Very nice place to stay! Or was clean and well stocked! It would be nice to have locks in bedroom doors is the only thing I would recommend! Otherwise it was in a wonderful area and nice grocery store close!!

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was the perfect fit for our family. Loved having a washer and dryer. A/C worked great. Easy checkin and we even added a late checkout so we could still play all day the last day and shower before our 10pm flight. We will definitely be back again.

Clean, large enough for 6 adults

This was a family vacation with a grandma, a son, and two granddaughters, ages 20 and 17. I think each age group, each person, found their niche and were able to do what they wanted and enjoyed doing. The condo is nicely furnished with almost everything that we might need; we had to purchase food, but then again, we ate out a lot, too. It's close enough to lots of good places to eat as well as beautiful beaches to play at. The son enjoyed his morning run each day and explored the area the most thoroughly of any of us. The granddaughters enjoyed going to the pool and hottub. It was ideal. I know we heard comments from others that we talked to about Princeville being for the rich, but we are not rich; we did save for this trip and I think this condo was worth it. Thank you.

Oddly, there is a “no ball play” rule in the whole complex and our daughter brought her volleyball and was bummed not to play - but not the end of the world. There were 3 older beach chairs and a cooler and a couple boogie boards which was nice. Location: not walking distance to a beach. Quick drive to Hanelei and even quicker drive to Foodland.

This condo is located inside the Princeville neighborhood. Check-in process was smooth as we received emails and texts from the property management before our arrival and right afterwards with information. Beds in both rooms were comfortable, except no AC, but fans helped. The Master bedroom was a good size right off the kitchen/living area and deck. The deck faces the other condo buildings and small parking lot and the other side of the deck faces some tall trees. Kitchen was small, but well equipped for a family of 4. Beach gear in garage was a nice touch, with 3 beach chairs, boogie board and a couple of umbrellas. Neighborhood is quiet and you can park your car in the garage so it stays cool. Overall quiet neighborhood and condo area, comfortable and peaceful stay. We highly enjoyed staying here.

Condo was beautiful. Perfect location. Everything was great but we did have issues with the kitchen sink and the master bathroom shower backing up. Would also love to see more metal cooking utensils and some better pans as well as cookie sheets. Also a few bikes in the garage would be nice. Can't wait to come back!

The property and accommodations where spot on. We had a wonderful time. The instructions where clear and reasonable. It met all our needs while on vacation. The only little thing I would mention is that it did not have a toaster, but that was a minor thing.

It is an easy drive down to Hanalei or further up the North coast. It was about a mile walk down to Hideaways for snorkeling and about the same walk the other direction towards the Foodland and restaurants. Kauai Kahuna checked in with us to make sure that everything was as we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We had six family members and we all fit comfortably and had a great time at the condo. Great location in Princeville. The condo was clean and nice, if a little worn in a few spots. They had plenty of kitchen items along with beach towels, snorkels, masks, and boogie boards, board games and books. A very relaxing vacation in paradise!

3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. 3 adults. Excellent patio living space. Car secure in garage. Beach chairs and beach toys. This is our third visit and we will be back for more.

This condo was roomy and cozy. 3 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms as stated. Central air but only in main living area and master. Other 2 bedrooms were very warm (south and west facing). Probably time for a few updates in furniture as dresser in master had broken tracks in all the drawers and the bed frame which was very high, squeaked with every body position change. The large deck was a highlight with comfy seating for 6. The proximity to the pool and fitness Center was fantastic (literally across the road). The beach toys were appreciated. 6 chairs, 3 low Tommy Bahamas and 3 higher fold out camp chairs. The umbrella had several broken spokes, and the one boogie board provided was broken in half. Previous renters must have just returned it without admitting it was broken. Various snorkel pieces were available but we rented complete sets. Wifi was very slow. TVs were small. Didn’t care about the TVs, we never used them but wifi is crucial for travel requirements and COVID testing results etc, as well as keeping up with family back home. There were a few games and books for renters to use and the living room was comfortable. Overall a nice place to stay. The garden views off the deck and cacophony of songbirds every morning was a great way to start the day. I would stay here again.

This property is great for multiple people. The 3 bedrooms are generous size and well seperated. Best of all is the amazing amount of wonderful windows & doors that allow for great light and breezes. Although the community pool is on the small side its comfortable and nice. The grounds are beautiful. Management is very responsive and friendly. This is a great place to stay.

Most everything was good. Only issue was that the dishwasher was broken when we arrived. That was disappointing for a group of 4 who mostly cooked at the condo. We asked for a small refund to make up for the inconvenience, but did not receive anything. Also, we had to contact management 3 times before anyone bothered to let us know what the status of the dishwasher was.

Well equipped kitchen. Important to us as we cook in often. Comfortable beds. Second most important item. Great location to get around this side of the island
