Just a couple things. We had to clean the fridge, pots and pans when we arrived. The grill downstairs was gross and had cigars etc left from previous guest. The walk was a little far for the little ones so we rented a golf car for the week.

This was the perfect layout for our family. Two couples had kids and basically had a 2-bedroom suite each. I’ve read other reviews about the smaller seating area in the living room, and yes more seating would be great but we valued the separate spaces for kids SO much more. We loved the outdoor seating and spent a lot of time out there. We also enjoyed the bikes and kayaks. We had a wonderful week on the island and thoroughly enjoyed this house and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great week. It was an easy walk to the beach. Loved having the bicycles and kayaks. Amenities were just as listed. Would definitely come again

This was our second stay at this house. As always the house was wonderful! The amenities make staying here so easy and simple saving a lot of packing and trips to the store. The Island won our hearts last summer! We are already planning future family trips! Thank you for having our family again! ❤️

Our family gets together yearly in the fall at the beach. The beach we typically go to wasn’t accessible for us to go to this year, so we stumbled across this property and we are glad we did! The house was absolutely beautiful and met all the needs of our family. When walking in for the first, it was spotlessly fresh and clean. The beds were very comfortable, but the pillows did leave something to be desired as they were very thin. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of room for our storage needs. There could have been more storage room in the bunk rooms, such as a dresser, as the closets were not accessible to renters in those rooms. We took walks around the neighborhood, which was beautiful, and spent our evenings on the dock. Parking was great for the vehicles we had and the beach was an either walk, and drive if you wanted, to the beach. We enjoyed the island as a whole and look forward to coming back in the future!

We had an amazing time with our family and our best friends and their kids!! We come every year to the island and we look forward each year to this trip. The place was very nice and clean! We loved that there were bikes and kayaks for our use! We enjoyed being on the canal with easy access to the beach! Everything we needed was provided for us at the house! Very beautiful home! Thanks for letting us enjoy your house and make another year of memories with our family and friends!

We enjoyed our stay the place was very clean and definitely had enough room for our large family of 16. The beach walk was great but a little to long for the babies, and it would have been nice to have baby gates on the top deck but the place really was great.

This house worked great for our family vacation. We had 6 adults (couples) and 4 grandkids for the week. The only downfall of the property is the living room is so small you can only get a few people on the couch and everyone else had to either sit in the kitchen or go outside to visit.

Property owner communicated well and promptly. Would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

We wanted to find a place to celebrate my moms and her sisters 70 with Beach, sun, and family. The house was the perfect size for us all to enjoy each other and have some space. The location is great for a quick walk to the beach or kayak to the ocean. The owner was very responsive to questions. It was an amazing vacation. Would definitely return.

We love Dauphin island. This location was perfect for us. We were able to fish from the dock, throw the cast net, and catch some nice blue crabs. Absolutely loved trying to kayak for the first time in this area . Did not have to worry about boaters or waves. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed plus some. We will we back. Rooms were comfy, downstairs deck awesome!

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our group and privacy for each family as well.

We had an amazing vacation on Dauphin Island and can't wait to go back! The house was very clean the homeowners are quick to reply and easy to speak with! The house was almost dead center of the island width wise and was closer to the west end than the east. We loved it!

Perfect getaway. We had 3 families (13 people in all) and the house was a perfect layout. The boat deck was accessible for kayaking, fishing and swimming. For kid play, the down stairs and cul-de-sac made it easy for them to run crazy and bike. Easy walk/bike to the beach. The owners response time was impeccable for any questions. Thanks again, if we come back in the future, we will be staying here!

We had an amazing week. Condo was exactly as described. Dining/Kitchen area was perfect for late night games and cards. Dock was perfect to drop some fishing lines and crab traps. We utilized the beach wagon, toys, bikes and kayaks on site. Having four full bathrooms upstairs was perfect. Grandparents struggled a little with the stairs, but that is to be expected. We will be back for sure. Recommendations: pick your restaurants for dinner early in your trip. Restaurants are difficult to get in. We LOVED take out from Skinners. Left the island as well to have a sit down meal. Found Catalinas which was authentic seafood - everyone loved it! Also book your charters with Capt Mikes on the Lady Ann. Caught our limit as Captain King put us over the fish every time.

We have a wonderful time on the island! Even with a few hiccups in our stay Jason was great in responding to any and every question and helped in every way he could! The house is amazing and definitely helped play a huge role in our relaxing vacation! We had 13 people total 3 different families and a range of ages and everyone have the best time! When we come back we are definitely planning to stay here again!

It’s a great vacation home with a lot of steps ,if it had a elevator it would be fantastic. We enjoyed the week we was there and wished we had another week to stay .

Beautiful property for large family gathering. Fun playing in canal, kayaks, and a short walk or ride to beach. Kitchen, dining area large for gathering for dinner and games in the evening. I would recommend the golf cart, Island Time was great, delivered right to our door! We did explore the local restaurants and entertainment as a family too. Hope to be back again!

This is a great house and great location for our trip. I was able to launch my boat and keep it safely tied to the dock which made for quick access to fishing and sunset cruises. We had a great time and will be back!

This was a great house and very spacious. The ceiling fans and lights were operated with remotes but missing batteries for a couple rooms. But, overall great with bikes and kayaks available for use.

Loved the house and outside setup with canal and kayaks. Close to the beach and just down the street from restaurants. House 2 masters, 2 bunk rooms and then queen rooms is perfect for a good mix of kids teenage and down. When weather wasn't cooperating everyone still had space. Kitchen has the essentials and the grill outside is gets the job done. Would also highly recommend Island Time Golf Cart rental to cruise around on.

The Mosley's have a beautiful home. The upgrades are gorgeous. We enjoyed everything about the home. The home is well stocked with all you need for a long vacation. TVs are in every room. It was 13 family members and we had enough room to play games and eat our seafood feast around the bar and beautiful corner table. My grandson and niece enjoyed the kayaks the most. I will recommend this home to my clients and we will be back for a visit. Thank you all for opening your home to me and my family.

6 bedroom with great layout!

Great house in a great location with perfect multi bedroom setup for families. You don’t need anything but sunscreen and food - all else provided!

The Mosley’s are excellent to rent from! This house is the perfect layout for large or multiple families wanting to stay in one house. It’s a short 5 minute walk tot he beach and the kayaks for the canal/bay are so much fun! We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Dauphin Island. It was the perfect getaway especially during the coronavirus. The island wasn’t crowded at all...we practically had the beach to ourselves. Highly recommend vacationing here!

Our stay in Dauphin Island was wonderful. We had two families with five kids. There was plenty of room and the house set up was perfect. It was a short walk or bike ride to the beach. The kids enjoyed crabbing off the dock. We would definitely recommend this house and look forward to returning one day.

Property was exactly as described. Very clean and had all the amenities of home. As a family of 6, we had more than enough room. The fish cleaning station was a bonus after days of snapper fishing. We would definitely recommend!
