Beautiful spacious room with the best view over Tbilisi, absolutely wonderful staff who made me feel so much at home and the location is super central near the city, but also to Mtatsminda park! I had the chance to see all the other rooms too and they are all fantastic! Each room has its own design and furniture. The kitchens are well equipped and the bathroom is super spacious. Since I had to work a lot it was a blessing that the wifi connection was good and fast. During my entire stay, the staff was constantly present to answer all my questions and they really walk the extra mile for their guests. Specs: The water stream in the bathroom was perfect, the heater worked very well during wintertime and the bed and the high-quality sheets were super comfortable. Hotel is super clean and the staff asks you constantly if you need any cleaning or ammeneties for the room. Supermarket, restaurants, park, wine bar are all available at walking distance. Had a blast! A huge thank you to the owners and the staff who made my stay an unforgettable experience!

Aya the receptionist was amazing. Pool was great. Good sized apartment. Very comfortable beds.

Location, didnt realise it was not walking distance from downtown. But I should have done my homework on that.

Home like feel. The staff is very friendly and very cooperative. Anything you need is already there. The staff, especially Aya and the young slim guy at reception (forgot his name) make you feel at home.

A very nice family-run apartment hotel. The pool is a nice bonus after a city tour. It's close to the funicular and 10 minutes by walk from a city center. The neighbourhood was amazing - full of hip bars and trendy restaurants and small shops. They also sell their excellent homemade wine.

It was excellent! The location is very good for a city break in Tbilisi. And the city is lovely, it's a pity that not many Romanians come to visit it. We wholeheartedly recommend the location!

We chose this hotel because it had reasonably prized options for 2 bedrooms. Rooms were good sized, both bedrooms had big, comfortable double beds. Kitchenette had microwave, induction stove top, refrigerator and bowls,.plates etc. Our room was on 1st floor and the mountain with Mtasminda park was right in front. I guess higher floor rooms would have better views so if you are particular about views ask for that before hand. It is very close to Mtasminda theme park and funicular, also fairly close to other site seeing spots. Convenient, quiet location with restaurants, grocery stores etc close by. The hotel manager Aya was very helpful and friendly. She had arranged everything for us ahead of our visit. We had some problem with our WC flush and the owner was kind enough to come, take a look at fix it. All very friendly.. One point for improvement, I would suggest to the Management to repair the WC flush which kept breaking down every now and then. Also there was a problem with water drainage in wash basin in second bathroom. This caused some irritance for us. But overall, a very good experience and recommended for stay at Tbilisi

Staff tried to solve the issues we had.

To begin with, there’s nothing wrong about this hotel, except that it is overrated. Some rooms have no view at all (unlike advertised) - we were looking into the next door buildings and a narrow gap between them. Nevertheless, it didn’t matter, as we had no balconies despite the description: our windows had just metal fence behind. The room - we had what is called “one bedroom apartment” - was very dark as the windows are small; it generally looked like an initially bigger place cut in two by drywalls. On approach our place was flooded from the floor above. Both - bath and the living room where water was dripping from the ceiling lights. It was late, hence we felt asleep to realize only in the morning how moist the place is. The staff excuse was something like “this is the first time and never happened before”; although the floor carpet was already rolled into a corner, so it was known but the staff didn’t really care to fix it until we pointed out. On the second day it was fixed as we told we’d leave, but the smell remained throughout our stay. Water pressure was very low, nearly impossible to take shower. Many broken thingies here and there, like a painting covering holes where a TV was supposed to be.

Pictures look nicer that the apartments are actually which I was reallysurprised. Everything is quite used and not in good conditions anymore. We had so many problems I would not come back to stay there.
