It was nice for a short family trip and it was nice that the beach was in walking distance. The place fit the 15 of us great. Only a few things wrong. Not enough pots and pans to feed our huge group accordingly, so glad I brought my own. Second, something plastic was previously frozen in ice maker so all the ice had shards of plastic in it. Third, the dryer lent catcher was broke which prevented the dryer from drying properly. Throwing the girls bathing suits in there unknowingly, we ended up with 2 broken bathing suits, and having to call for extra towels since we ran thru most of them the first day between showers, hot tub and beach. Not enough trash bags were provided, and even though they brought us more towels and trash bags we still ended up having to buy more considering the amount of people we had. All in all we had a great time together and so glad we found a place to accommodate us all. Also, there is a pool, and advertised splash pad we thought the babies would enjoy, but it wasn't working.

We wanted to truly love this property, but it was a let down. The hot tub is only a warm bath and maintenance confirmed it would not get any warmer. Utensils were dirty and pans were burned badly. The non-stick coating was also coming off, so they were completely unusable. The AC is set so that it can't be turned below 70. With 75+ days and humidity, it is almost impossible to cool a 2 story house with 1 AC unit that can't be set below 70. The ice dispenser was also broken and the shower in the master bathroom was broken, but it was fixed on the 3rd day of our stay. There is absolutely no early check-in allowed even if no one has rented the property the day prior to you and it is already clean. So, overall the property was a disappointment, but it is close to the beach and easy to get to.

There were ants all over the bottom floor which was concerning and annoying because we had crawling babies. The place wasn’t in the greatest condition overall. The walk to the beach was further than we expected. Wouldn’t stay here again but it was okay for a couple of days.

Great location - minutes to the beach! Very comfortable with a lot of nice touches and amenities. A teeny bit tight for 12 of us but very workable. The fact that we could bring two dogs also a big plus. Thank you!

Easy access to the beach. Nice pool area and everything you need for a family vacation. The unit will sleep 14, but it is a little crowded when not sleeping. The downstairs does not really accommodate a group that large.

We loved this house! Everything was awesome and as advertised. We were close to everything and everywhere we planned to see and the kids had a great time. Plenty of room for our group. They provided plenty of everything for our stay. Highly highly recommend this place!

It was so clean and everything in the house itself was so well decorated. I just wish they had more parking spaces for each room.

Everything was great! The homes set up is perfect for large goups. The only thing that was a very small issue was the fridge did not cool well, but it really wasn't a big issue. The whole house was clean and in like new condition. I'll be back for sure.
