The house was exactly as it was listed. Very clean and plenty of space. Would stay here again!

Had a great time! House was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We didn’t need to bring anything for our beach days since the owners supplied lots of beach items (umbrella, wagon chairs etc) The house is within walking distance of a small beach but it was too small for spending the day but we were able to drive to the main beach area that had plenty of parking and a huge beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was amazing! Shell beach house was just like being at home and they had everything we needed plus more! Our family will be going back soon!

Beautiful, clean, and spacious house! Wished for more direct sunlight in the pool but it was noted on the website so we knew forehand that it would be that way.

So much space indoors and outdoors, Location was perfect! Very clean with all that you need to entertain even on the rainy days! We will be back!

This was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults and one infant. (parents and 2 married sons). This home has several gathering places for all of us to hang out together, yet we all had our own private space. Gracious host and prompt responses when needed. Everyone loved it and had a great vacation. I wish it could have lasted another week!

Expectations of a property in the price range of the rental property fall well below satisfaction. Rats in the pool area/backyard is inexcusable. While enjoying the pool, in midday, rats, not mice, were walking through the backyard from the yard area to the grill and under the staircase. They were difficult to frighten and discourage from the area. You may confirm we never used the grill nor dined near the pool so food debris can not be the causative agent. This is absolutely unacceptable. The lack of response by the rats led us to believe this was not the first time they made the pool area their home. If reparation is not offered , the torn and social media will be engaged. The pool / back yard fence was in disrepair. A 12 foot section of fencing was missing and a flimsy plastic band was used in its place. The fence was the security barrier from the main street. The absence of fencing posed a security and child safety issue. We were not informed of this prior to rental. The appliances in the cabinet under the utensils were all dirty. Both appliances and fitted containers required washing. The windows are not of a standard to provide noise reduction. The master bedroom had the intrusion of backyard bbq and porch noise well into midnight. The neighbors were not loud on a pleasant evening but the windows offered no noise isolation. The Queen bedrooms had full on noise from the main road which is a 24/7 throughway into Siesta Key. This was a major sleep disturbance. It's located on a very busy road on a sharp turn very dangerous if you have little kids. They said the beach was a 5 min walk. It's not a beach. It's a private small area. Pool could of been cleaned before we got there. They clean it once a week. It should be planned around the last tenant. The deck could of been renovated or power washed. Dirty and moldy. It's also annoying they don't provide any toiletries. They had only 2 kitchen towels. The sliding door to pool on the left side was broken. My 2 year got out a few times and headed toward pool The outlets in the bedroom to the right was broken. So we couldn't plug in our phones Overall - it was not with the amount of money we spent.
