Property was exactly as described! Management Staff and Owners could not have been more cooperative - every question or need answered immediately - don’t want to rave too much as it will be totally booked when we want to come back!!!

This cozy little beach condo is perfectly located right on the beach and a half mile walk into town. With bike trails and hiking trails nearby. We loved our stay even with the cool foggy days. We headed up to Ojai for a day to get some sunshine which is a great day trip! I would stay here again!

Loved our time at this condo which is right on the beach. It was well equipped with everything needed to make our vacation worthwhile. Would definitely come again

Our famiy really enjoyed staying at this condo. The layout is exceptional, with a really nice kitchen, dining room, and family room that all have a beautiful ocean view of the beach. Just loved it! Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and very nice, with everything that we needed for our stay. Loved the in unit washer and dryer! Enjoyed BBQ'ing on the patio and dining at the picnic tables. And the outside hose was a dream, making it easy to rinse off all the sand from the beach. Also enjoyed the two covered parking spaces, what a treat! Highly recommend this unit.

A very nice stay. Unfortunately a visit to the hospital but managers were very helpful when we thought we left something behind.

As described and on a beautiful beach. However lovely Adirondack chairs shown not there. Small detail, but nevertheless disappointing. Also noted by previous guests, there is a unit above and footsteps above can be a bit of a downer if you are not expecting a little noise. Would rent this property again.

This was exactly what we needed! An ocean view from all the windows. Ten steps to the sand. Sound of the ocean waves going to sleep. It really does not get better than this. The unit is updated and has everything you need. The town is the perfect beach town. You can walk to everything. We will be back!

Wonderful property. Right on the beach. A bit noisy when tenants walked upstairs. Our unit was on first floor. But, la very small problem when compared to the great sunsets and wonderful beach!!!

Beautiful place! The sun was hiding a bit and it was chilly but the condo is close to everything Carp and the sound of the waves is magical!

I rented TWO oceanfront units on this street to accommodate most of our family....other family members are fortunate enough to own property in Carpenteria. I have always insisted on renting ON the sand....ground floor.....and this unit checked off both of these boxes and then some! The decor was just "enough".....the ammenoties were SO creative and abundant....the kitchen could NOT want for more.....and the added bonus of air conditioning made us feel as if we had died and gone to heaven! We did have one "glitch" in the stay and I hate to even mention it as it was not enough to change our feelings about this unit. But the people upstairs were pressure washing for quite a long time the day before our check out and the debri and dirty water did soil all of our windows facing the ocean.....Again, maybe just a once in a while problem.......all in all I would rent this again in a hearbeat and would LOVE to buy it!

Location cannot be beat! Perfect little condo for our family vacation at the beach. We loved everything about it. Impressively stocked - we never lacked anything we wanted! Highly recommended.

Oceanfront relaxing home. Love this property - loved the feel of it, the windows, the ocean view, endless joy and serenity. This is the best house rental company I have ever used. They went above and beyond having a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. We'll be back.

We loved our stay at Carpenteria Dreaming and we look forward to returning. The Condo was so inviting and so well laid out. Being able to walk out the door and be on the beach was the best. We had my 99 year old mother with us and it was so easy tobring her outside onto the patio and even onto the beach with us. Cooking in the kitchen was always so pleasant because you look right out onto the sand and water. When our stay was over we actually felt sad to be leaving our little piece of paradise. It was exactly what we needed and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach getaway. Carpenteria has become a favorite place for me and my family. Everyone in the town is so friendly and helpful. The water is a wonderful temperature and easy to swim in even with small children. The place was so clean and very well stocked with everything we could possibly need during our stay. There wasn't one thing we could find wrong with the place. It really felt like home away from home and we can't wait to return next year.

Great getaway and super accessible for my 80 year old mom. The beach was perfect for my toddler too with gentle waves.

Fantastic location, home was well stocked, clean and really comfortable. The kids and I had an amazing week, we’ll be back!!!

Beautiful beachfront property. We were only traveling 45 minutes by car to get to the stay so we packed everything we could think of for the stay. Not necessary. This rental had everything that anyone could need. Centrally located to town, clean, and with responsive management in case we needed anything. You can't go wrong with this property.

Would highly recommend. The home was as described and had everything one would need. A beautiful time spent in the area hiking the mountains, walking the beaches and enjoying the stunning sunsets.

My family and I love Carp and love renting in this complex. I have rented an upstairs unit several times and I have to say this down stairs unit is my favorite. The kids were able to step on to the sand first thing in the morning while my husband and I had coffee with an amazing view. I have already placed a deposit for a trip next year. This will be a repeat vacation for us for years to come.

The property was just as it appeared in the brochure. It had all the amenities you would want and is so close to Santa Barbara. The only complaint would be that the TVs in the bedrooms did not have service. I don't know if they were not turned on for the season or if it was a cable issue. Their also could have been more soap, as we were staying 2 weeks we needed more. The umbrellas in the closet came in handy as it rained one day and we had not brought any, great touch. The lock box was a little tricky at first to open, but once i got it was fine. We would definitely consider renting the place again. Thank you Julie Ehrens

This was a wonderful rental! It was clean, neat and inviting. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need, and it has tons of chairs, umbrellas, etc for beach-sitting. The location on Carpinteria beach couldn't be beat, it was fantastic. Literally walk out the door, take two steps, and you're on sand! There were also little gifts for us when we arrived which made us feel very welcome. Finally Carpinteria is a great little town, we loved how it's smaller and more quaint than Santa Barbara: we felt like we were off the beaten path and could really relax and recuperate. All aspects of our stay was wonderful! We've already talked about coming back in the future.

What a great place! On the sand with no better direct beach access. Really enjoyed our stay with my wife, especially the sunset cocktails on the beach using the owner's beach chairs/table and parasol. Beautifully decorated, chef's kitchen and spotless. Sad we had to go home. Will definitely be back but worried it may be booked when we want to return.
