Beautiful resort-great location and great pools. Lovely property. Food and service exceptional. Unit had great views, comfortable furnishings and beds.

Really lovely oceanfront condo with a huge balcony and great views. We had to make a schedule change to our reservation and management was very responsive and helpful. The pool, hot tubs, and beach were all great as well. Our kids enjoyed the Kids Club which is located at the adjacent sister resort.

Check-in was worry free and greeted with a smile. Upon arriving to our room we were greeted with homemade guacamole, salsa, chips and refreshing margaritas. The view from the living area and both bedrooms is absolutely stunning. The large corner deck overlooking the entire property is where we spent early mornings, late afternoons and cards at night. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. We made breakfast and lunch in our Villa. We took a $4 Uber ride each night into Cobo for dinner. The heated pools and hot tubes are the best we have had at any property. The outdoor space is where we spent our days and walking the beach. The area is very safe to walk any place you choose. Wonderful 8 days of 74 when it was cold and snowy back home. Lots of new memories made. Already planning our next visit back in the same Villa.

Experience was amazing as always, however a little disappointed in food this year, quality and taste just was not very good and prices seem to be much much higher than one year ago.

Loved being greeted with Margaritas and guacamole. The views are to die for and the Villa itself was spacious and lovely.

You can't beat the view from this unit. You can see way down the beach and hearing the waves at night is magical. This is our 4th stay in this complex and this unit is by far the best view/location we have had.

Place is clean and nice - love the view from the deck and spacious living area. Staff was very nice and accommodating - only negative was lack of response by property manager and terrible wifi.

Beautiful property! The condo was beautiful!!! We had chips, salsa,guacamole and margaritas made for us on our arrival to our room! My only SLIGHT complaint is the dryer didn’t work well. I’d definitely book this condo again!

We had a great short stay in this condo. It was well-stocked, super great view, quiet at night, and easy access to the Cabo beach.

We’ve stayed at Estancia more than 5x, it never ceases to amaze us! Perfect for families with kids of all ages, grandparents, young people, etc. The unit was beautiful, clean, as advertised. Views were great as well. Service and communication was perfect as well!

We enjoyed our time at Villa La Estancia. The room was as described and the staff was very friendly. -1 star for the check-in process. The VRBO listing says check-in time is 3pm. The check-in instruction email, received a week in advance after I inquired, indicated check-in was 4pm. We hoped to check-in early around 2pm but when we arrived they told us 4pm. At 4:30pm we still were not notified that our room was ready so I called and they told me it was. When we went to the room the cleaning staff was just finishing up. It was not the best start for the trip but everything else was great. I think a lot of people checked out that day so recognize they were probably busy. Overall, the staff was super friendly. The room was as described and had a nice view.

The views from the deck made the trip! The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for 6 of us to stay in this villa. Swimming on beach out front was great, though water temp was colder than expected. Will come again. Only complaint was walk to elevator was really long, or maybe it was just my soar foot that made it seem like a mile. 😀Kitchen was stocked well, but cutting knifes were very dull and need to be replaced. Hard to cut limes for tequila with a butter knife. Great place overall.

To put it simply, the property and the villa are incredibly gorgeous. The staff is extremely kind and tentative... However, I wish I can say the same for the property owner. Having booked this suite 2 months in advance, it only dawned on me the night prior to travel that I never received any sort of email including check-in instructions. I sent an email asking for the info and a request to check in early and got a response the following morning while on the plane. Ignored the early check-in inquiry though. If I didn't pay for inflight WiFi it would have been even more tricky to get in contact with Humberto. I actually never got in contact with him, even after requesting time to discuss these issues via voicemail. Oscar however was great. All in all, the property, room, and location make it worth booking but unfortunately, the correspondence from the property owner(s) needs a lot of work.

My husband and our 3 grown kids enjoyed this villa and the location was beautiful. The balcony was spacious with barbecue and lots of seating with an amazing view of the ocean and Land's End. The service was excellent, especially enjoyed the chips and guacamole and margarita's waiting for us when we arrived! The villa was clean with all the amenities we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We hope to stay here again the next time we are in Cabo.

I would be open to re-booking exact same unit for a week in August 2022. Is there a discount for immediately re-booking. I was in Estancia 1401A from August 5-12, 2021.

Best view on resort (4th floor corner)! The greeting, snacks, margarita's and cleaning was all magnificent. My family had an amazing vacation! We will come back to this condo.

We loved the resort and our unit 1401A. Beautiful, clean property with impeccable service. We did have a couple of minor issues that could be improved. One was a number of meals and drinks kept being charged to our room from the pool bar and restaurant from another party. This happened on two separate days and it was a good thing we chose to pay with our card for services each time instead of using the room charge convenience, otherwise we would have never noticed the extra charges. Our guess is the people in unit 1401B were making the charges and the restaurant and pool bar did not ask for the unit letter and guests’ last name. The front desk said they would look into it and then the charges ended up being dismissed. Another issue was with security one evening while we were enjoying after dinner drinks with music on our balcony while our kids watched a movie inside. It was only between 8 and 8:30 pm, and security called a couple of times and even came to our door to check things out and to tell us to be quiet. Security was kind during the process, but still we are a family, not a group of young party animals. I could see if it were 10 pm, but at 8 pm? We found this odd considering the sister resort next door had loud, pumping music all day and into the night that could be heard at this resort. Aside from that we still loved our stay and would definitely stay in 1401A in the future. We want to give a big shout out and thanks to Dulce one of our housekeepers and Ulysses for going above and beyond with their kindness and hospitality and to Humberto for booking us and also arranging our transportation.

I did a lot of research on properties for our vacation to Cabo and kept coming back to this one. After reading all of the reviews we decided to book. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! Villa la Estancia is a wonderful property. So clean and the beach is amazing!!! The staff is incredibly attentive and is so appreciative of their guests. Our room was nothing short of amazing. The layout is great and was so comfortable for our family of four. We sat on the balcony daily and listened to the ocean. It was heaven. We will definitely be back to this property and thank Humberto and Oscar for their amazing hospitality!!!!!

We were thrilled with the fantastic views from this property. Sitting on the enormous patio and watching the waves crash onto the shoreline was a highlight of our trip!

This property was awesome! Great pool as well as ocean views. I would highly recommend staying here - Oscar gave us excellent service!

Great corner condo in this complex situated in great location. Pool is heated - big bonus! On site restaurants were fantastic. Our unit had great views. Comfy beds, good showers. The only thing is wifi for the actual unit could be upgraded - we wound up hooking onto the pool's wifi instead as I think the signal on the wifi router is not strong or service is slow. I would stay here again.

Everything was great

We absolutely loved our stay here! We were greeted with yummy guacamole and pico and margaritas. The only reason I did not give it a five star is that the place never got cleaned during our 4 day stay. Would definitely come back and communicate better!
