Very frinedly host, who helped us even in 2 crucial aspects. We had been fooled by another host and needed to find a quick solution for 9 people including a baby. Additionally we were so clumsy to leave the key in the apartment door (from inside). Within 20 minutes the help was there. Thank you very much again!

Good communication with the owners

The apartment is very outdated. In some rooms there is no A/C as Athens are very hot, this is a big problem. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is ok during the day but during the night it’s full of strange people, making noise. Wouldn’t recommend this location for group of women.

a bit more dishes in the kitchen would have been great

The apartment is spacious, well lit, with solid, comfortable furniture. There is one bathroom with toilet, sink and bathtub, and another toilet, which is useful for groups. The balcony has a drier on it. The kitchen is minimally equipped but we didn't need anything that wasn't there. The kitchen equipment all works fine, the hot water was there (provided we didn't forget to turn on the electrical switch in time). There were towels and bed linens. We were only four persons, but the apartment can host 10 people in wonderful, comfortable, double beds (of course, the pressure on the bathroom&toilet would be worse). The building is very nice, clean, with two elevators (one of which has music on!). There is a Bazaar supermarket very close by, the Victoria and Omonia metro stations are max 5 minutes walk away.

One night I saw a large insect (bug) moving on the living room floor. I freaked out (I have a phobia for bugs), and it freaked out too, crawled into its hole and didn't show up again. But still... The bathtub doesn't have a shower curtain, and you can't help but make a lot of water everywhere. On all mornings there were construction workers working since about 7 am - this is, of course, not the hosts' problem, I'm just putting it out here. Maybe the hosts can make some earplugs available?
