good location on island, on the beach, and we loved the pool, and the place worked out great for us and was clean.

The check in process was easy. The unit was a bit small but it accommodated the family just fine. The view was excellent. The pictures don’t show this but there is a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The extras in the cabinet made it easy to cook meals. The beach is just down a walkway and pretty close by. The kids walked to the store and the arcade for snacks.
The snacks provided by the host were a nice gesture. The pool and the hot tub were kept nice and clean. The property was well maintained. However, the sauna was out of service.

The condo is perfect. 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bath. Fully furnished kitchen. Perfect view of the beach and pool area. Nicely decorated. Clean. Smelled amazing.
Upon entering we found a welcome card and basket of snacks provided by the host! The condo was cleaned and supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The communication with the host is worth 5 stars alone. Very friendly. Check in was easy. The rules are simple. Beds and sofas were comfortable. One room has one bed and one bedroom has 3 twin beds. Kitchen table sits 4. The tvs worl great and so does the wifi. We will definitely be back!
I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice beach getaway!

This condo was perfect for myself and my two teenage sons. Centrally located. Easy to get around. Amazing beach access. Wonderful amenities. Would highly recommend. Tammy was an amazing host and had all sorts of suggestions and was so helpful.

This was our first time to Texas and we will definitely be back. It was just so relaxing even for a more touristy area. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every am for sunrise. Easy access to the beach. Everyone was super friendly. Tammy was super responsive to all messages and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

The grounds were very well kept. The condo itself had an awesome view of the ocean and was clean and homey. Tammy the owner was super sweet and responded to a minor issue we had with the door code immediately. She even provided us with yummy snack basket. Would stay there again for sure!

Perfect spot! Beautiful beach view with easy access. All the essential toys and chairs for a great day on the beach. Great communication with host. Wonderful snack basket on arrival saved our first day with tired kids. Walking distance to many great restaurants. Nice heated pool and hot tub. Great family spot even in the middle of spring break.

My family had a wonderful time staying here. Not only was the condo clean and well maintained (better than a hotel), the whole property was as well. If we ever make it back down to the island, we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and two daughters stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving. The views from the living room and balcony were amazing. A lovely gift basket of snacks greeted us. We were very comfortable and had all that we needed. Hoping to return!

Just a fantastic vscation…building, condo and hosts. Grounds and amenities are clean, pool was nice in afternoon shade. Great location on the island for all the activities with a close walk to the beach. Hassle free in every aspect. Really had no idea where we were staying and we were pleasantly surprised with how perfect it all was. Will be returning!

We all enjoyed this condo it’s steps from the beach with an amazing view. Very well stocked & well kept . The owner is very sweet & stays in contact through the whole stay. The goodies basket was such a sweet touch. We would love to stay here again

This was our first time at South Padre Island. Tammy made sure everything went well with helpful suggestions of things to see and places to eat. The condo itself is small but worked for two people. Great views of the ocean!

Tammy what is an excellent host! She was very responsive with communication, and answered all of our questions about our place and the island. There was an amazing welcome basket when we arrived with snacks and information about things to do on the island, would highly recommend!

Tammy has a very nice and clean property. We really enjoyed the building. Everyone was very friendly and the pool and hot tub was lovely. Our view of the ocean was amazing and the building had a very nice and short path to access the beach.

This was a multi-generational girls trip and the condo was everything that we could have asked for. From the welcome basket and card when we first arrived to the communication throughout our stay we couldn't have been more happy with everything. The pictures were exactly like the rental! We can't wait to book again!

Our family really enjoyed this property. The patio overlooked the pool and beach. The owner was very attentive and went above and beyond. The property was quiet and well maintained. We would stay here again.

Beautiful view, close to water
This was our first experience with VRBO and we absolutely loved it. The Condo was extremely convenient, comfortable and clean. I loved the view right from the balcony. My husband and I enjoyed our coffee out there every morning. The kids loved the pool and the beach is RIGHT THERE!! The owners of the condo provided us with absolutely everything we needed for a day at the beach ( except food of course). Definitely will come back!

Tammy has everything you need at this unit. Chairs, umbrellas, toys....you name it. Fully stocked with eating utensils. Not to mention a phenomenal view. Great hospitality here!

Everything was great!. Had beach chairs and an umbrella so we didn’t need to rent. Great view! Only a 15 minute walk to Gravity park and restaurants. Grocery store is a hike but not an unreasonable distance.

Perfect stay!
This was a mother - daughter trip and was PERFECT in every way, all the amenities were spot on and the condo it’s self was super cute and just the right size and location to everything! Tammy was readily available thru VRBO text and the beach access was great too!

SPI Beach Bliss
My husband and I visited South Padre Island for the first time and this condo was the perfect beach stay! We loved the beach, heated pool and hot tub. The condo was in walking distance to many yummy restaurants. The owner was welcoming and responsive during our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Great condo on the beach!
We had such a great stay here in SPI. The building was clean, amenities were nice, the condo was spotless and cute! Tammy made sure everything g you needed for a beach stay was in the condo. It’s kinda small but laid out perfectly so that our family of four never felt like it was small. Tammy was excellent with communication. Would love to stay here again!!

Cute, clean condo right on the beach
We picked to visit SPI on a whim and were so thankful we did. Tammy's property was exactly what we needed for 5 days on the beach. It was very clean, nicely stocked, and right on the beach. My husband, kids and I made great memories here.

Beach getaway
We had a great stay in South Padre. The condo is well equipped with anything you might need (from cookware to a beach umbrella) and within walking distance to many great local restaurants. The kids had a blast on our beach trip.
