The property was absolutely amazing, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all the amenities you require, great for families with a separate living room for the children with accessories such as playstation and games, the owner has provided something for everyone, a lot of thought has gone into providing a comfortable stay for anyone staying here. Would highly recommend.

The house was lovely and clean. It had everything you would ever need and more. There was one thing, a lack of lighting in the family area and no light in the passage way. Apart from that it was really good. We would definitely stay there again.The communication with the property manager was very good.

Excellent property, great size and is perfect for a couple of families to share if holidaying together. Very clean and well presented too. Heaps of room and room sizes are very generous. 5 stars all the way!

This property is fantastic, walking distance to beach, jetty and town centre. It is like staying in a four bedroom hotel with everything you need for a very comfortable holiday.

When we arrived the house was lovely and clean and very spacious. It was great to have two living areas as my son was with us and he could do his own thing while us adults did ours. The house had everything you need and more. If we needed anything (esky, umbrellas, extension cords) we soon found them in the garage or the linen cupboard. Would definitely stay again and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Busselton. Close to the Jetty and the Main Street with restaurants and pubs within walking distance.

We stay here for our first family getaway with our 11 month old and 2 small dogs and we absolutely love this house. Photos online don’t do it justice, the house is a lot nicer in person, it’s brand new and well maintained. It has everything you need for the stay and is built well with no bedrooms directly off the living area. Only negative if I had to find one is the couch could be a little comfier but that’s being picky. Location wise it is perfect. The shops area only a couple minutes walk away, there’s parks up the road for the dogs and the beach only a few minutes walk. We are very happy with everything about this house and are sad to leave. We will definitely be back.

Perfect, everything we needed, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, heater, TVs, great yard for the dogs. Beautiful beds, cleans towels and plenty of toilet paper!

We come every year. Love the location close to Main Street and beach. Four minutes by bikes, provided by the owners, and you’re at the jetty. All mod cons. Great space. I bring my toy poodle. I don’t really want to share the secret. But I owe it to the owners! Thanks.

We loved our stay in Busselton! We could walk easily to town and the beach and it was so great having our dogs along for the holiday. The house was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you could need. Exactly as the listing appears.

Check in process was seamless. Good communication and suggestions for activities was provided in ample time before our stay. House is spacious and clean and easily accessible. We arrived on the day of the Busselton fair, which was just a street away. Well located for the supermarkets which are a 3 minute walk or a 2 minute drive away. There were 5 adults and 2 children staying at the house and it never felt cramped. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area without paying the 'Margaret River tax'!

This house was fantastic!! We had 7 of us stay in the house for 5 nights and it had plenty of room and the facilities were terrific. Especially liked the two living areas and the ducted air conditioning as it got quite cold of a night time. The neighborhood was quiet and only a short walk to town and the beach. Would definitely recommend.
