Although the property is an older building it was clean and had what we needed for our stay. Great proximity to Three Sisters Springs and water access for our kayaks. Will consider staying here again if we return to the area.

This place was perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. The location on the canal is ideal for kayaking. We plan to be back soon!

Comfortable and convenient place to stay in Crystal River for scalloping, fishing, and kayaking. The property was a small, in a good way, (4 Unit) building that had all the amenities described. It was great to have the boat and kayaks docked on the canal with quick access to the springs and bay.

We come to Crystal River every New Years to avoid the fireworks (hubs has PTSD) and this location was PERFECT! Not only was the manager quick, responsive, and accommodating. But the property was well kept, clean, and functioning. We loved the use of the kayaks and even saw around 3 or 4 manatees at the property dock! We loved it so much we are renting again next NYE!

My girlfriends and I loved staying here. Loved watching the manatees in the canal, being close to town and only minutes kayaking to Three Sisters Spring!

This area is so peaceful. We loved kayaking everyday and swimming into 3 sisters. Kids caught 35 fish off the dock. Perfect quick family getaway! The condo was very clean. Only thing that needs to be fixed is the bunk bed was really squeaky. Just needs someone to tighten some screws. We would definitely stay again!!!

We absolutely adored this property! The location couldn’t be beat and the convenience of the dock on the canal and provided kayaks were icing on the cake. We enjoyed the abundance of frogs and lizards to be caught as well! We were sad to leave and hope to be back soon :-)

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was comfortable, and the location on the canal / near Three Sisters Springs was amazing. We also appreciated all the suggestions provided by the owner for things to do, restaurants, etc. We had delicious seafood with waterfront views at The Crab Plant and Waterfront Social during our stay. We definitely plan to go back!

The unit was as described. It was clean and actually more updated than the pictures showed. The upstairs now has laminate hardwood and updated bedding. It was a nice surprise. The only complaint ( and it isn't a big one) is that the couch and loveseat are very worn out. They still look nice and aren't torn or visibly worn out but the padding is completely collapsed and it isn't very comfortable to sit on. As others have said it isn't perfect but it was clean and a fantastic location. We loved the proximity to Three Sisters(less than 5 min paddle) and it is in a lovely neighborhood. I enjoyed walking our dogs every morning and evening. The surrounding homes are nicely manicured and it is a very quiet neighborhood. We loved the proximity to local restaurants and had very good food at several of them. The people in the area are very friendly. I highly recommend visiting and you can't beat the convenience of being on the water and the supplied kayaks.

This is one of the best places that I have been, clean, organized, full of activities for adult and kids, great service! I’ll love to comes back!!!

Nice Clean 2 1 1/2. Upstairs bedrooms. Canal front with great proximity to 3 Sisters Spring. 5 minute paddle to Spring. (2 kayaks provided) 5 minute drive to 10+ great restaurants. Is the Condo perfect? No. Does it need some Love ? A little. Bottom Line is that it is A GREAT VALUE with Manatees in your Backyard!

We stayed at this property due to its proximity to the spring. It was lovely! If you are looking for privacy - this is probably not the property for you!

The unit is functional, not fancy. However, the 5 minute paddle to 3 Sisters makes up for the lack of frills. Because of this location, we had the springs to ourselves on multiple occasions which was priceless.

Property was as advertised. Had everything we needed and would stay again.

The apartment worked well for the 3 of us. Great location and liked having kayaks available. The rugs & master comforter need washing or replaced. And I appreciate a higher level of cleanliness. some cosmetic repairs are needed.

Our family has been going to crystal river during “scalloping season” for over 20 years and this was the best location by far. Can’t beat being able to cool off/snorkel in the Three Sisters springs after being in the saltwater all day! Our unit was great and we look forward to next year!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. Perfect location for shopping, Restaurants (how about fresh seafood every night??) and KAYAKING! The house was clean, Comfortable and had everything we needed. Good communication with owners and good instructions provided throughout the house. Neighbors were nice and I still felt like we had privacy even though it’s a shared backyard. Nice selection of kayaks on site (even Kid kayaks) The real Beauty to staying here for us was the location. The property itself is located on a canal that has almost crystal clear water and is a very short easy paddle to three Sister Springs (So cool to be able to paddle to a spring whenever you want…can go at times its not Crowded…nice change from a pool). You can also paddle out into the bay and around different islands or over to Hunter Springs. Several “beach” areas to hang out at during low tides. We saw Manatees, lots of fish, turtles and one baby gator. The floating dock provides easy launch access. We also rented a boat for the day and it was easy to access/store at the dock. The Chaz (7 sisters springs and the Crack) (15 mins) and rainbow river (30 mins) are close by for more kayaking adventures. Weeki Wachee is not too much further. We will definitely be back. You can’t beat being able to drop your kayaks in from your backyard.

Wonderful week of adventure in Crystal River! Location was perfect! A short kayak down the canal we were at “3 sisters springs” to enjoy sunsets, scenery and a quick dip. During the day kayaking around King’s Bay we saw dolphins along with local manatees in Hunter Springs and throughout the canals. Dockside Ice Cream in King’s Bay was a favorite kayak stop for the kids. Our dog loved kayaking with us and access to the yard was fantastic for her! This place was a wonderful, pet-friendly place to stay with all the amenities we needed. Pete was very responsive to any questions we had throughout the week and was available when we needed him. The local community is very welcoming and genuine. A perfect place for our adventurous family of four plus one fur baby! We will be back!

Awesome stay right on the water and close to everything. Saw manatees daily and even a dolphin in the canal! The best experience ever!!

We had a great visit. Condo is close to area restaurants and grocery store. Grannies is good for breakfast/ brunch and Codys roadhouse was excellent for dinner. We had great neighbors. Pattie was super nice and helpful with local information. We seen alot of wildlife everyday. We cannot wait to come back and bring the whole family!

Really enjoyed location and being able to use kayaks and go to spring in just a few minutes. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing vacation

Unit was clean and had the essential items. Maintenance and upkeep are done by someone not a professional and it shows throughout the unit. Still worked ok for Crystal River area

We really enjoyed the selection of kayaks and ease of access to Three Sisters Springs and the Manatees. There were manatee everywhere!! I only had a few issues with the property. The mattresses should probably be replaced. The main couch is not comfortable as the padding is pretty much gone. The electrical outlet by the sink and outlet next to the sink did not work (GFI is bad). I am sure these are things that could be easily fixed and might already be on the repair/replace list. I hope so because it's a great place to stay to snorkel with the manatees. Oh, don't forget to bring wetsuits (shorties are fine when we were there) as the water temp is chilly.

Condo was nice and cozy in a quiet neighborhood. We saw manatees in the canal from our upstairs balcony. We would stay here again when we come back .

We had a nice time. Did not realise that it was 2 stories until after we booked and then asked. Bedrooms are upstairs. No TV up stairs Needs a little bit of updating. Convient being on the water, kayaks were nice to have.. But overall experience was nice for a last minute get away for a weekend.
