The check in and communication was flawless. The location and description of the site was very close to 100% accurate. The overall value was very good.

Awesome location and view

we have never stayed at an ocean front condo with so many windows! the view was amazing! we had 2 private decks to enjoy the sunset! we would highly recommend staying on kiawah island!

Loved our stay at this property mainly because of the view. Located on the beach front, and has lots of windows. We were able to enjoy the sound and view of the ocean from the condo without venturing out. Can enjoy both sunrise and sunset from the couch !!!!

My husband and I have been coming to Kiawah since the early 80’s but this was our first time in this condo. We came to relax and recharge our bodies. We got the best nights sleep we have had in years. The beds were extra comfortable. The condo was quiet. And the views from the front of the condo were spectacular. I did not want to leave that view behind and come home.

The views are fantastic, easy walking distance to the Sanctuary. Until could use additional upgrades, broken items replaced and to be better cleaned (dust/cobwebs)

The views from the unit are spectacular. The building itself is in disrepair including the front door to this unit which is rotting away from the ocean salt water sun and heat. Building Hallway and stair lights were not functional for most of our stay even facing the parking lot side and we were given a bogus excuse about the sea turtles is why the lights are not functioning although the identical buildings on each side of us had functioning lights and this was clearly an electrical problem and safety issue. This took repeated calls to Vacasa (not helpful) as well as the island HOA to ultimately resolve. Inside furniture still is ripped and tattered as mentioned in previous reviews but still functional although the legs on the blue chair are loose so I wouldn’t recommend anyone 200lb like me sitting in it. The bed is very comfortable in the master bedroom and Ocean view from the bedroom bathroom and kitchen is truly spectacular. There are shingles missing on the outside porch with exposed nails and underline concrete. Paint inside the unit needs to be touched up. Five star view with two star building in need of Touchup and repair. This building has no ramp, so if you have anyone with special needs or unable to walk upstairs even to get to an elevator be aware. They have an elevator but you have to walk up a minimum of about 10 stairs to get to it. We checked all sides of the building and there is no ramp. This made loading and unloading groceries and beach gear a little more challenging so we just left what we could in the car. You will love the view if you can overlook the shoddy beach building that would better fit at Myrtle

Hard to get better views and the unit is lovely. Still, there is disappointment that as good as it is, it should be better but for a few minor issues that add up - front door is worn and difficult to use, appliances are aging, AC fan runs loudly and constantly, worn chair in master should be tossed. I would return, but I would hope these matters would be tightened up

The condo was excellent. Great waves sound and breeze. We will continue to come.

Very nice condo with open floor plan. Perfect for families with young children. Very child proof. Kitchen was well stocked. On the 4th floor so be prepared to take the stairs if not an elevator fan. Building does not have ramps for strollers, wagons, wheelchairs, etc. not a huge issue for us but would of been more convenient.

This was the perfect stay for our last minute getaway. Just steps from the beach. This unit was stocked perfectly and had everything we needed. Will definitely look to stay here again when it’s available.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property is quiet with a beautiful private beach. We had everything we needed to prepare meals in the kitchen when not enjoying one of the local restaurants. The beds are very comfortable. The location could not be better! Property management was readily available if needed but our stay was smooth and problem-free. We can't wait to return!

Very nicely furnished, very clean, and the fabulous ocean views made up for the issues. The master bedroom closet is a slider, one side is not accessible. The blinds in the master bedroom are broken, missing pieces. Not what you would expect in this type of rental. Last, the rooms are much smaller than they appear in the listing. Overall, our stay was wonderful though because it was just my husband and I. We were interrupted while napping one afternoon, when the property manager just walked in because she thought we had checked out. We were not scheduled to check out for another day, That was disconcerting. Otherwise, wonderful condo with gorgeous beach and ocean view.

The villa view was amazing as expected, the unit appeared fairly clean but colder used more attention to details. Dusting and wiping surfaces down better would’ve been appreciated. Having a broom in the unit to use while there would have been great for small messes. The air conditioner went out the first night and second night which was repaired but still we had to have our time interrupted with repairs. The window in the master room was broken and management was aware of this. But it appears to have been broken for sometime because it was quite dusty. Being on the beach you get some uninvited guests but having most nights with palmetto bugs and spiders you would expect to be better controlled with pest control for the cost of this unit. The screen door didn’t stay closed a couple of very windy nights, the master bedroom door needs to be adjusted as it scrapes across the wood floors when it’s being closed. The ceiling fan was somewhat noisy on medium level which made it hard to get to sleep at times. We’ve been to Kiawah several times and stayed at various units on the beach. This one was a big disappointment to us since the photos seemed to show a different version of what we got. The furniture is outdated and the chair has torn arm rests. The sofa bed has stains on the mattress and was not comfortable for the guest sleeping on it. All in all, just a great view for a week and that was it.

I loved the view from inside with all of the windows. And, I especially liked sitting on the balcony off the master, as this unit is on the end and you have no obstruction to the view. Stairs and elevator take you right to the unit which is a plus, and very easy access to the beach.
