Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig, aber das meiner Freundin wäre zu zweit zu klein gewesen, da man auch übereinandersteigen hätte müssen um ins Bett zu kommen. Das Frühstück war sensationell, Qualität und Auswahl top.

I love hotels with personality and this hotel has personality! The location is great and the vibe and decor is just welcoming! I loved my room, very clean and spacious....allot of white, which I love!! The body products are suitable for sensitive skin. I will definitely stay here again.

I would have loved to have coffee in my room. This is a preference and not a complaint! I did get an amazing coffee downstairs though ;)

Die Lage des Ruby Lotti Hotels ist unschlagbar man ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu Fuß an der Alster, den Landungsbrücken, in der Shoppingmitte, beim Stage Theater, üüüüberall. Wir würden kein anderes Hotels mehr in Erwägung ziehen. Außerdem gut fand ich den gratis Drink, den man gegen die tägliche Zimmerreinigung tauschen kann. Top!

Zimmer sind ok! Glasdusche im Raum ist ein Hingucker! Würde Zimmer zum Fleet hinaus nehmen

Rührei oder Spiegelei beim Frühstück fehlt! Die Eier sind praktisch immer hart durchgekocht. Zimmer hinten raus haben keine schöne Aussicht. Dort wo die Dusche angeschlossen ist, quillt der Boden etwas auf. Frühstücksraum ist etwas chaotisch angeordnet, aber sonst sehr nett.

The warm and welcoming staff and its location right above a channel and very conveniently close to the city centre.

For a hotel of its category, certain things, such as minibar, amenities kit, slippers, a desk phone to contact the reception in case of emergency at least and cleanliness should be for granted. The lack of the above and the spiders I shared the room with, certainly do not justify the pricing charged. Moreover, this inexplicable trend of window dividers for the bathroom and the sink placed in the room and outside the bathroom MUST STOP. Thankfully I was on my own, but don’t know who would enjoy sharing their most private moment at the loo with their partner.

This is a total value for money in my opinion. Situated in one of the nicest area in Hamburg and offering a great 180 degree view of the canal/river and the city, is simply amazing. Very close to the train/metro, cafes & restaurants, shopping areas, and tourist attractions. Very hospitable stuffs and great service. The room was large, bright, equipped with all necessary amenities and the bonus is the view of course. Highly recommended.

Perhaps a mini refrigerator in the room would have been great. This is something I always enjoy in hotel rooms. Otherwise everything else was simply superb.

Location is excellent, just a few stations from all the main attractions by U bahn. The room is spacious with great river view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were somehow two spiders in the room which is ok for me but may be scary for some. The facilities in the room is also minimal with no water kettle, coffee machine, fridge, etc. That being said, the bar is at the front desk and quite easy to reach. Breakfast was really nice (also in the bar area) and offers good variety of bread, pastry and meat. The layout and decor of the bar is warm and retro, offering a really comfortable, at home feel. Overall a great place to stay in Hamburg

Location is brilliant, plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants around and close to Rathaus. Room was good and downstairs bar also.

The funky galley is a good idea but no hot water some days.

Location excellent, very close to S Bahn and U Bahn and harbour. Cleanliness excellent and friendly service. Well stocked bar and fun modern environment, excellent sustainability credentials, in line with the Hamburg ethos. Appreciated the Gallery and excellent Breakfast.

All very good, just one slight criticism, I enjoyed the sausages at breakfast and final morning, they didn't have any! But that is me being very critical with tongue in cheek,

Spacious room, sunny and quiet. Easy check in - check out procedure. Open bar 24h. Great spot in the city.

No refrigerator in the room.

Straight forward e-checkin, the room was small but expected, super clean, the toilet and shower area was large and could be closed off via a curtain. The room was on the lower floor, level with one of the waterways. Bed was comfortable, shower worked very well. Very nice.

I was there during an event, most expensive hotel room I have ever booked!

Everything has the right style. The room is very nice, clean, trendy and it has a bluetooth sound box that allowed me to hear the music during my staying.

The breakfast is definitely poor and uncomfortable.

Booked the WOW room and it was really spacious. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of Hamburg. Lots of restos nearby. Bed was comfy, good curtains to black out the room. No noise from the streets. Had few interaction with the staff but whenever we asked them something, they were very helpful. Great hotel for a city stay.

The TV did not let us watch Netflix/YouTube or connect our phone's content. You can only watch German TV🫠

The hotel and bar staff - namely Maria, Liviu, Jenny, and Pocolo - were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, and made me want to return to Ruby on my next trip to Hamburg. It was a huge add to the charming hotel design, and the professional setup.

The position is good, but only this!

If you wish for some privacy, go away!! the shower is right next to the bed only separated by a curtain not even covering the entire perimeter, hence when one person needs to shower the other is relegated to the bed and cannot even move within the room. No privacy at all! You can enter the shower from within the toilet space, where there is not even space to leave the clothes to get changed. The sink is inside the bedroom. Despite the “do not disturb” sign outside of the door, cleaning ladies entered the room while we were sleeping!!
