It’s such a special treat - a 3 night getaway with my dog is so perfect- love the beach off season. The best is my dog running in the waves off leash, margaritas and shrimp tacos at chicks, walking the back bay trails

The north end of Virgina Beach is so quiet and peaceful that you immediately feel like you have relocated to your new home. The home is very clean and the neighborhood very quiet, and a quick minute's walk to the beach, and the north end of a beach that is full of early morning dog walkers that will quickly tell you their dog's name and story (Biscuits, and Wags, Lucy, Jack, Penny and Sadie to name a few!). A perfect place for a dog friendly getaway.

We've stayed a few times in Angie's duplex and it's always a peaceful and comfortable retreat! She is a wonderful host and all the thoughtful touches really make you feel welcome. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked, and everything is clean and inviting. The location is on a quiet part of the north end of the beach (just a short walk to the sand). We love staying here!

The house was a great location, very clean kept and very comfortable. We all enjoyed it and had a great time. I would definitely stay there again.

This was the second time staying in this cute rental. It has everything you need and so close to the beach. I am from VB and this is a very safe section of the beach here. No worries or concerns about safety of my teens out running around. Our host was so easy to deal with too! You will love it!

We've been coming here for a few years now. There's no better place to go. It's away from the busy parts of VB, but you can be at the fishing pier in 20 minutes, enjoying drinks and dinner at Ocean Eddie's. You're in a nice neighborhood, but only a 10 minute walk from the beach, without having to cross any streets. The owner takes great care of the place, and she provides ALL the amenities, including a gift box with staples you might need,and snackage for both the humans and the pets.

This outstanding Oceanside property is clean, well equipped and so convenient. It has quickly become a family favorite…we look forward to another visit , hopefully in the Spring.

My husband and I have stayed here a few times and always love it. It’s a perfect place for us, as well as our dog, since there is a fenced-in front yard. It’s so close to the beach; we go there every day. The property owner/manager is always on top of things and easy to communicate with.

Angie's rental house was a fabulous place to vacation at. When we arrived, there was a welcome basket full of goodies. I thought that was very kind of her. Also, we had a pet with us and the fenced-in, front yard enclosure was the perfect place for "Rascal" to be outside on his own and to attend to his business. The beach was in walking distance so that was very convenient. Her rental house had all the amenities for a comfortably stay. And we got to meet Angie, which was a pleasure! We highly recommend this rental "home" to anyone who wants to vacation in style.

One of the most beautiful and relaxing homes we have ever stayed. Thank you for making our sons wedding weekend a great place for family.

Myself and my best friend stayed for four days. The home was very well equipped with everything we could have wanted or needed. The beds were comfy and the cleanliness and decor were top notch. They even had toys for our dogs. The location was very close to beach access, though farther than the 300 feet in the property description. We had one suggestion as the weather was very hot and the sun hit the patio all afternoon making it unbearably uncomfortable. We thought perhaps sunshades or a ceiling fan would have improved that situation. We also were very unhappy with the cleaning crew showing up and parking in front of the house shortly after 10:00 AM. Check-out is at 11:00. We did not know it was the cleaners so it caused significant anxiety for two women alone at the home. Other than that we had a wonderful relaxing time and it was just what we both needed.

Third time we have stayed there while visiting my son and his family. Twice on the opposite side of house, first time on this side. Quiet comfortable pet friendly accommodations.

great location, nice property, would do it again

We had a wonderful experience staying at Angie's property. We have already booked next year! It was as listed, clean , stocked, pretty decor, plenty of room for the 4 of us, a very nice welcome basket, Angie was great to work with and answered any questions we had with quick responses. Great place to stay!

This place was absolutely perfect for my family of 3 plus our dog. We’ve stayed at several other properties in the north end and we have found our new favorite. Very well appointed and just a short walk to the beach. Loved the little touches such as treats for our dog and a welcome basket. We will definitely be back!

This was a beautiful little home, just big enough for me, my daughter, granddaughter and pup. It was very clean with all the amenities as listed in the VRBO website. Was easily in touch with our host, who was very hospitable and left us a very nice welcome basket. There was a short walk to the beach, in a lovely, friendly neighborhood. Plan on staying there again next summer.

My mom and nephew thoroughly enjoyed their stay here. It is the perfect size cottage for a small family or a couple.

I would stay here again for sure. Angie was an amazing host and the house was picture perfect with every amenity you could need. We loved the screened in porch and so did our dog and older teenagers who used it as a hangout to get away from my husband and I. The location is good. We walked to the beach and 1st Landing State Park was just a short drive. We even walked up to the boardwalk (about 3 miles) but my husband and I are avid walkers. Thank you Angie!

Yet another terrific stay was had, the closeness to the beach keeps bringing me back. I am so glad I have the ability to book this beach bungalow a few times a year. It is simply the best. Angie the owner is fantastic, I appreciate all that she puts into making sure our stay is wonderful.

We love staying in this very clean and well equipped unit at the quiet end of the north end of Va Beach. This is our second and I’ve just booked another stay in the fall. Angie is great and always responsive to any needs.

This property is very well maintained. The location is excellent on the North Side. The beach is just around the corner with extremely easy access. I rent Angie's properties (she has 2 as a duplex) many times throughout the year. My experience is beautiful every single time.

We had a lovely long weekend at Angie’s. Place! It was the perfect size for our family of 3 humans plus 2 dogs. She left the cutest welcome basket and had all of the amenities that we could need and more! Very quiet part of town. Would absolutely stay there again if we are back in town.

We typically leave our dog when we go on vacation. Not this time! Our sweet dog came along for this beach vacay and enjoyed complimentary doggy treats, a toy, and time with us! There was even a painting on the wall that resembled our furry boy! The welcome basket Angie left was such a sweet touch. The linens and towels smelled so fresh. Beach stuff was perfect. The screened in porch was a delight. We literally had all we needed in that very clean and cozy home away from home. We hope to return again soon!!

Super clean and easy instructions! Also host was reasonable on what they asked during check out! Did not give us a list of chores like other hosts! Also, it’s the little things that count. They had “real people” shampoo and conditioner. This place always truly turnkey! Highly recommend! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!
