Nicely appointed beach house with ample room for the family. Our family rented two houses to accommodate six adults and five grandchildren but we gathered at this house because it was convenient and had room for everyone. The adults could sit and have a conversation while the grandkids romped around. Access to the beach was easy and we enjoyed the short walk to The Sanctuary for ice cream treats. The master on the second floor was very large and had plenty of quiet space for a pack-and-play for our youngest granddaughter. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the herons and egrets fish in the lagoon. We really enjoyed the house.

As a nurse, & mother of a child with severe food allergies, I really liked that there was a full bottle of antibacterial hand soap in every single bathroom and kitchen. The condo was just as described in the listing. Very spacious! Only downfall is we drove all the way from Michigan and brought our motorcycle & once we arrived, we were notified that no motorcycles are allowed on the island. No where on the listing did it state that and would have been nice to know as it caused a bit of an issue. Overall it was a great stay though! Would definitely recommend!

Spacious condo; tastefully furnished; fabulous kitchen; comfortable bedding; great location near beach and many restaurants and activities. We loved sitting on the porch enjoying the lagoon view, bike bridge and wildlife.

The house was perfect for our family. It had beautiful views from the deck and was just a short walk to the beach.

The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes, and to Night Heron park/pool not much farther. Everything was very clean when we arrived and the beds were all comfortable. The only constructive criticism I have is that the number of bowls for cereal, oatmeal, etc could be increased, and a pot size in between the sauce pot and stock pot size would also be nice.

The condo was clean and well maintained. All appliances worked fine. The the lightly colored décor was really nice, The location on the lagoon and near the beach was really convenient. Beach was a 5 min walk. Lots of biking on the paths and on the beach, The flat beach is great for biking, bocce, and building sand castles. We spent part of each morning and evening on the deck watching the ospreys, turtles, and alligators. The Night Heron Park is 5 min away. Plenty of room to park cars and bikes.Even got to see the annual Easter parade go right in front of the condo! Had a terrific stay!

Good views, adequate space. Cleanliness of kitchen and bathroom were a concern. Some bed frames were broken. Uneven temperatures throughout the house. Some rooms very warm, others very cold. Property manager was difficult to contact. Walking distance to the beach.

Clean, well located. Needs new mattresses. Master bed was lumpy and hard. The rest of condo furnishings were fine.

wasn't as clean as expected, we left it cleaner than it was on arrival. Ants crawling all over sun deck, couldn't enjoy. Furniture worn and uncomfortable.

First time staying in this beautiful part of Kiawah. We’ve never stayed on the ponds, previously have stayed with an ocean view, and thought we might be disapppinted. That was certainly not the case! Very much enjoyed the flora and fauna of the Pond! Birds! So many birds! The property is across from the bridge which crosses the pond, so if you don’t mind a little more foot and bike traffic, or do enjoy some people watching, the new deck is a perfect perch! Short walk to the beach. That area of the 10 mile beach can be quite congested, from the heavy load of rental places in that part of the island. Get to the beach early or expect a short walk, to spread yourself out from your neighbors. We took the car down to Mariners Watch, dropped off the wagon, beach chairs and cooler to a thinner spot and the chauffeur (my son) took the car back and walked back down to meet the rest of us. The property is well stocked with everything you may need. Kitchen necessities, toiletries, cleaning supplies, linens. The only thing I couldn’t find was a pair of scissors! The photos online are very accurate. The master bedroom is huge. The tub didn’t have the best drainage and the overhead fan didn’t work, if I need to find any fault. The furniture and color schemes are depicted. Take them or leave them. We were comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out (vacationing with adult children. Need I say more...). I have no hesitation renting here again!

Dead cockroaches, dirty (Cheetos) in sofa on arrival, worn mattresses, in need of painting. These are just the major issues.

The property has plenty of room with great water views. Very close to beach.

We loved the location! The roominess of the condo was fabulous! Very close to the beach. Beautiful sunrise! Go eat at Loggerhead Grill at the Sanctuary! It’s casual poolside dining and you can swim or go to the beach while waiting on your food. It’s a little spendy but portions are plentiful and the food is great. Was disappointed in the housekeeping that was prepared before us. It was not disgusting, but not pristine like you’d expect for the tacked on cleaning fees. I called and expect they will fix this problem with their staff. Really looked like all they did is change the sheets (I hope) and stick towels and soap products. The floors had sand on them and table, stainless had not been cleaned. It was nothing we could not work around- just disappointing for the cost is all.

The location was convenient - just short walk to the beach. The place was clean & comfortable as expected. Had a great view from porch for the July 4th fireworks at Night Heron Park.

we love the location between the beach and night heron, which is why we have booked this unit many times. Through family we have access to Night Heron pool, without that we would probably stay in another unit

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Check in was easy. The location is just across the street from the boardwalk to the lovely beach.

Property was as described; clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and other facilities, but an end unit, so no neighbor noise. Kitchen utensils and equipment could use an upgrade, but didn't detract from our overall enjoyment.

Nice location, five minute walk to beach, upstairs bedrooms very nice, well supplied kitchen. Tile edges on the step down from kitchen, dining area to living area had broken and missing grout which could be a tripping hazard. The headboards of the twin beds downstairs we're loose and banged the wall as you get in or out of the beds. The kitchen had small sugar eating ants on the counters. Though we called about this within the first hour, the problem wasn't resolved. We had to go buy a bug killer spray and secure all food products. Next day someone brought "Windex and hand towels" but we sent them away as we didn't realize that was their response to our problem. No one ever contacted us to see if the problem was corrected. Would not use this place again.
