بداية اشكر طاقم العمل المحترم والمحترف وخصوصا السيد مراد الذي كان يستجيب لاي طلب كانت اقامتي عمل ليوم واحد ولكن سوف اعود الى هذا الفندق الجميل كان السعر مناسب جداااا بالنسبة للنظافة كانت ممتاذة وموقع الفندق جدا راقي اشكر هذا المكان الجميل

The style and aesthetic and warm atmosphere

I stayed in a two bedroom apartment. It was very well thought out. It consisted of two bathrooms, two kitchens, 2 bedrooms and a living rooms. It was very helpful and we really enjoyed it. It looked like a family room. I recommend it to those who want to come with the whole family.

The Receptionist has been awesome. I think the staff is happy because they are helpful and work with passion, their smile was sufficient to fix all challenges.

Few things that the reception desk was able to remedy. When I first arrived I had few concerns but it has all been resolved.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel on [dates]. Upon arrival at 2:00 AM , I was eager to get some rest after a long flight. However, I was unable to sleep due to the constant noise of drilling from a renovation project taking place next room. The next morning, I was woken up again at 8:00 AM by the noise of construction from a new apartment building being built next door. On the last night of my stay, I was woken up at 3:00 AM by hotel staff banging on the door of the next room for over an hour. When I got up to investigate, the staff member did not even apologize for the disturbance. In addition to the noise, the hotel was not properly cleaned. I found dust and dirt on the furniture and floors, and the bathroom was not clean. Overall, my stay at your hotel was a terrible experience. I was unable to sleep at night, and the hotel was not clean. I would never recommend your hotel to anyone.

Prezentarea mincinoasă a ofertei, în fotografii părea ceva, la fața locului altceva, lucruri vechi, rupte, stricate, șifonier dezmembrat, pereți găuriți, așa zisul apartament pentru familia mea, era format din două locații distincte, furnici, miros groaznic în baie, lipsă suport hârtie, terasa era de fapt un balcon prăpădit, din care nu vedeai decât acoperișul unui alt imobil, plin de furnicile din dotare, care roiau pe lângă niște ghivece cu flori ofilite, lipsă lumini balcon, fire electrice atârnate, etc., etc. Confortul, sub clasificarea locației, un loc dubios, obscur.

Gorgeous hotel with stunning decorations. Staff were helpful with dinner recommendations. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious.

Bathroom was on the smaller side. A plug socket on both sides of the bed would be nice

We booked the 3-bedroom apartment for 3 people. We let ourselves be guided by the booking photos. When we arrived two of the bathrooms in the rooms had a terrible smell. The bathrooms do not have tiled coverings on their walls, their walls are painted dark colors, so you cannot see if they are really clean. The walls and ceilings need maintenance. The furniture, closets and floors are deteriorated. What bothered me the most was the hygiene in the bathrooms, everything looked really dirty and had a bad smell. It's not worth what you pay for this accommodation. There are hotels nearby like the RAMADA or other local hotels, which are at the same price and do not seem to have these conditions. I feel like this is an accommodation that could cost 25 dollars a night. Maybe for young people who don't pay attention to things like hygiene. It is important that customers make informed decisions about this accommodation. I only give it one star because it is what it deserves for what it has. It's not worth what it costs. Unfortunately I did not read the Google comments before booking, only the booking reviews where they rate it 8/10, this is not real. I do not recommend this accommodation for people who care about getting their money's worth.

We booked the Executive Suite for our entire stay of about 10 nights. Upon check in, they told us they've upgraded our suite, which sounded awesome after a long flight. The "upgraded" suite was a JOKE!! It's the tiniest suite you could imagine. It can barely fit a baby cot next to your bed. The bed was loudly squeaky. Plus, the bathroom has a sliding door in the room, and was noisy for sleepers when someone goes in and uncomfortable to go to (you can hear a drop of a water). It was a horrible experience for a family of 4 including 2 kids below 6 years old. During my second night, I checked my booking to go through the cancellation policy. I compared Booking.com pictures with my Suite, and I was shocked that they put us in a deluxe suite instead of our Executive Suite (which means they actually downgraded us during check in). When I confronted them, they said it was someone else's mistake, and the rooms aren't that much different anyways, and then moved us to our Executive Suite, which was way better. Horrible experience

I chose this hotel because they had a unique room (The Queen Suite) with 3 bathrooms that include various spa facilities. The property contacted me few times before my stay to check if I need transportation from airport but they didn't mention anything about my room reservation. I arrived to the hotel with my partner on a Saturday late afternoon after a beach day in Kilyos/Istanbul with the dream of resting in our room and enjoying spa facilities. When I arrived to the reception, the receptionist told us that they will give us another room as the room we booked had a pest and broken air conditioning. They didn't notify us at least before the day of our stay so that we could have assessed if we still want to stay in that hotel or book another. The receptionist was even shameless to say that they are giving us a bigger room but not demanding extra money. It was a standard room with a separate living room and tiny bathroom. We didn't have a chance to reject the room as we were half wet and desperate to go into the room to take a shower and rest. I filed a complaint to booking.com about the property but the property kept on lying to them that they tried to contact me which has never happened. I received a small credit from booking.com due to my complaint and that they weren't able to offer an alternative compensation. I urge travellers to stay away from this property.

Everything really. The room/s were very small to the point that you have to walk sideways in some areas. The bedrooms were especially small that the bed could barely fit the room. The place was smelly, dark, dirty and totally uncomfortable.

It’s not clean at all full of hair! The furniture is old most of it is broken!! The left is old & very slow !! I found even some hair in the fridge!! The hotel says you have a “ private parking “ that’s fake it’s not private & next to the hotel & i have to pay 350 turkey lira for a day ! Even i asked them before i come & they confirmed that for me … one my kids pay for two bottles of water in this hotel because they say we don’t give water every day ! Just the first day !!

Location was the highlight, in my opinion.

If I want to share some feedback for improvement, it would be that the rooms, including the bathroom, were a bit too dark (for example, shaving was a hit or miss due to that). Considering that the wallpapers and curtains are dark-coloured, some better lighting would be beneficial. Also, the kitchenware were very limited and simple things such as salt, pepper, dishwasher liquid, etc. were missing. For guests who intend to stay for a short period, it doesn't make sense to purchase all those and would be nice to have them included. The photos included in the ad were not 100% representative of what you'll get (i.e. photos look better).

Location was absolutely amazing! Stuff was very helpful and responsive. On the other hand standard room was little too small to comfortably move for 2 people. Bathroom was nice but very small as well. Next time if we choose staying in this hotel, I will probably go with the bigger room. Although its hard to tell how big are big rooms because on the pictures the standard room looked bigger than actual size. Overall liked the hotel though.
