Our family had a wonderful time at this property. We rented for a family wedding in the area. The property was clean and had everything we needed….everything one needs for an infant…young children…which was a nice surprise. The property has an elevator which served us well getting luggage up to the bedrooms. The view deck/rooftop was wonderful! The views of the ocean and canals are very nice. The table and seating and most importantly the hot tub provided a wonderful place for our family to gather at the end of our busy and hot days to wind down and enjoy each others company. The hot tub was a hit…the view deck is beautiful at night…you can even see the stars…😊I would highly recommend this property…an easy walk to the beach…and to the downtown restaurants and shops make this a perfect place for a trip to Clearwater Beach.

This property definitely checked all of our boxes and more! We were celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday with two other couples. The layout of the condo was perfect and we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We absolutely loved the views from the top floor! The walk to the beach was very easy as well as to the downtown shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed a short walk to the channel behind the condo to fish as well. There is a convenience store perfectly located across the street to stop in for quick drinks and snacks. The property owner was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property to friends and family! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home!

If you're looking for a place to stay close to the beach, restaurants and shopping, look no further! This condo is literally 2-3 minute walk to the beach and about a 5 minute walk to many different restaurants and shops. Park your car in the driveway and enjoy the area. This is a beautiful home and was able to meet all our needs. The posting was very accurate. It has five levels with many stairs, but there is an elevator for a convenient option. Our group was looking to enjoy the beach as much as possible and it was nice to utilize all the beach chairs, toys and umbrella they have to offer. We only had a few very minor issues in relation to the cleaners when we first arrived but it was rectified very quickly! The responsiveness from the owners was great! One minor caution to future tenants, if you own a small car that is low to the ground, be prepared to scrap the bottom of your car on the driveway. This is due to a pretty big incline to the driveway and a drainage culvert at the end of the driveway. I had a rental mini van and it scraped the bottom of both fenders each time I drove the van. Overall, the group thoroughly enjoyed their stay and would highly recommend this rental! Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories!

Location was perfect! All of our excursions were within walking distance. The beach was only 2 blocks from the house. You walk out the front door, pass a playground/open grass playing field, walk between a restaurant/gas station and you are there! We had only adults with us on our trip, but I would bring my kids here to stay next time! Great neighborhood! There were people out on their porches enjoying the day, lots of dog walking their owners and exercise enthusiasts running/walking. Clearwater seems to be a good family spot as even the karaoke place we went to had kids singing (Hogan’s Hangout). The VRBO was so cool! Multiple levels so we could all spread out and enjoy ourselves. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils and dishes. We did not cook, but I did see pots and pans for use. The couch was sooo comfortable after a long day of shopping. Plenty of seating throughout the house. Dining table had 6 seats I believe and 3 bar stools for the island. Plus an extra bar stool. Keurig and coffee maker available. Plenty of counter space! With 7 women in our party, we were very happy with the amount of counter space and mirrors in the home. Well insulated; we did not hear any noise from the unit next door. A/C and hot tub were running great! No complaints! Jennifer was an excellent host, would love to stay again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The hosts were very responsive. House descriptions were accurate - so glad there’s an elevator as there’s lots of stairs otherwise! We had a few minor hiccups that were addressed timely and fixed. Really enjoyed that this rental was on the outskirts of town but only a couple blocks away - all within walking distance. Loved the non tourist places to eat nearby and access to the beach. Overall recommend!!

Our family of 10 had a great time in Clearwater Beach and in this condo. Plenty of room for all of us and two grandchildren loved the bunk beds! Kitchen was well supplied and ample kitchen, living room and bathroom space. The top deck was fun but hot tub was a little cloudy. However, used a lot by grandchildren. Had one issue with grill, but that was resolved quickly by owner. Great communication. A walk away from beach, shopping and restaurants! Would definitely recommend this condo!

Totally enjoyed our 2 week stay with our family . Beach condo was as described and close to all that clearwater beach has to offer. Our premier host was very accessible and quick to solve any issue that came up . Will definitely consider staying again. Tom & Jan

Previous reviews of the property are accurate. Beautiful home and location! Home owner's are responsive, kind and accommodating. Family of 8 (ages 80 thru 3 yrs old) stayed comfortably. Everything we needed from beach chairs to highchairs were provided. Sunrises on the roof deck, sunsets on the beach. Short walk to everything you will want or need. Do not hesitate to book this property for an Amazing family vacation!

Clearwater Beach in January, what a treat! We are 4 mature women - HS friends from all over through the decades. We walked the beach, ate at nearby restaurants, and toured Tampa and St Pete. The house is 5 levels and it was so comfortable and well appointed, and there is an elevator. The spa on the roof was wonderful! We had a blip with the heat in the condo, but the owner responded immediately and fixed it. I would recommend this property.

My family has been staying in this townhouse for many years. It is the most complete rental we have ever stayed in. The owner is great in communicating prior to and during the stay. Once you arrive, you never have to drive anywhere. Plenty of restaurants nearby, easy access to beach and the rooftop with hot tub is fantastic to hang out at night, Highly Recommend!!!

We came down for the NCAA final four volleyball tournament and we were so lucky to stay in this beautiful condo! It was walking distance to the beach and many great places to eat. The condo is very up to date, immaculately clean, and the rooftop deck with hot tub was perfect for us. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely love to come stay at their place again! Five big stars.

Amazing location one block from stunning beach. House had every amenity we needed, great layout, plenty of space, spectacular rooftop with view of beach and bay. House was perfect for adults and our group of teenagers traveling to Tampa for soccer tourney. Wish we could have stayed longer!!! -Chris

This beautiful rental is in such a great location. Restaurants are walking distance an food was amazing. We saw dolphin jumping by sanding on the beach. We highly recommend this VRBO rental !!! We will definitely come back ❤️

This place was great!! Location is ideal. North beach is the best area of Clearwater Beach, and from here it is a short walk to the beach, and the shops and restaurants on Mandalay Ave. It faces a nice green space and playground and is one block from the tennis courts where my family played a little pickleball. Owners are responsive and helpful! The unit had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Fantastic wedding weekend! Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and coffee shops, close to beach!

Our special group of friends ( all live in different states) have rented thru VRBO for several years ( 25 years+) and this is the first year we booked one with an elevator - really appreciated it. PERFECT LOCATION; walkable to the beautiful beach, great restaurants/bars, stores, but quiet enough at night. The rooftop terrace is PERFECT for sunsets and nighttime cocktails. (Probably great for daytime too but it was just too hot for us to sit up there ( 90 degrees+). Would love to rent again.

We had a great time at this place. The elevator helped with luggage and just going from top to kitchen… Love that there were umbrellas and bikes. It was such a good time. We will definitely stay here again when Im in Clearwater. Walked everywhere cuz ur that close ! Very spacious place for all of us .

Our family had a very fun vacation staying at this townhouse on Clearwater Beach. The townhome was in a good location within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We never had to use our cars unless we needed to go off the island. Condo was clean and had good beach chairs and toys, etc. it was great to have all linens provided including beach towels. The elevator was helpful loading and unloading. We all got lots of exercise walking this trip including going up and down 5 levels daily. We didn’t use the upstairs rooftop area as it was too hot most days and evenings. Great spot to take photos and view the area. Kitchen was clean and had enough to fix simple meals. Table sat six. Bedrooms were functional good beds. No closets in master bedroom but had dressers. Master bathroom was large with two sinks and huge spa tub. The small bedroom nook was fine for our adult son to have a good bed and privacy. Downside was sharing the master bathroom Our daughter and two children were very comfortable having the middle level to themselves. AC was too good on the main living area and good for most of the upper floors. The rooms facing front got more sun and were warmer but adequate. We didn’t use the tv much but did sit together in the main living area (all 6 of us ) at times. We had fun in Clearwater and enjoyed trying the local beach bar/restaurants and seeing the beautiful sunsets. Went kayaking at Weeki Wachee. Edna and George Kindley

Property was great - clean, great location to beach, local restaurants and bars. We had two families and layout was nice for each family to have a floor. Property built very well so didn’t hear noise from other floors. Key pad made for easy in/out access. Lots of amenities for a nice day at the beach. Hosts very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your vacation home. The pictures in the listing were very accurate and the house was throughly cleaned when we arrived. The home allowed enough space for everyone to comfortably gather in the living room/ kitchen area as well as on the rooftop deck. Plus, having beach towels and chairs and umbrellas made it very convenient. And the bikes were also well used. An added convenience was using the community pool for only $3 after coming off the beach. The house is only 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our 2nd time staying at these townhouses. This unit was great. We love all the space and different floors. The rooftop was amazing. We also love that it is only 2 blocks from the beach. It is a great place to stay!

Our stay at this beach property was WONDERFUL! The layout of the house is just as is described online. The hosts provide all towels (beach, bath and kitchen) as well as beach necessities: chairs, umbrella, 2 bikes and toys. The furniture in the living space was extremely comfortable, as were the beds. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, cookie sheets, measuring utensils, serving utensils and the usual plates, cups and bowls. (This was NOT the case with the rental property that we stayed at in Orlando just days earlier!) We enjoyed the rooftop deck in the early morning and late at night but seldom made our way up there in the middle of the day... too hot in mid July!! It's a great space though! Amazing view :) I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy get-away. (P.S. You'll get a good workout, too... on the 4 flights of stairs!!)

The view and walk to beach was really nice. Lots to do within walking distance. The up and down of stairs was little exhausting. There was an elevator tho.

This is a beautiful property that our entire family loved. There were 6 of us, our grown kids and son-in-law. It’s large enough to allow privacy for all, and enough room when we all hung out together. Just a short walk to the beach and not too far of a walk to the pier area. We all love to walk so it was perfect, checking out shops and eating! There were beach chairs, tubes and towels provided, which was huge! We all agreed we would love to go back to this townhome. The owners were quick to respond to all questions we had. You can’t go wrong with this property. The private rooftop was a huge bonus!!! Simply beautiful!!!
