We stayed at Pequito in Dana Point for eleven days during the Blenheim EquiSports horse show in San Juan Capistrano. This house is located at the end of a very quiet street. It has lovely views of the ocean and is very close to excellent restaurants. The home is comfortably furnished and is very spacious. Its very well equipped kitchen was very much appreciated. The owner, Victoria was so easy to work with and immediately available to answer any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Dana point is one of our favorite locations to vacation to!!! This vacation rental surpassed our expectations!!! So clean, it had everything you could imagine, and the location was the best! Lots of space for all of our family! We even watched the 4th of July fireworks from the upper deck! The owner was so amazing to work with! This will from now on be our go to spot as long as it’s available!!! Thank you so much for sharing your rental with us! We are so grateful!

This house couldn’t have been a more perfect location for visiting with family and friends to get away from cold snowy NH. The house had comfy beds, very clean and well stocked with supplies! The view is amazing and close to beaches, marinas and plenty of great restaurants! Victoria the owner was wonderful to deal with and very accommodating! Thanks for a great trip!

I stayed two months in this beautiful property. The house is very clean and spacious and well equipped. Vickie is very cooperative and easy to communicate with, and willing to make the stay very pleasant. I strongly recommend the property and it is worth the money. Our family spent a week at this beautifully appointed house on Pequito Drive. The outdoor space and multiple decks with views and ocean breezes are the true highlight of this house. In addition, the attention to detail by Vickie, the gracious host, really made the vacation special. Vickie was always available to provide tips/help. The house is located in the heart of Dana Point, a short walk or drive to Doheny State Beach and close to the Pacific Coast Highway and Golden Lantern corridor that both have a lot of restaurants and retail. The house is beautifully maintained and has lovely furnishings. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil or basic sundry you might need and all three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with tons of towels and extra bedding. The most memorable part of our stay, however, was gathering outdoors in the evening on the upper deck to chat over the glass enclosed fire pit and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area and the stunning view. Thank you for a relaxing stay and we look forward to returning to sunny Socal.

Our family had a great week in Dana Point. We were excited about the house when we booked, and our expectations were definitely exceeded. There was plenty of space for the five of us to get comfortable and enjoy our downtime on our vacation. The kids had a great time and they all said they want to come back. Grilling and eating out on the deck in the evening, looking over the Pacific was the highlight. I would highly recommended this property. Great owners, who were really nice and easy to deal with, and they really went out of their way to make our stay a great one.

My husband and I, along with 22 year old son and his 23 year old friend had the pleasure of spending a week at this lovely Dana Point home and would gladly rent it again. It couldn’t be more perfect for us, as we all had our own bedrooms with our well-appointed private bathrooms. One of the most impressive things was the incredible view from the home with its two wrap-around decks. And we were fortunate to have stayed over Fourth of July where we not only had the incredible observation of a fun airshow during the day but also the fabulous display of the Dana Point fireworks right off of our decks. The house itself is unbelievable; with the 3 bedrooms being downstairs (each with their own TVs), and upstairs the gourmet kitchen and the two living rooms (which at times allowed for the young adults to be with the 65 inch TV, and the parents to have their own living space). The house is well stocked with goodies and supplies. I have rented a number of other houses in the past and can honestly say that this place not only has all of the dishes, pots & pans, utensils, small appliances, towels etc. that you would want but the owners make sure that you have a supply of essential items to make your stay more pleasant. You are stocked with the staples of: laundry detergent, shampoos and conditioners, dish soap, paper towels, napkins, salt & pepper, sugar, food storage wraps, etc. We were also greeted with a bottle of wine, beer, some decadent candy, and a package of coffee for the morning that lasted the whole week. The owners couldn’t be more helpful in answering any question that you may have. As we were the first renters, there were some questions that came up that were promptly answered with ease. I highly recommend staying at this Dana Point home.
