Cozy rental

Just returned from Kiawah and loved this villa. We’ve stayed at many places here over the years and will be back to this one again.

This condo is our favorite place to stay. The location is wonderf!

The condo was lovely, just as depicted. The location was good, a doable walk to the beach, the park and market. Directions to such, left in the unit would have been helpful. Understand, there is very little signage and when you are unfamiliar with the area and all the villas look alike it’s confusing. Being right next to the tennis courts we thought it might be noisy, it was not, even sitting on the porch. The whole area was very quiet. The villa was generally very clean the only exception was the stove and cabinets around the stove that had a film of grease. Looked like the cleaner forgot that side of the kitchen. Renters should know there are no extras in the kitchen, no starter coffee not even salt or pepper. Suggestions to add would be a bottle opener, soap dish for the bathroom and facial tissues. Generally it was a very nice rental that we would not hesitate to rent again.

We had a good time. The property was cllean and quiet.

We have stayed at this property numerous times now and we will stay her in the future too. Great location. Appreciate pet friendly.

Awesome location, great comfy condo, 2nd floor view of tennis facility off big nice porch. Only downside was unit is part of 4 plex and 2 of the units were getting remodeled so weekdays experienced some noise.

Highly recommend this villa! Great home! Great location! Beautiful inside! Vacasa was amazing with communication before, during and after our trip! Will def rent again this home and through Vacasa ! Amazing in every way

This villa is the perfect size for two people. There are some areas that need a little updating. The dresser in the bedroom had a broken drawer, the shower curtain was clearly very old and the metal rings were rusty. The cabinet in the bathroom was also in need a repair. Overall, we enjoyed our visit, but unfortunately will not return.

We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property. Beautiful decor, clean, neat, everything seemed upgraded and just lovely, plus and able to bring pet. Could not have asked for more.

Great stay! The property was the perfect size for myself, wife, and our small dog. It was clean , neat and organized. The only very minor issue we had is the location. It is about a 10-minute walk to the nearest beach access but there’s plenty of bikes to rent and it also gave us an excuse to get our steps in! So be mindful of that and also GPS will not take you exactly to this property so you have to do some looking once your in the villa area. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a nice property. Thanks!

Further from beach than depicted….and the tennis courts which front the porch of this unit were active until after 9pm each night….appliances also not working as they should (replaced microwave the day before we left……….

We had a great stay. Home was accommodating for our needs. We would consider the stay again.

Very nice and appreciated being able to bring our little pomapoo. Fine for a small family if kiddos don't mind the pullout. Mine said it was comfortable!

This was perfect for the tennis tournament we were attending at Kiawah. We had a wonderful view of the courts where our kids were playing their matches. The property clearly has been renovated and is tastefully appointed. There were fun family boardgames also.

Very nice property for 2 people to stay. Great location. Very nice amenities. Will stay here again in the future.

The bike trails and beach are awesome.

I thought the condo was beautiful. The decor, the setup, the bathroom. The only things I would change would be better directions to the beach and how to get onto the island itself.

It was absolutely the best place. So appreciate that I was able to have my dog stay, too which was a bonus.

My husband & I enjoyed the stay with our 2 small dogs. The space is very comfortable, with updated kitchen and bath, and all very clean. Recommend this unit for a peaceful escape.

Condo was in overall good condition. We did spill some water on the kitchen floor and when we wiped it up realized the floor was pretty dirty… Also tried to contact the property mgr about getting a later check out but never heard from them …

It was convenient to where my other family members were staying. Being a Charleston native, it was great being able to see members of my family. The condo was very nicely decorated.

This place was perfect. Close to the beach, had everything we needed. Clean. Quiet. We stayed for 10 days and it wasn’t enough. We will definitely be back.

Great condo. The gps won’t take you to the condo but I found it eventually. Good size, great location. The grounds are beautiful. No complaints.

The condo was great! Very clean, great communication, and located right next door to the Roy Barth Tennis Center ( we are big tennis players). We will definitely be back very soon.

First time at Kiawah Villa for our 36th Anniversary. Great place to relax and/or enjoy tennis (on premises) beach nearby by either walking or bicycle. The unit was as picture perfect; very clean and comfortable. The bed was super soft; maybe too soft for some. However, the sound bar was extremely loud on TV in living room. Other than that we had a delightful stay and plan to come back. The property manager at Vacasa was nice and answered our emails promptly. She was very helpful in getting the exterior lights turned back on after a storm. Thanks Again for a great vacation!

Very convenient and quiet even when tennis is happening right outside. Very clean.

Had a beautiful stay was there for my sons wedding.

Great location, wonderful screened porch, extremely comfortable bed, and a nice living room and kitchen. Unit was in very good shape and recently renovated. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location very close to the beach and Sanctuary hotel. Nice and clean, plenty of towels. Great view of tennis courts.

Kiawah Island is the perfect place for tennis and golf lovers. This property is located right on the tennis courts with a great view of the clay courts. Very nice.
