Lisamay's condo is even bigger than it looks in the photos, and so lovely. The views are gorgeous and we had everything we needed for cooking, enjoying the beach and relaxing. Transportation to the dock or golf course (calling the van or taking bikes, too far to walk) was convenient, and the boat ride is fun. The pool is amazing. In low season (September) there was no bar or Cafe except at the golf course, and it was hot but everything the owner could control was wonderful, including lots of bug spray for morning and evening mosquitos. Going into town for expeditions and supplies was easy and staying out at the resort was also lovely. We would love to come again!

The condo was so clean and comfy! Beds and linens felt so luxurious. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool area was just beautiful. And the views were breathtaking. Lisamay had great communication with all of my questions as it was my first time in La Paz. Definitely returning!

If you are visiting LaPaz and need a beautiful place to stay, this property is for you! There were 8 people in our party- ranging in age from 11-55. There was plenty of room and the set up with 4 bunkbeds, 2 queens and 1 king room was ideal. Having 4 bathrooms for such a large group was also amazing. The furnishings are beautiful- we had everything at our fingertips including games, poker chips, puzzles, books, etc. The property itself is very well-kept. The pool is large with a fully-staffed restaurant and swim-up bar. The beach is steps away, and even taking the boat taxi to and from LaPaz was enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property!

The condo is designed with guest privacy in mind. the views are amazing. the kitchen accommodated a number of home cooked meals. we enjoyed the bikes, responsive transportation, swim up bar, and tennis courts. the host was incredibly responsive and kind. memorable stay- so grateful

This property is in a very safe community in La Paz, you must take a boat back and forth to the main land , but there are 2 boats per hour and transportation is very accommodating. We had a magnificent stay, the property was clean, the beds were so comfortable, the house / apartment has everything you need for a wonderful stay. we secured a day with private transportation to 3 pristine beaches and had a magnificent time. As a family that travels often we highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We stayed here for 6 nights, a group of 8 extended family members, and enjoyed it very much. The place is clean, well kept, and comfortable. It was nice having four full bathrooms and we never felt cramped. We cooked some meals there and the kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to be able to watch movies on Netflix at night. We booked a trip with Baja On Board as recommended by the owner and that was fabulous. We swam with whale sharks, sea lions, and then went to Balandra Beach. We also did a day trip to Todos Santos and stayed late to watch baby sea turtles released into the sea. Paraiso Del Mar is a great community but you are dependent on the shuttle vans to get around unless you have a car or golf cart or if there happen to be enough bikes outside the condo when needed. We walked to the dock to catch the ferry once and it’s not a quick walk. Especially if you have less mobile folks with you. The good news is that you can call the shuttle vans to pick you up and they are very timely. You can also preschedule a van pick up if needed. Overall a great experience. I would stay here again if in La Paz.

Our family of four had a wonderful time at this condo. The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed.

Amazing place!

This was the best of LaPaz—a beautiful beach resort on the unspoiled Magote, yet 10 minutes by charming ferry to the Malecón. Lisamay’s place was beautifully appointed with many thoughtful touches, all designed for maximum comfort and relaxation. The staff at Paraíso Del Mar were unfailingly helpful, the pool restaurant made some of the best paella we have ever had, and the city, sea, birds, and other wildlife were sources of fascination and delight. Snorkeling with the majestic whale sharks was amazing. We can’t say enough about the joy of having this beautiful place to return to after our explorations. Thank you!

We stayed at this property in February 2022. The place is very spacious. We were a family of 4, including a 1 year old and 6 year old. I loved that everyone had their own room. For once, I actually got really good sleep while traveling with our infant because she was tucked away in one of the bedrooms away from all the noise. She slept like a baby :) Our 6 year old son loved the ferry rides back and forth to the unit. Unfortunately, there is just a little store on the island and it was closed all of the time we were there. You have to plan your meals out and count the extra time it will take you to take the ferry to get into town. But overall, I loved the experience and would love to stay there again!

This property was absolutely amazing! We took a taxi from the airport to the marina and from there took a short but beautiful boat ride to the property. The condo was absolutely gorgeous from the views to the beautiful beach decor. Upon arrival the condo was clean and had everything needed for a week long vacation. Easy access to the pools and swim up bar/restaurant. Which served delicious food, cocktails, and had great service. The beach front resort is an absolute must! We loved our stay and Lisamay was an awesome host! We can’t wait to visit again.

We have stayed at El Mogote before but this was the first time in the condos. It was wonderful. We enjoyed having everything right there including the various pools and heated spas, the restaurant, the beach, and the dock itself. We did two ocean outings and in both cases were able to pay a little extra to have the boat pick us up right at the dock. The condo itself is really relaxing and well stocked with everything from the kitchen to beach toys. Lisamay was so helpful with booking but also with general travel coordination and suggestions. We will be back for sure.

We love Pariso and the condo is in a great location. Very roomy and very clean. Lisamay is a great host and has local people that can help as needed. Highly recommend her place if staying in Pariso. We will definitely stay there again.

If you’re considering a stay at Paraíso Del Mar, do not hesitate to stay in this condo. For once the photos do not do justice to what you will see and experience when you arrive. Extremely clean and well maintained with everything you will need for your time there.. The owner, Lisamay, could not have been more helpful with everything from the booking process all the way through to the end of our stay. She even made sure we had all the preparations for a meal, including a six pack of beer, upon our arrival the first night. Her attention to detail was just terrific and we would not hesitate to return and will happily recommend this condo and the PDM property to all our friends. Thanks again Lisamay, all you efforts were greatly, greatly appreciated!!

We enjoyed and fabulous 2 weeks as this condo and Parasio Del Mar ‘resort’. The quick boat ride over is not an issue. The condo is large, clean, well equipped and the owners were quick to respond. We loved the condo resort with its huge pool, nice pool bar/restaurant. Very laid back, peaceful. Friendly mix of retired folk who own condos there, a few families and Mexican’s vacationing. The beach is endless and rarely anyone on it. We were there in June and it was hot but the a/c works well and the pool and calm sea were cooling. We plan to return ASAP! Thank you :)

We had a wonderful stay in La Paz. We have used vrbo many times and this is the most beautifully decorated and most well appointed home we have ever stayed in. Fabulous ocean views from every room and all the comforts of home including a well stocked kitchen, beach supplies and toys, cards and games, comfortable beds and gorgeous bathrooms. Lisamay was so accommodating and helpful with recommending tour companies and rescheduling us due to Covid. La Paz is a fantastic and unspoiled place to visit. Highly recommend!!

We LOVED our stay here. The owner was so helpful in offering advice for things to do during our stay and the condo is absolutely amazing. Clean, spacious, and amazing views. The staff in the community are also nothing short of wonderful. Definitely a place we would go to again. I could not recommend more highly.

Our 5th stay in the Paraiso Del Mar development, first stay in a condo unit. Loved the access to the pool and restaurant. The condo is beautifully decorated and was a great fit for our family and had many thoughtful touches that make your vacation just a little easier. La Paz is such a wonderful city and we took full advantage of the natural wonders of the community.

This property has a great out of the way location. The condo is well stocked and very comfortable. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. The owner was super good to work with.

The description of the property really did not do it justice. Had a great stay, even though January’s weather was cool and very windy.

We had a group of 10 and I was worried about the sleeping arrangements but we were all so comfortable!! The beds And pillows were amazing! Every detail was perfect. We took advantage of all the amenities of the facility...the bikes, the pool, the pickle ball (make sure you bring your own ball and paddles), and the poolside bar (amazing food!). We would definitely stay here again!

Do yourself a favor and stay at the Owens' property! It's about 1800 sq ft, with 3 suites situated around a comfortable kitchen/living room overlooking the pool and Sea of Cortez. The ceilings are high, letting in lots of natural light and sea breezes. The hosts have thought of so many details: in-house laundry, chilled beer steins, large platters for big parties, food in the cupboard, oversized beach towels, great directions, suggestions for outings and restaurants. Visually the accommodations are so peaceful--soft tones and textures. We stayed the week before Christmas which was uncharacteristically slow. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves and loved swimming laps! We spent a day with whale sharks, sea lions, and dolphins; on our way back from Espiritu Santo, we saw a mama and baby gray whale. We enjoyed walking the beach from the condo, as loved zooming around the property on the bikes. The population of La Paz is about 150K and possesses great spots to explore. As our tweens adjusted to the different standard of living from the States, having a very comfortable place to return to, complete with TVs and hamburgers was appreciated. : ) El Mogote is a luxurious spot that you'll enjoy--easily could accommodate 2 families.

We absolutely LOVED this condo. Beautiful view of pool and beach from nearly every room. Had everything we could possibly need for our stay such as beach towels, tote bags, cooler, chairs, pool floats, etc.! Pool restaurant and bar were excellent. Water taxi to town was an easy and quick ride. Had some great food in town. We swam with the whale sharks on an excursion with On Board Baja. They were wonderful! Golf course was great and so was their restaurant for breakfast. Lisamay, we had such a great time and we can't wait to come back again! Thank you so much!!!

The condo is very clean and nice and the owner is very helpful. We had bad timing and the pool and restaurant /bar were under construction so we had to go into la Paz for dining out and drinks. The building was being being painted and our unit was surrounded by scaffolding and painters for most of our stay. However, the water and beach are very nice and the employees of the development are very nice and helpful so we still had a good time!

I took my teenage daughter and three friends to La Paz, and this was the perfect place to stay. There was room for everyone, I could eat breakfast and have my coffee on one of the balconies while the kids slept in each morning, and then in the evening I could see them at the pool, playing volleyball, or at the beach. The condo has lots of little extras to make the trip easy and enjoyable, and Lisamay is super helpful with hints and tips as needed. We are already plotting our return!

This property is amazing. It’s a place you can really unwind. The pace of life here is perfect. There are plenty of activities you can do here but you can also take it easy by the pool. The pool side bar/ restaurant had some of the best food in La Paz. You have to experience it for your self.
