Our stay was great. The house was clean with an open floor plan, close to the beach, on a bike path, and great for little kids. We enjoyed several local restaurants and the North Carolina aquarium in Pine Knoll Shores. We would definitely recommend the house.

Loved that this rental was dog friendly. It’s often hard to find a vacation rental in a great location that also allows larger dogs. Our girl loves the beach so we could never leave her at home. The rental was very clean and the property manager and owners are very hospitable and great communicators. We hope to visit again next year!

Nice clean property with very easy ocean access. Centrally located on the island for quick trips to the pointe or the fort. Property manager was very accommodating and helpful. Would recommend and will look at a return trip in the future.

My husband and I and our little dog stayed a few nights this spring. The house is literally a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the sound is right across the street. It's the perfect size for a couple or a small family, very clean and inviting and well kept. The owners even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy in our first night. The house also has a nice little deck area with a gas grill and a table with umbrella where you can sit out and enjoy a meal, and a couple of grassy areas where our dog could use the bathroom, and a place to hose off her sandy paws. The area is just a few minutes drive from several restaurants, a Publix, and a couple of Food lions, plus some nice little parks where we launched outlet kayaks. It was quiet but still convenient to just about everything. Check in and check out were very easy- Brian the property manager met us to give us the key and gave us a lot of great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly stay at this cute little house again.

The bungalow was truly just a 1 minute walk to the beach! The place was very clean and conveniently located to restaurants/shopping. Loved having the walking path right in front of the house. Brian (concierge) is extremely knowledge of the area and has some great suggestions on where to eat. He checked in to be sure everything was going well during our trip and then thanked us at departure. Other than the bathroom being a bit small the rest of the house felt pretty spacious. Thank you for allowing us to spend our spring break in your bungalow! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We enjoyed a beautiful long weekend at this lovely little cottage. It was perfect for my husband to fish, me to relax and our little dog to play. Everything was clean and very comfortable.will definitely keep it on our list of places to stay on Emerald Isle!

Clean , up to date, and functional. This location is the best for 1 minute walk to the beach. Small space, but roomy enough for 4 guys on a fishing weekend to have plenty of room. Brian , our host , was so great! He even offered places to park for access to the sound side near a public access. We would stay here again.😎 Thanks for being such a welcoming host!

We were in the area to visit our daughter and family. The cottage was just right. The grandbabies came to visit and loved walking on the beach. Brian was great and checked on us the day hurricane Ian passed by the area. We'll be back!

We were looking for a property in walking distance to the beach that was in a relaxed area. This is it. The house had everything we needed. The town is not over commercialized and crowded. The beach was very close and maybe 3 minute walk. Outdoor shower topped it off! Owner was in communication with us and was available to answering any questions we had. Great beach house, great trip. We will be back!

Everything about this property, the hosts & concierge (Brian) is a 10/10, in our experience! The cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at, quiet, easy/quick access to the oceanfront, food, drinks, family-style activities, excellent wi-fi & streaming service. The shower has good water pressure and a comfortable king size bed. For those who might bring a dog, be warned that there are sand spurs (painful spiky ground burrs that can catch your bare feet/dog’s paw pads) - we walked our dogs up by the paved hike/bike path (make sure to clean up after your pet!). The hosts leave a lovely welcome bottle of wine (we aren’t wine drinkers, so we left it for the next guests who might be). We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already planned our next visit! Great communication was received throughout the entire stay. Everything was cleaned upon arriving, we had plenty of towels and was able to wash clothes whenever needed. It had everything my family could need in a convenient and quiet location. We enjoyed this little cottage and will be returning in the future!

This was the most accurate description of a rental property I have ever seen. Very clean, kitchen well stocked, large parking area so no backing out into traffic and just great all around. Hope to stay again next year.

We had a wonderful time in Emerald Isle! The bungalow is perfectly situated just off the beach. There was a lot of space for the two of us and it was clean and well-appointed. The host was very helpful and communicative. We've already booked again for next summer and can't wait to return!

This was the perfect little place for our little family. Very easy walk to the beach even when toting a baby, ice chest, tent, and toys. absolutely plan on staying again and Brian was an excellent resource for activities and restaurants.

We have stated at this property several times. Love that it is so close to the beach-literally a few steps. Love Emerald Isle,can't wait to go back next summer
