I liked everything about this property, it far exceeded my expectations fantastic location, super comfy beds, all the other guests also enjoyed the prop

Thought we were getting 3 full en-suites each with shower. Shame one had only toilet and sink!

What a house ! Very spacious, plenty of rooms for our group, fully equipped and the location was excellent. Lots of little touches to make it feel homely, books, games, cushions, old fashioned ornaments, even a typewriter! Very clean and very well organised.
No criticisms at all, just a small suggestion, there wasn’t a mirror in every room and there was no full length mirror at all. Might be impractical for a full length mirror in every room but one big one could be put in the hallway, Just so us ladies can check we haven’t got our skirts tucked in our pants ! Ha ha.

That the shower wasn't working on 1st floor.. workman came as we arrived but couldn't fix it . Kitchen had a poor finish... Downstairs bedding felt damp....Small TV ..water dripping through the ceiling in dining room had to put towels down while workmen where working..not ideal.

Beautiful house, perfect for a large family and great location.
The living room was just missing a tv on the wall, the one in the games room was very small.
We travelled with parents who don’t always like to go out and found the Tv on the small side.
The living room was larger to fit everyone in but just missing a bigger tv.
One of the showers was out of order which was slightly inconvenient for such a large group in a morning.

The location is amazing the rooms and facilities are good and the kitchen holds absolutely everything you would need
I would recommend as it is a beautiful place which has fabulous decor throughout
I didn't like the tiny small TV and the broken tiles in the hallway one of the children in the party suffered an injury to his toe on them sadly.
Could do with another lamp in the back room as the current one is way too dark but the big light too bright for an evening

central heating was intermittent and had to report as one night not working at all, the owner Sue advised would look into a refund but not heard anything since.

The downstairs living areas were a little dark so could be an issue for anyone with limited sight.

size of property was excellent for the size of our group.
Shower on first floor not working, however we were notified on the day of arrival. Very poor water flow on taps and showers throughout the property and very noisy boiler. a few noticeable cobwebs throughout property and dusty extractor vents in bathrooms. Driveway will only accommodate 1 vehicle this need changing in the property description. A large TV would have been desirable in the front living room.
