom, a floor and a bath. And you can use the swimmingpool. Its clean, good located and a perfect startingpoint to explore the region.

The flat was lovely, clean and tidy. Enjoyed the pool and tennis courts and the hosts were even kind enough to offer us a lift from the station as it was raining. Great distance from Desenzano and a fantastic stay overall!

The hosts are amazing and very helpful. They assisted us with all our questions and activities in the area.
We arrived at 21:00 and they came for us in the train station and took us to our apartment.
The apartment is very clean and well kept. You can enjoy breakfast outside with all the greenery infront of you. You can also use the pool. The area is very quite perfect for a break.

The apartment is clean and well equipped. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. We had access to bikes which was great! The wifi connection is very weak, which is not optimal if you plan to work from there.

The apartment is simple but was good for our stay in Desenzano. Only a short walk into town, the lake and beaches.
Fabio kindly collected us from the train station and drove us back there for our early train back to Verona, thank you!
Overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed eating outside in the morning. The apartment is clean and functional and we were able to borrow bikes which was a nice touch :)

Apartment was as described, feels like in countryside but only a short walk into town. They picked us up from the train station which was really helpful. Apartment relatively basic but is reflected in price. We used bikes for free and is also pool etc. WiFi was not very reliable but other than that no issues.

Brilliant time staying at Antonella and Fabio's property. It felt like a very authentic italian stay at their property, which was very functional and great value for money.
We loved being able to make use of the pool on site (particularly given the heat wave!) and the bicycles. The property was around 15-20 minutes walk to the town/lake and 30 to the train station/supermarket.
Overall a lovely stay, would highly recommend 😁

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem Landhaus am Rande von Desenzano. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen mit Pool!!
Das lebhafte Stadtzentrum war in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Appartment war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Die Vermieterin sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Het appartement is klein en eenvoudig maar voldoende ingericht. Lokatie is geweldig, heel rustig. Heerlijk zwembad bij het huis. Vriendelijke ontvangst.

Kleine Wohnung in schöner Lage
Das Zentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar, die Lage Ideal für viele Ausflüge in der Region.
Die Wohnung ist klein aber hat alles, was man braucht.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und kann viele Tipps für Unternehmungen geben.
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Soggiorno piacevole
Abbiamo passato 5 notti in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è appena fuori dal centro, raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti. La signora Antonella è stata molto disponibile. Consigliato!

Süße kleine Wohnung
Eine süße kleine Wohnung welche etwa 10 minuten von See entfernt ist. Da wir die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen und gelegentlichen kochen verwendet haben war sie für uns optimal. Zudem gab es einen großen Garten mit Pool und Tennisanlage falls man vielleicht doch einmal bleiben möchte.

Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!
Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber absolut ausreichend und sehr authentisch italienisch. Die Küche hat man auch für sich allein (in dem online Inserat steht fälschlicherweise zur Mitbenutzung).
Der Außenbereich mit Pool, Jacuzzi, Tennisplatz, Volleyballnetz, Tischtennisplatte etc. ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Prima volta sul Lago di Garda
L'appartamento, seppure datato, è risultato funzionale e soddisfacente per le nostre esigenze.
Desenzano è collocato in posizione strategica per organizzare escursioni.
La posizione dell'appartamento, a margine del centro della città è tranquillo ed immerso nel verde.
I servizi a disposizione sono tanti, ma soprattutto la piscina che consente un refrigerio alla calura di questi giorni
Per terminare, un plauso alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità di Antonella e Fabio che ci hanno accolti in maniera gentile ed amichevole.
Ne parleremo bene con amici e conoscenti che vorranno soggiornare sul Garda.

The appartment was great. It was clean and tidy. It was not expensive at all. You can do almost anything you want in the kitchen that you do at home. The swimming pool, the tennis court and the playground for kids is included in the price.
It deserves 10 stars. Not five.

Nette kleine Wohnung in Desenzano
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, der riesige Garten, den wir mitbenutzen konnten, sowie die ruhige Lage haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Unsere Anreise erfolgte staubedingt erst sehr spät abends, was für unsere Gastgeber Antonella und Fabio aber kein Problem war. Die Kommunikation war immer superfreundlich und reibungslos. Insgesamt haben wir einen schönen Urlaub verlebt.

Il locale é in un ottima posizione,il prezzo per l'appartamento lo trovato corretto bellissima la zona con la piscina,penso che sicuramente nei loro piani ci sia di ampliare gli alloggi e di ristrutturare magari gli appartamenti più vecchiotti,pulizia buona proprietari gentili e disponibili.

Schöne Lage, in einer alten Villa, umgeben von Grünanlagen, vermutlich noch angenehmer im Sommer.
Es handelt sich um einen Altbau, am Stadtrand. Das Appartement ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 10 Min. Fußweg zum See und zur Ortsmitte; hier sind die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Touristen-Information, der Hafen und viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. Ebenso in der Umgebung sind Haltestellen für den internen und externen Busverkehr.

Ottimo soggiorno propietari gentlissimi, disponibili e discreti😊
Casa per 2 persone, non nuova, ma pulita e tenuta bene. Accessoriata di tutto quello che puo servire. A brevissima distanza si può usufruire della piscina e del campo da tennis. Molto molto soddisfatto.
