Localisation is good, staff was nice.

It was quite dirty and the AC really needed a service - it was loud and stinky. Shower had poor pressure.

Basic but clean. No complaints if you want a cheap central room it's fine.

Noise from dogs barking, people making noise in other rooms late into the night. Like 3:30am. No respect. And the walls are paper thin

Very good location; near to Quirino LRT station. Warm showers provided. WiFi connectivity was good. Fairly quiet considering the location. Bed was okay. Cleanliness was fine. Check-in and check-out process was simple. Air-con was good.

The hotel charged my credit card immediately after booking even though in the booking it says free cancellation and will charge only 2 days before check-in. I tried to contact the hotel many times about this but they never responded. Major points: Room facilities were fairly clean, but several insects crawled in my room during my stay. Minor points: No elevator No room cleaning service even though we can put a sign to make up our room. There was a chicken that clucked every morning from 6am onwards, that might annoy some travellers.

The staff and management are very welcoming/ accomodating!

Location is so very convenient and ideal!

*The staff was busy on their cellphone 😒 *Don't even bother about our questions If we need something we need to go up and down by stairs because they don't have telephone inside the room. * soap and shampoo dispenser was empty *shower is not working pail and water dipper only
